Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚酯纤维用抗静电剂及其制备方法,以重量份计,该聚酯纤维用抗静电剂包括以下组分:改性聚丙烯酸酯50‑70份、仲烷基磺酸钠20‑30份、柠檬酸7‑12份、氯化钙2‑5份。该抗静电剂具有良好的抗静电性能的同时具有较强的附着能力,耐多次水洗,在织物被使用较长时间后仍然可以保持良好的抗静电性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织助剂领域,特别是涉及聚酯纤维用抗静电剂。
背景技术:
聚酯纤维具有绝缘性,不导电,所以当聚酯纤维在得到静电后就不易消失。聚酯纤维的静电现象,会给聚酯纤维纺织品在加工过程或使用过程中带来一些问题。比如,在纺织加工过程中,会影响纤维的开松、梳理以及纱线卷装成形;在使用过程中,静电作用会使织物容易吸附灰尘,织物之间更容易缠绕,影响织物美观。
为了避免静电在纤维内聚集,将纤维内所产生的静电尽快疏散,一般有两种解决办法:一种是在合成纤维的生产过程中引入导电组分或选用亲水性单体进行接枝聚合以提高纤维的吸湿性,从而消除静电;另一种方法就是应用抗静电剂对纤维进行整理,这种方法操作简单,限制性小,是目前应用较为广泛的一种抗静电方法。
在纤维表面上涂布一层抗静电剂后,织物表面可以因此具有柔软平滑的手感,同时可以降低摩擦系数,从而减少产生的静电。抗静电剂的耐水洗性不佳,在多次水洗后易脱落,但如果采用反应性的化合物,与纤维在高温下形成共价键结合,可以有效的提高抗静电剂的耐水洗牢度。
中国专利CN201510120620.3公开了一种纤维面料复合抗静电剂的制备方法,该复合抗静电剂包括丁醇磷酸酯抗静电剂,端羟基超支化抗静电剂,端羧基超支化抗静电剂以及端季铵盐超支化抗静电剂。该抗静电剂制备放法简单易行,制备出抗静电剂具有良好的抗电效果,但是其耐洗性不佳,在纤维织物上的持久性不佳,所以提高抗静电剂的耐水洗性十分有必要。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,该抗静电剂具有良好的抗静电性能的同时具有较强的附着能力,耐多次水洗,在织物被使用较长时间后仍然可以保持良好的抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠20-30份、柠檬酸7-12份、氯化钙2-5份。
一种聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠24份、柠檬酸12份、氯化钙3份。
优选的,所述改性聚丙烯酸酯为侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯与硫酸二甲酯反应而成。
优选的,所述侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯是由甲基丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯、丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯、丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯或甲基丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯中的一种或多种单体聚合而成。
优选的,所述侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯是由甲基丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯与甲基丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯混合聚合而成。
优选的,所述侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯中甲基丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯与甲基丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯的混合比例为3:1。
优选的,所述仲烷基磺酸钠的碳含量为13-15。
优选的,所述聚酯纤维用抗静电剂的使用方法为将聚酯纤维在该抗静电剂的溶液中浸轧后,50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
本发明具有以下有益效果,本发明使用改性的聚丙烯酸酯为抗静电剂的主要成分,该改性聚丙烯酸酯由侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯与硫酸二甲酯反应而制备而成,该改性的聚丙烯酸酯具有良好的抗静电性能。并且改性的聚丙烯酸酯与仲烷基磺酸钠一起,可以有效的增加该抗静电剂的附着力,使得抗静电剂的耐水洗性强,持久性好。再者,使用该抗静电剂时,将纤维织物先低温烘干后再升温处理,可以有效的加强抗静电剂的附着能力,进一步提高耐水洗性能。
具体实施方式:
为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
将改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠20份、柠檬酸7份、氯化钙5份混合后,加入5倍的水,搅拌均匀后,将聚酯纤维织物放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例2
将改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠22份、柠檬酸9份、氯化钙4份混合后,加入5倍的水,搅拌均匀后,将聚酯纤维织物放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例3
将改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠24份、柠檬酸12份、氯化钙3份混合后,加入5倍的水,搅拌均匀后,将聚酯纤维织物放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例4
将改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠26份、柠檬酸12份、氯化钙2份混合后,加入5倍的水,搅拌均匀后,将聚酯纤维织物放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例5
将改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠28份、柠檬酸10份、氯化钙4份混合后,加入5倍的水,搅拌均匀后,将聚酯纤维织物放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
实施例6
将改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠30份、柠檬酸7份、氯化钙3份混合后,加入5倍的水,搅拌均匀后,将聚酯纤维织物放入混合液中浸轧,之后取出50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
对以上各实施例所得的聚酯纤维均进行了抗静电检测,数据如表1所示,经过20次水洗过后的数据如表2所示,其中对比例为未经处理的聚酯纤维的检测数据:

1.一种聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠20-30份、柠檬酸7-12份、氯化钙2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
改性聚丙烯酸酯100份、仲烷基磺酸钠24份、柠檬酸12份、氯化钙3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述改性聚丙烯酸酯为侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯与硫酸二甲酯反应而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯是由甲基丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯、丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯、丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯或甲基丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯中的一种或多种单体聚合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯是由甲基丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯与甲基丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯混合聚合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述侧链含有叔胺基的聚丙烯酸酯中甲基丙烯酸2-(吗啉基)乙酯与甲基丙烯酸2-(N,N-二乙氨基)乙酯的混合比例为3:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述仲烷基磺酸钠的碳含量为13-15。
8.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯纤维用抗静电剂,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维用抗静电剂的使用方法为将聚酯纤维在该抗静电剂的溶液中浸轧后,50-60℃低温烘干后升温至80-90℃持续处理2h。
