步骤3:将步骤2处理的“多色豆”混合物进行清洗处理。清洗是清除杂质和洗去尘埃。豆类在收获晒干过程中难免混上杂物和染上尘埃,在储藏和运输过程中也难免会发生个别豆粒变质,这些杂物和变质豆粒必须清除,洗去尘埃,保持“多色豆”混合物清洁卫生。

蛋白质的生理作用为:五种不同颜色的豆类所含的蛋白质营养素均高于谷物和肉类,食物蛋白质在人体胃肠都会被分解成氨基酸原料分子,吸收符合人体遗传基因限定的二十种氨基酸原料分子,氨基酸是基因DNA复制和蛋白质合成的必需原料分子。自然界拥有300多种氨基酸原料分子,每种生物只使用其中的部分氨基酸组成自己物种的基因编码和蛋白质。人类遗传基因限定人体基因使用二十种氨基酸分子,这二十种氨基酸分子分别是:缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、蛋氨酸、苏氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、半胱氨酸、酪氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸、丝氨酸、天冬酰胺、谷胺酰胺、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸。其中,前九种氨基酸为必需氨基酸,在人体无法合成,必需从食物中获得;中间两种(半胱氨酸、酪氨酸)为半必需氨基酸,可由必需氨基酸中的蛋氨酸、丙苯胺酸转变而成;后九种氨基酸为非必需氨基酸,人体自身可以用其他原料分子合成,也可以从食物中获得。人体基因DNA复制及人体蛋白质的合成必需同时具备二十种氨基酸分子才能产生新的基因DNA和人体蛋白质,若人体必需氨基酸种类摄取不足,必将会影响基因DNA的复制和蛋白质的合成以及生物化学反应的失衡。因此,要想从饮食中获得丰富多种氨基酸原料,就必需饮食多种多色食物,获取多种必需氨基酸,以满足基因DNA复制需要和合成人体蛋白质需要的氨基酸种类。人类遗传基因组是决定使用各种氨基酸的数量和排列顺序的编码程序,规定不同的氨基酸种类、数量和排列顺序,组成千差万别、各种各样功能的人体蛋白质。人体蛋白质是人体构建细胞结构和指导并直接参与所有化学反应的生物大分子。食物中的蛋白质不能直接成为人体蛋白质,必须分解成氨基酸原料分子,肌体细胞根据生理的需要,再利用氨基酸原料分子合成生命活动需要的各种人体蛋白质分子和数量,维护肌体生理活动正常。非人体需要的氨基酸原料则成为废物排出体外。任何“它源”蛋白质进入人体,免疫系统发现不是自产的蛋白质都会排斥,奋力博杀,将其消灭,排出体外,不容许“它源”蛋白质发挥作用,只容许相同或极相似的蛋白质发挥作用。人体蛋白质在生命活动中非常重要:一是构建人体细胞结构。包括新陈代谢细胞、发育增殖细胞,繁衍生殖细胞,损伤细胞修复等,都得靠人体蛋白质来完成。人体从受精卵第一个细胞开始,经历胚胎期和胎儿期发育至出生时止,细胞增殖达到约3万亿个;从新生儿发育成长至成年人时,细胞增殖至约60万亿个;二是指导并直接参与人体所有化学反应。人体是一个复杂的生物化工厂,是由数以亿计、分子量大小不等、化学性质各异的化学分子组成,并由各种各样精确至极的化学反应掌控着生命活动,人体内所有内分泌、氧气和食物转化、营养运化等都是通过生物化学反应产生结果,人体的生物化学反应一旦终止,生命也就终止。每种食物蛋白质所含氨基酸的种类和数量是不同的,都是或多或少含有部分人体需要的氨基酸原料而已。为了从食物中获得多种氨基酸原料,就必需饮食多种多色食物,获取多种多色食物蛋白质所含的各种氨基酸原料。氨基酸以组成蛋白质的生物大分子存在于食物中,食物中的蛋白质含量越高,其氨基酸质量也就越高。在普通食物中,蛋白质含量最高的食物是豆类,豆类蛋白质含量比肉类、谷类、蔬菜等食物都要高,是人体的优质基因营养。
脂肪的生理作用为:五种不同颜色的豆类都含有少量脂肪,是人体有益的不饱和脂肪。脂肪的生理作是构成细胞膜和神经髓鞘,脂肪与碳水化合物和蛋白质都是人体三大供热源材料,脂肪是维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K及胡萝卜素的良好溶剂,也是贮存热量最好的形式,
膳食纤维的生理作用为:五种不同颜色的豆类含有可溶性膳食纤维,豆类的膳食纤维比谷物还高,肉类是没有膳食纤维的。膳食纤维的生理作用是增加粪便的体积,软化粪便,剌激结肠内的发酵,降低血液中总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的水平,降低餐后血糖的水平。
矿物质的生理作用为:五种不同颜色的豆类其矿物质含量比谷物和肉类高,特别是钾、钙、镁、磷等常量元素,以及铁、锌、铜、硒等微量元素的含量比谷物和肉类都高。钙、磷是构成人体骨骼的主要成分,特别是钙,在人体循环、呼吸、神经、内分泌、肌肉、骨骼、免疫等系统正常生理功能中起重要调节作用,钙代谢平衡对于维持生命和健康起至关重要。磷是大脑活动必需的一种介质,它既是组成脑磷脂、卵磷脂的主要成分,又参与神经纤维的传导和细胞膜的生理活动,参与糖和脂肪的吸收和代谢。钾元素是人体细胞内的主要阳离子,是维持新陈代谢、内渗透压、酸碱平衡、神经冲动传导、肌肉收缩、心肌收缩所必需的物质,钾元素还可以阻止化学钙的流失,帮助输送氧气到脑部,钾离子可强化肌力及肌内力,钾对人体的钠有具有抑制作用,可降低血压和心血管疾病。镁元素是人体生成代谢过程中必不可少的元素,是多种酶的激活剂,参与人体内三百多种酶促反应,镁是骨细胞结构和功能的必需微量元素,保持骨骼生长和维持,可以提高骨骼中矿物质含量,改善骨骼强度,镁对大脑的智力发育有很好的作用,能维护中枢神经系统功能,抑制神经、肌肉的兴奋,保障心肌正常收缩,镁与钙相互作用,可维持健康的心脏和血管。铁是人体需要最多的微量元素,铁在人体生理功能中主要参与血红蛋白的形成而促进造血,铁也是血红蛋白和氧气的运输载体,为脑细胞提供营养素和氧气,影响神经传导,增强机体免疫力。锌元素是仅次于铁的需要量较大的微量元素,是许多含酶的组成成分,参与多种酶的合成,在核酸代谢和蛋白质合成中发挥重要作用,加速生长发育,增强创伤组织再生力,增能抵抗力,促进性功能。铜元素是人体金属酶的重要成分,主要参与造成血过程,促进铁构成血红蛋白,在神经组织代谢方面参与髓鞘的形成,是智力发育必需营养素之一。硒元素是参与体内谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的代谢过程,是人体肌代谢不可缺少的微量元素,硒具有保护红细胞的功能并发现有抗癌的作用,硒有助于智力发育和提高。
维生素的生理作用:五种不同颜色的豆类都含有维生素A、胡萝卜素、维生素E等,维生素的含量比谷物高。其作用为:维生素A是参与视网膜内杆状细胞中视紫红质的合成,增加视网膜感光性能,参与体内多种氧化过程,促进脑细胞的发育,促进皮肤的健康,是维护视力和促进大脑发育必不少的营养素。胡萝卜素是维生素A的前体,分解后可以得到两个相同的维生素A。维生素E具有抗氧化功能,能促进脑细胞增生和活力,防止脑内过氧化脂质,预防脑疲劳,能减少体内脂质过氧化物的产生,稳定生物膜结构,还能维护机体的免疫功能,帮助免疫系统发育,对预防疾病起着重要作用。

Claims (4)
1.本发明“一种多色豆基因营养品”技术特征由如下步骤组成:1优选红豆、黄豆、绿豆、白豆、黑豆原料;2将步骤1优选的豆类原料按比例配成一种混合豆(简称为“多色豆”),混合豆配合比例为:1∶1∶1∶1∶1(按百分率计算为:红豆、黄豆、绿豆、白豆、黑豆各占20%);3将步骤2配成的“多色豆”进行清洗;4将步骤3清洗后的“多色豆”进行干燥脱水;5将步骤4脱水后的干品“多色豆”打磨成粉料;6将步骤5处理的“多色豆”粉料进行消毒灭菌;7将步骤6处理的无菌“多色豆”粉料进行定量包装成品为“多色豆基因营养品”,它的特征是集合了红豆养心、黄豆养脾、绿豆养肝、白豆养肺、黑豆养肾于一体,而且营养成分丰富,包含有人体需要的宏量碳水化合物、蛋白质,常量矿物质、膳食纤维和微量元素、维生素,以及少量脂肪,不含胆固醇,可为人体提供平衡滋养五脏的营养和基因复制需要的及人体蛋白质合成需要的多种氨基酸原料分子,有利于促进人体生化平衡与持续健康;有利于人体细胞增殖、生殖和损伤修复,有利于促进人体胚胎、胎儿、婴幼儿和儿童的健康发育,茁壮成长,有望解决未成年人在细胞增殖期间,因基因营养不足而导致个体生长缓慢和身材瘦小问题。

4.根据权利要求1所述:其特征在于:“多色豆基因营养品”的饮食方式可多样化,可加水调煮,成为“多色豆浆”或“多色豆奶茶”;可作为基料,与其他食物原料的粉料搭配,可调配成多种系列食品,包括与奶粉搭配,可调配成“多色豆奶粉”食品;与面粉搭配,可调配成“多色豆面粉”制品;与米粉搭配,可调配成“多色豆米粉”制品;与碳酸料搭配,可调配成“多色豆碳酸饮料”食品;还可与多种食物原料的粉料搭配,可调配成营养丰富的多种基因营养食品。
