按中医理论肿瘤的产生为正气不足外邪胶结难解。治疗当扶助正气,固护本源,清除余热,解其毒邪。方中人参大补元气;砂仁行气化湿;蒲公英清热解毒,散结消肿;姜黄活血化瘀,行气止痛,调理气血之瘀毒,清解胶结之湿热。全方补益与祛邪同用,重在扶正固本,补气与行气同施,补而不滞,既可清热利湿,又可调理气血,对于肿瘤或肿瘤恢复期的人群具有很好的作用。
人参:含多种皂甙和多糖类成分,现代药理学研究表明,人参具有抗肿瘤,改善记忆,抗衰老,提高免疫,改善心脑血管等作用。其主要成分为人参皂苷和人参多糖,人参皂苷包括Rg1,Rg3,Rb1,CK等,大量文献报告人参皂苷可抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和血管新生,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,调节免疫和逆转肿瘤细胞的耐药作用等;人参多糖主要包括人参淀粉和人参果胶,人参多糖主要通过刺激机体各类免疫细胞,调节其免疫活性,是机体免疫系统恢复平衡,同时人参多糖可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤的浸润和转移。

食疗观察:选有肿瘤者30人,其中男11人,女19人,平均年龄62.4岁。食用6个月后检查,有17人肿瘤体积缩小,11人肿瘤体积维持原状,2人肿瘤体积稍有变大。说明本发明的用于肿瘤康复的食疗营养素固体饮料,对大部分肿瘤人群有一定的效果。
在连续服用本产品后,肿瘤患者的主客观评价指标均会发生相应改善,连续四周服用,可以显著改善静息能量消耗水平;连续服用8周,对于肿瘤患者的人体测量参数会产生明显改善,在体质量指数、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂肌围、握力、人体成分上均呈现向好趋势。连续服用该产品12周后,对于肿瘤患者的免疫功能,可以改善患者CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56、CD4/CD8水平,并增高肿瘤患者的人血白蛋白水平。在主观评价指标改善上,可明显改善肿瘤患者厌食症状、放疗后的口干症状、放化疗后味觉迟钝症状,并增加食欲。同时,肿瘤患者的消化能力普遍下降,通过服用本产品,可以明显改善由于消化功能下降所致的腹胀症状,对于化疗所致的腹泻症状也会有所改善。
本发明的固体饮料不同于保健食品及同类食疗产品,本发明的固体饮料食用后不是直接针对疾病,而主要是对由疾病引起的相关症状群体起到补充缺失营养成分的作用,起到辅助治疗的目的。方法中采用水提结合低温萃取醇提工艺,保证有效成分溶出,且活性不被破坏。采用粉末形式,体积小、易服用,便于携带。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明做进一步的详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
实施例1
本实施例所涉及的一种用于肿瘤康复的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为人参0.9-1.4重量份、黄精0.75-1.25重量份、砂仁0.3-0.8重量份、蒲公英0.75-1.25重量份和姜黄0.45-0.95重量份。
制作方法为:取人参、黄精、姜黄三味中药,按处方比例混合,打成粗粉,过10目筛,加人参、黄精和姜黄总重量8倍量水,煎煮,提取两次,每次提取待沸腾后保持50分钟,合并滤液,低温浓缩至稠膏,减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末1;砂仁打成粗粉过10目筛;取蒲公英、砂仁粗粉两味中药,按比例混合,加70%乙醇,低温萃取6小时,50倍量70%乙醇渗漉,以保证蒲公英及砂仁中挥发性成分及大极性成分完全提取,渗漉液减压回收乙醇至无醇味,持续减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末2,将上述提取物粉末1及提取物粉末2按照1:1重量比,混匀,过筛,装袋(每袋5g)得成品。
实施例2
本实施例所涉及的一种用于肿瘤康复的食疗营养素固体饮料,其有效成分为人参1.1重量份、黄精1重量份、砂仁0.5重量份、蒲公英0.95重量份和姜黄0.65重量份。其它与实施例1相同。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,这些具体实施方式都是基于本发明整体构思下的不同实现方式,而且本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于肿瘤康复的食疗营养素固体饮料,其特征在于,有效成分为人参0.9-1.4重量份、黄精0.75-1.25重量份、砂仁0.3-0.8重量份、蒲公英0.75-1.25重量份和姜黄0.45-0.95重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于肿瘤康复的食疗营养素固体饮料,其特征在于,有效成分为人参1.1重量份、黄精1重量份、砂仁0.5重量份、蒲公英0.95重量份和姜黄0.65重量份。
3.一种权利要求1所述的用于肿瘤康复的食疗营养素固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,取人参、黄精、姜黄三味中药,按比例混合,打成粗粉,过10目筛,加人参、黄精和姜黄总重量8倍量水,煎煮,提取两次,每次提取待沸腾后保持50分钟,合并滤液,低温浓缩至稠膏,减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末1;砂仁打成粗粉过10目筛;取蒲公英、砂仁粗粉两味中药,按比例混合,加70%乙醇,低温萃取6小时,50倍量70%乙醇渗漉,以保证蒲公英及砂仁中挥发性成分及大极性成分完全提取,渗漉液减压回收乙醇至无醇味,持续减压干燥,得干膏,打粉,得提取物粉末2,将上述提取物粉末1及提取物粉末2按照1:1重量比,混匀,过筛,装袋得成品。
