Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织浆料,包括单体混合液、工艺水、小料,将546㎏丙烯酸甲酯、1642㎏乙烯‑丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、126㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯、105㎏丙烯酸四种单体混合形成单体混合液;聚合:放入31.1㎏乳化剂、5㎏引发剂,再加热到80℃;冷却:聚合物冷却至65℃‑70℃;第四步:中和:将冷却后的聚合物加入70㎏氨水中和,控制PH值及粘度;中和后的聚合物加入工艺水和小料,小料具体包括500㎏酒精、20㎏消泡剂、8㎏抗静电剂、20㎏渗透剂,冷却降温到30℃,控制含量及粘度,得到纺织浆料。具有水溶性、渗透性、抗静电性好、抱合力强、丝上浆后增强丝牵引力、耐摩擦、开口清晰、不落浆,使用方便,对环境污染小,同时可减轻后整理厂脱浆成本及环境影响。

一种纺织浆料
技术领域
本发明专利涉及纺织上浆配方技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织浆料。
背景技术
纺织上浆是织造工程的关键环节,浆纱的目的主要是提高纱线的耐磨性,目前纺织浆料主要分为淀粉类、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酸三大类浆料,在国内外占据重要地位。但目前也存在一些问题,比如聚乙烯醇浆料不能生物降解,已引起严重环保问题,正在逐渐被取代;淀粉类浆料粘度波动大,糊化性能差。传统的聚丙烯酸浆料再粘性严重,对纤维粘合力较强,对超细纤维丝上浆有局限性,上浆不稳定,后续脱浆造成困扰,造成后整理厂成本较高及环境影响较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述中存在的问题,提供一种水溶性、渗透性、抗静电性好、抱合力强、丝上浆后增强丝牵引力、耐摩擦、开口清晰、不落浆,使用方便,对环境污染小,同时可减轻后整理厂脱浆成本及环境影响的纺织浆料。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述方案得以解决的:一种纺织浆料,包括单体混合液、工艺水、小料,所述单体混合液的制备:将546㎏丙烯酸甲酯、1642㎏乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、126㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯、105㎏丙烯酸四种单体混合形成单体混合液;第二步:聚合:现有的5吨的反应釜中放入工艺水,加热到50℃,放入31.1㎏乳化剂、5㎏引发剂,再加热到80℃,将单体滴加,温度控制在80℃,单体滴加均匀,滴加时间控制在130分钟,温度控制在80℃,单体滴完之后保温半小时;第三步:冷却:聚合物冷却至65℃-70℃;第四步:中和:将冷却后的聚合物加入70㎏氨水中和,控制PH值及粘度;第五步:调节、装桶:中和后的聚合物加入工艺水和小料,小料具体包括500㎏酒精、20㎏消泡剂、8㎏抗静电剂、20㎏渗透剂,冷却降温到30℃,控制含量及粘度,得到纺织浆料。
作为优选,所述乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
作为又一优选,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
现有的技术相比,上述纺织浆料属纯丙烯酸酯和共聚阴离子化合物,具有良好机械稳定性,适用于一些高档面料织物织造,特别是超细涤纶、锦纶纤维丝喷水、喷气织机上浆。具有水溶性、渗透性、抗静电性好、抱合力强、丝上浆后增强丝牵引力、耐摩擦、开口清晰、不落浆,使用方便,对环境污染小,同时可减轻后整理厂脱浆成本及环境影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步叙述本发明,但本发明不受实施例的限制:
实施例1:本发明描述的是一种纺织浆料,包括单体混合液、工艺水、小料,所述单体混合液的制备:将546㎏丙烯酸甲酯、1642㎏乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、126㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯、105㎏丙烯酸四种单体混合形成单体混合液;第二步:聚合:现有的5吨的反应釜中放入工艺水,加热到50℃,放入31.1㎏乳化剂、5㎏引发剂,再加热到80℃,将单体滴加,温度控制在80℃,单体滴加均匀,滴加时间控制在130分钟,温度控制在80℃,单体滴完之后保温半小时;第三步:冷却:聚合物冷却至65℃-70℃;第四步:中和:将冷却后的聚合物加入70㎏氨水中和,控制PH值及粘度;第五步:调节、装桶:中和后的聚合物加入工艺水和小料,小料具体包括500㎏酒精、20㎏消泡剂、8㎏抗静电剂、20㎏渗透剂,冷却降温到30℃,控制含量及粘度,得到纺织浆料。

Claims (3)

1.一种纺织浆料,其特征在于,包括单体混合液、工艺水、小料,所述单体混合液的制备:将546㎏丙烯酸甲酯、1642㎏乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、126㎏甲基丙烯酸甲酯、105㎏丙烯酸四种单体混合形成单体混合液;
第二步:聚合:现有的5吨的反应釜中放入工艺水,加热到50℃,放入31.1㎏乳化剂、5㎏引发剂,再加热到80℃,将单体滴加,温度控制在80℃,单体滴加均匀,滴加时间控制在130分钟,温度控制在80℃,单体滴完之后保温半小时;
第三步:冷却:聚合物冷却至65℃-70℃;
第四步:中和:将冷却后的聚合物加入70㎏氨水中和,控制PH值及粘度;
第五步:调节、装桶:中和后的聚合物加入工艺水和小料,小料具体包括500㎏酒精、20㎏消泡剂、8㎏抗静电剂、20㎏渗透剂,冷却降温到30℃,控制含量及粘度,得到纺织浆料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织浆料,其特征在于,所述引发剂为过硫酸铵。
