Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于高原环境下自然吸气直喷柴油发动机润滑剂的组合物,采用Ⅲ类基础油和三羟甲基丙烷庚酸脂复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:基础油、清净剂、分散剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗氧剂、补强剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、催冷剂、抗泡剂、摩擦改进剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的低温启动性、流动性、扩散性、密封性、清净性、分散性、粘—温特性,抗高剪切特性,冷却性,导热性和大的热容量,达到正常工况条件下的CF‑4级别柴油机油质品标准。

技术领域
本发明一种适用于高原环境下自然吸气直喷柴油发动机润滑剂的组合物属于内燃机润滑剂领域。
背景技术
高原地区自然环境对柴油机性能的影响主要体现在气候因素方面。高原地区大气压降低,空气密度小,紫外线强,温度低,昼夜温差大,风沙大,对柴油机性能影响极大,各种高原环境因素不同程度的影响柴油机的性能、可靠性和耐久性等,使柴油机的功能或性能发生变化,最终影响柴油机的正常使用。研究表明,在这些影响柴油机性能的主要环境因素中,大气压力的影响最为关键。柴油机在高原地区使用过程中存在的主要问题是:动力性下降,润滑性变差,启动困难,冷却系统散热效率降低,排放恶化,材料的弹性、绝缘和密封性能下降等,可靠性和耐久性等下降,故障率上升。
自然吸气柴油机在高原地区动力性能剧减的原因是随着海拔高度的变化,高转速的进气流量下降幅度比低转速的大,柴油机进气量减小,燃烧恶化导致高速区的动力性能比低速区差。柴油机燃油消耗增加,经济工作区域变窄。低速大负荷经济性恶化,排放烟度增大,(在低速时海拔高度影响更明显),烟炱、CO、NOx也都增加,热负荷增大。因此在这种环境工况对发动机的润滑剂要求具有良好的低温启动性、流动性、扩散性、密封性、清净性、分散性、粘—温特性,抗高剪切特性,冷却性,导热性和大的热容量,达到正常工况条件下的囯标CF-4级别柴油机油质品标准。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的热氧化安定性、剪切稳定性、粘—温性清净性,清净性,烟炱增溶性,碱值保持性,扩散性,低温流动性以及冷却密封性的适用于高原环境下自然吸气直喷柴油发动机润滑剂的组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种适用于高原环境下自然吸气直喷柴油发动机润滑剂的组合物,采用质量比50%Ⅲ类基础油和50%三羟甲基丙烷庚酸脂复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

清净剂是质量比50%的低碱值石油磺酸钙T101和50%的高碱值石油磺酸钙T106B复合。
分散剂是质量比50%的聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺T154和50%的硼化聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T161B复合。
抗氧防腐剂是硫酸伯仲醇基锌盐T204;
抗氧剂是质量比50%的对,对’二异辛基二苯胺T516与50%的合铜盐化合物复合剂T541复合。
金属减活剂是50%的苯三唑衍生物T551与50%的吩噻嗪复合。
防锈剂是质量比50%的二壬基萘磺酸钡盐T705与50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合。
抗泡剂是1号复合抗泡剂T921。
催冷剂是高碱值硫化烷基酚钙T122。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
补强剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸酯。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明的组合物具有优良的清净分散效果,减少活塞环沉积物;优良的粘-温特性、优异的碱值保持性、酸中和能力,能抑制黑色油泥的生成,使发动机更清洁;良好的抗高温氧化安定性、高剪切稳定性、橡胶相容性,有效保护密封材料,防止泄漏,低温起动性好、优异的燃油经济性,确保油品保持足够的油膜强度,降低腐蚀磨损及燃油消耗。在正常工况条件下质量等级达到CF-4级别技术标准。
