人参为五加科植物人参Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.的干燥根和根茎。为《中国药典》收载品种,始载于《神农本草经》。人参味甘、微苦,微温。归脾、肺、心、肾经。大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血,安神益智。用于体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,气血亏虚,久病虚羸,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷。现代研究表明人参具有抗疲劳,增强机体免疫功能,强心,双向调节中枢神经系统和血压、肾上腺、甲状腺机能和血糖的作用。
黄精为百合科植物黄精(Polygonatum sibircum Red.)、多花黄精(PolygonatumCyrtonema Hua)或滇黄精(Polygonatum Kingianum Col1.et Hemsl.)的干燥根茎,为《中国药典》收载品种,始载于《名医别录》。按药材形状不同,分别习称为“鸡头黄精”、“姜形黄精”、“大黄精”。黄精味甘、性平。归脾、肺、肾经。补气养阴,健脾润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。现代研究表明,黄精与黄精多糖具有抗衰老、降血糖、降血脂、防动脉粥样硬化、提高和改善记忆、抗肿瘤、调节免疫、抗炎、抗病毒等广泛的作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种人参黄精含片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
人参提取物15~25份、黄精提取物10~20份、乳糖30~40份、山梨醇20~30份、硬脂酸镁0.3~1.0份、PEG-60000.5~2.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人参黄精含片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
人参提取物18份、黄精提取物12份、乳糖32份、山梨醇22份、硬脂酸镁0.5份、PEG-60000.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人参黄精含片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
人参提取物20份、黄精提取物15份、乳糖35份、山梨醇25份、硬脂酸镁0.8份、PEG-60001.0份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的人参黄精含片,其特征在于:所述的人参提取物和黄精提取物的提取方法相同,具体步骤如下:将人参或黄精洗净,先用78-82%醇提取,再用水提取,醇提后经过分馏得提取物,水提浓缩后加入醇提物,最后用喷雾法干燥得到提取物。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的人参黄精含片的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)按照上述成分的重量配比要求,称取人参提取物、黄精提取物、乳糖、山梨醇过80-120目筛混合均匀;
(2)用55-65%乙醇润湿后挤压过筛制粒并干燥,整粒后加入过180-220目的硬脂酸镁和PEG-6000,然后将此混合物压片,每片重为800-1200mg。
6.根据权利要求5所述的人参黄精含片的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)按照上述成分的重量配比要求,称取人参提取物、黄精提取物、乳糖、山梨醇过100目筛混合均匀;
(2)用60%乙醇润湿后挤压过筛制粒并干燥,整粒后加入过200目的硬脂酸镁和PEG-6000,然后将此混合物压片,每片重为1000mg。
