Abstract
本发明公开了一种棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:棕榈醇硫酸酯钠30‑50份,棕榈酸钠20‑30份,三聚磷酸钠7‑10份,羟甲基纤维素10‑15份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠1‑3份,碳酸氢钠9‑14份,水40‑60份。该精练剂可以在较低的温度下有效的脱除棉以及桑蚕丝上的污物,并且不会对桑蚕丝有伤害,不会影响织物的手感以及形貌。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织助剂领域,特别是涉及一种棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂。
背景技术:
精练是用化学和物理的方法去除棉、毛、麻、蚕丝以及合成纤维等各类纺织品上的天然杂质、沾污物和织造浆料的工艺过程。在这一过程中所用到的化工助剂,既为精练剂。由于精练剂需要在短时间内就去除纤维中的油蜡、果胶、蛋白质或油脂等物质,同时还需驱逐织物上的浆料与油污,提高半成品的毛细效果。因此,就需要精练剂具有渗透迅速、乳化力强、耐高温和强碱以及耐氧化剂的性能。
棉和桑蚕丝混纺的织物,在具有桑蚕丝的柔软性和顺滑性的同时,也可以拥有棉纤维的吸水性和舒适性。但是这类混纺的织物由于桑蚕丝不耐高温,对处理条件要求比较高。并且桑蚕丝需要脱去其中的丝胶,从而改善其织物的吸色性能。所以多该类混纺织物进行精练时需要一种反应条件温和,而且洗脱效率较高的精练剂。
中国专利201210348661.4公开了一种棉纺织物精练剂,该精练剂包括,以重量份数计:十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-8,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20,氯化钠3-6,柠檬酸3-5,甲基丙烯酸2-4,烷基磷酸酯3-6,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20,硅酸钠1-3,辛醇10-20,聚乙二醇醚4-8,水160-200。该精练剂渗透迅速,乳化力强,但是对于桑蚕丝上的丝胶的脱除的效果还有待提高。
中国专利201510532125.3公开了一种丝绸精练剂,该精练剂包含异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸钠、五水偏硅酸钠、有机磷酸类稳定剂,丝素保护剂以及水。该丝绸精练剂精练效果良好,溶液的pH较为稳定,可以保护丝绸不受损伤。但是,该精练剂的洗脱效果有限,对于棉织物的洗脱效率有点提高。因此,研发一种适合棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物的精练剂十分有必要。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,可以在较低的温度下有效的脱除棉以及桑蚕丝上的污物,并且不会对桑蚕丝有伤害,不会影响织物的手感以及形貌。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠30-50份,棕榈酸钠20-30份,三聚磷酸钠7-10份,羟甲基纤维素10-15份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠1-3份,碳酸氢钠9-14份,水40-60份。
一种棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠35-45份,棕榈酸钠25-30份,三聚磷酸钠7-8份,羟甲基纤维素11-13份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠1-2份,碳酸氢钠9-12份,水40-50份。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述棕榈醇硫酸脂钠的制备方法为先将棕榈醇硫酸化以后,将其与氢氧化钠中和,即得所述棕榈醇硫酸脂钠
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠是由脂肪醇与氯乙酸钠反应制备而成。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠中脂肪醇的碳含量为12-18。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂用于纯棉织物、桑蚕丝织物或棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物的精练加工过程。
本发明具有以下有益效果,本发明的精练剂中所用的棕榈醇磺酸酯钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠复配,可以有效的使棕榈醇磺酸钠的水溶液的表面张力下降,接近最低值,从而使棕榈醇磺酸钠的洗除能力增强。而且棕榈醇硫酸酯钠与棕榈酸钠的配合,可以在有效洗除棉纤维污物并同时洗除桑蚕丝上的丝胶。在使用该精练剂进行棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物进行精练处理时,所需的条件比较温和,不会对桑蚕丝纤维造成伤害,同时也可以有效地处理棉纤维上的污物。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面通过实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例只用于解释本发明,不会对本发明构成任何的限定。
实施例1
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠30份,棕榈酸钠20份,三聚磷酸钠10份,羟甲基纤维素10份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠2份,碳酸氢钠10份,水45份。
将上述物质混合后,搅拌均匀,稀释5倍后,与过氧化氢混合。将退浆后的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物浸入其中,维持温度在60℃,精练处理60min。几乎将棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物上的污物以及桑蚕丝上的丝胶脱除干净。
实施例2
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠35份,棕榈酸钠25份,三聚磷酸钠8份,羟甲基纤维素11份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠2份,碳酸氢钠9份,水45份。

将上述物质混合后,搅拌均匀,稀释5倍后,与过氧化氢混合。将退浆后的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物浸入其中,维持温度在60℃,精练处理60min。几乎将棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物上的污物以及桑蚕丝上的丝胶脱除干净。
实施例4
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠45份,棕榈酸钠20份,三聚磷酸钠8份,羟甲基纤维素15份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠2份,碳酸氢钠13份,水45份。
将上述物质混合后,搅拌均匀,稀释5倍后,与过氧化氢混合。将退浆后的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物浸入其中,维持温度在60℃,精练处理60min。几乎将棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物上的污物以及桑蚕丝上的丝胶脱除干净。
实施例5
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠35份,棕榈酸钠30份,三聚磷酸钠7份,羟甲基纤维素12份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠2份,碳酸氢钠14份,水45份。

1.一种棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠30-50份,棕榈酸钠20-30份,三聚磷酸钠7-10份,羟甲基纤维素10-15份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠1-3份,碳酸氢钠9-14份,水40-60份。
2.根据权利要求一所述的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:
棕榈醇硫酸酯钠35-45份,棕榈酸钠25-30份,三聚磷酸钠7-8份,羟甲基纤维素11-13份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠1-2份,碳酸氢钠9-12份,水40-50份。
3.根据权利要求一所述的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于:所述棕榈醇硫酸脂钠的制备方法为先将棕榈醇硫酸化以后,将其与氢氧化钠中和,即得所述棕榈醇硫酸脂钠。
4.根据权利要求一所述的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠是由脂肪醇与氯乙酸钠反应制备而成。
5.根据权利要求一所述的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠中脂肪醇的碳含量为12-18。
6.根据权利要求一所述的棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂,其特征在于:所述棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物适用的精练剂用于纯棉织物、桑蚕丝织物或棉/桑蚕丝混纺织物的精练加工过程。
