Abstract

本发明公开了一种用大蒜汁剥离鲍鱼苗的方法,是将500~1500g大蒜榨碎,然后加入100L海水制成大蒜汁溶液;将载有鲍鱼苗的附着物放入大蒜汁溶液中或用大蒜汁溶液喷洒在鲍鱼苗上,0.1~1.0min后将剥离的苗种倒入另一养殖池,剥离后苗种成活率大于95%,即节省了苗种剥离时间,又提高了剥离后苗种的成活率,提高了生产效率和经济效益。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种鲍鱼苗剥离的方法,尤其是一种可节省苗种剥离时间,提高剥离后苗种成活率的用大蒜汁剥离鲍鱼苗的方法。 
背景技术:
鲍鱼是爬附在浅海低潮线以下岩石上的一种单壳类软体动物,肉质柔嫩细滑,味道极其鲜美,且有较高的营养和药用价值。以干品分析,每千克鲍肉含蛋白质400g、肝糖337g、脂肪9g,并含多种维生素和微量元素。鲍鱼含有丰富的球蛋白及被称为“鲍灵素”的成分,能够破坏癌细胞必需的代谢物质,是抗癌食品。贝壳可入药,药名“石决明”,用于眼睛相关疾病的治疗。随着经济社会发展,人们对高品质食品需求的增加,鲍鱼以其浓厚的传统文化背景、独特的风味口感和较高的营养价值越来越受到青睐,自然生长的鲍鱼已不能满足人们的需要。 
由于鲍鱼的自然苗种严重缺乏,鲍鱼养殖则完全依赖于人工苗种。在人工育苗过程中,当鲍苗长到3~4mm以后,其摄食量的加大和背光性的增强,透明的饵料板已不宜于鲍苗的生存,此时应及时将鲍苗剥离并把剥离后的苗倒入新养殖池。新池底用附着物作覆瓦状铺设以供鲍苗附着。而在日后的筛苗及成品苗种出售时,都要对苗种进行剥离,剥离是鲍鱼人工育苗中至关重要的一个环节。传统的剥离方法有用3~5%酒精、30~50%米酒、3%米醋或1.035%精盐进行剥离,存在着剥离时间长,剥离后苗种损伤率高等缺点。 
发明内容:
本发明为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种可节省苗种剥离时间,提高剥离后苗种成活率的用大蒜汁剥离鲍鱼苗的方法。 
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种用大蒜汁剥离鲍鱼苗的方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行: 
a.将500~1500g大蒜榨碎,然后加入100L海水制成大蒜汁溶液; 
b.将载有鲍鱼苗的附着物放入大蒜汁溶液中或用大蒜汁溶液喷洒在鲍鱼苗上,0.1~1.0min后,将剥离的苗种倒入另一养殖池。 
本发明只需0.1~1.0min,就可将鲍鱼苗从附着物上剥离下来,剥离后苗种成活率大于95%,即节省了苗种剥离时间,又提高了剥离后苗种的成活率,提高了生产效率和经济效益。 
具体实施方式:
a.将1000g大蒜榨碎,然后加入100L海水制成大蒜汁溶液; 
b.当鲍苗长到3~4mm以后需要剥离时,将载有鲍鱼苗的附着物(波纹板等)放入大蒜汁溶液中浸泡0.5min,或用大蒜汁溶液喷洒在鲍鱼苗上,停留1.0min后,鲍鱼苗种即从附着物上下来,然后将剥离的苗种倒入另一养殖池,剥离后,苗种成活率为99%。

1.一种用大蒜汁剥离鲍鱼苗的方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:
a.将500~1500g大蒜榨碎,然后加入100L海水制成大蒜汁溶液;
b.将载有鲍鱼苗的附着物放入大蒜汁溶液或用大蒜汁溶液喷洒在鲍鱼苗上,0.1~1.0min后,将剥离的苗种倒入另一养殖池。
