本发明公开了一种能够抗病毒病害,提高鲍鱼苗规格的鲍鱼杂交育苗工艺,它的工艺过程是:种鲍促熟→诱导产卵→卵化→采集→硅藻饲育→剥离→平流饲育→饲料饲育→长成幼鲍,其特征在于:在种鲍促熟阶段,以日本国黑鲍为母本,中国皱纹盘鲍为父本进行杂交;采苗时间提前,降低采苗温度,采苗面积减半,延长硅藻饲育的时间,增大剥离规格。本发明大大地提高了鲍鱼育苗的成活率和规格,即提高了经济效益。

Description

鲍鱼杂交育苗工艺
本发明涉及一种水产品的育苗工艺,尤其是鲍鱼的育苗工艺。
由于传统的鲍鱼育苗养殖自一九九三年开始,出现了严重的肌肉萎缩症,脓泡病,气泡病等病毒性病害,致使鲍鱼人工育苗死亡率高达90~95%,病毒发病面几乎达百分之百,而且剥离后的鲍鱼苗,大规格的仅占总数的20%,中规格的占60%,小规格的占20%,由此不难看出,目前的鲍鱼育苗被病毒严重地威胁着,既使少量成活的鲍鱼苗,其规格也难以令人满意。
本发明的目的就是要为人们提供一种能够抗病毒病害,提高鲍鱼苗规格的鲍鱼杂交育苗工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:一种鲍鱼杂交育苗工艺,它的工艺过程是:种鲍促熟→诱导产卵→卵化→采集→硅藻饲育→剥离→平流饲育→饲料饲育→长成幼鲍,其特征在于:在种鲍促熟阶段,以日本国黑鲍为母本,中国皱纹盘鲍为父本进行杂交;采苗时间提前,降低采苗温度,采苗面积减半,延长硅藻饲育的时间,增大剥离规格。
采苗时间为3~4月份,采苗温度是6℃~8℃,采苗面积为育苗面积的50%。
硅藻饲育的摄食期为150天。
剥离规格为6~7mm的幼鲍。
本发明由于采用了杂交种鲍,从而避免了近亲繁殖带来的免疫能力的降低,提高了鲍鱼苗的自身免疫能力,解决了育苗的病害问题,使鲍鱼的育苗不再受病毒的侵扰;另外采苗时间由每年的5~6月,提前为3~4月,采苗温度由传统工艺的13℃~15℃降低为6℃~8℃,采苗面积由100%降为50%,硅藻饲育的摄食期从40天增加到150天,剥离规格从2~3mm增大到6~7mm,通过这些工艺上的改进,鲍鱼苗剥离后的成活率为90%,大规格苗种占总数的85%,中规格苗种占总数的75%,小规格苗种占总数的75%,通过艺对比,可以看出,该工艺在不增加成本的情况下,大大地提高了鲍鱼杂交育苗的成活率和其规格,即提高了经济效益。
实施例
以日本国黑鲍为母本,中国皱纹盘鲍为父本在面积是4256m2的池子中进行种鲍促熟,诱导产卵,卵化,于3月15日~4月15日在6℃~8℃的条件下采苗,在硅藻饲育阶段转板三次,一次50天,共计150天,然后剥离出鲍鱼苗3000万个,经平流饲育及饲料饲育阶段,经过两次筛选,最后培育成商品苗2354.46万个,其中大规格种苗是2000万个,中规格种苗是160万个,小规格种苗是160万个。
