本发明提供了一种带有自洗装置的缓冲型化工搅拌设备,包括缓冲装置、搅拌桶、第一搅拌装置、带孔隔板、第二搅拌装置、第二伺服电机、第一伺服电机、上顶板、下底板、受拉弹簧、受压弹簧、自洗装置和壳体;所述缓冲装置固定焊接在搅拌桶的底端,缓冲装置是由上顶板、固定杆、活动杆、下底板、受拉弹簧和受压弹簧组成;所述自洗装置固定设置在搅拌桶的顶端,自洗装置是由第三伺服电机、第一齿轮、壳体、水管、第二齿轮和球形喷头组成;本发明结构设计合理,缓冲装置能够减缓机械震动从而降低机械零部件的磨损;第三伺服电机的转动带动第一齿轮运动,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,第二齿轮转动带动水管转动进而带动球形喷头实现喷淋自洗装置。

一种带有自洗装置的缓冲型化工搅拌设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工设备,具体是一种带有自洗装置的缓冲型化工搅拌设备。
背景技术
搅拌桶是化工厂常用的一种反应设备,其主要是通过电动机带动搅拌轴来搅拌反应物使其充分反应以获得所需要的物质。随着化工领域的不断发张,人们对化工产品的生产成品和化工产品的精度都提高了更高的要求,相应人们对化工反应中的重要设备搅拌桶也提出了更高的要求。现有设备中化工搅拌装置,化工搅拌效率低而且震动大容易损坏化工装置的零部件,化工搅拌后装置不易清理。本发明针对以上问题提出以下解决方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有自洗装置的缓冲型化工搅拌设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种带有自洗装置的缓冲型化工搅拌设备,包括缓冲装置、搅拌桶、第一搅拌装置、带孔隔板、第二搅拌装置、第二伺服电机、第一伺服电机、上顶板、下底板、受拉弹簧、受压弹簧、自洗装置和壳体;所述缓冲装置固定焊接在搅拌桶的底端,缓冲装置是由上顶板、固定杆、活动杆、下底板、受拉弹簧和受压弹簧组成;所述搅拌桶上设置有轴承、入料口和电机支架,带孔隔板固定焊接在搅拌桶的中端;所述第一搅拌装置是由第一搅拌支轴、第一搅拌叶片和通孔组成;所述带孔隔板固定焊接在搅拌桶的中端,带孔隔板是由钢材制成并镂空有孔;所述第二搅拌装置是由转轴、固定套、第二搅拌支轴和第二搅拌叶片组合;所述入料口固定设置在搅拌桶的顶端;所述电机支架与搅拌桶固定焊接,电机支架上设置有第二伺服电机;所述第二伺服电机的底端通过螺栓与电机支架连接,第二伺服电机的另一端与第二搅拌装置固定连接;所述第一伺服电机的底端通过螺栓与电机支架固定连接,第一伺服电机的另一端与轴固定连接,轴置于轴承内;所述上顶板与下底板之间设置有固定杆和活动杆,上顶板与搅拌桶的底端固定焊接;所述受拉弹簧的一端与固定杆连接,受拉弹簧的另一端与活动杆连接;所述受压弹簧的底端与下底板固定连接,受拉弹簧的顶端与活动杆连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述自洗装置固定设置在搅拌桶的顶端,自洗装置是由第三伺服电机、第一齿轮、壳体、水管、第二齿轮和球形喷头组成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第三伺服电机固定安装在壳体的顶端,第三伺服电机的下端设置有第一齿轮。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第一此轮与第三伺服电机的输出轴固定连接,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述第二齿轮内固定套接有水管。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述水管的下端固定连接有球形喷头。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,缓冲装置能够减缓机械震动从而降低机械零部件的磨损,第一搅拌装置能够再次充分均匀搅拌化工物料;带孔隔板能够便于第一搅拌装置搅拌化工物料,同时能够过滤搅拌后的化工物料;受压弹簧同时能够防止活动杆滑离上顶板减缓装置压力;第三伺服电机的转动带动第一齿轮运动,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合,第二齿轮转动带动水管转动进而带动球形喷头实现喷淋自洗装置。

2.根据权利要求1所述的带有自洗装置的缓冲型化工搅拌设备,其特征在于,所述自洗装置(25)固定设置在搅拌桶(2)的顶端,自洗装置(25)是由第三伺服电机(26)、第一齿轮(27)、壳体(28)、水管(29)、第二齿轮(30)和球形喷头(31)组成。
