目前主要的保护措施大致有以下几种:一是贴合低粘接性的保护膜压敏胶粘带,二是用UV型压敏胶粘带。这两种保护措施存在一定的弊端,低粘接性的保护膜压敏胶粘带,其粘结性较低,很难粘结粗糙表面的物体,若用于高端电子产品,该种保护膜贴合后粘结力会随着时间的延长、温度、压力的提升而变大,导致最终去除时会破坏电子产品的外观,甚至会彻底损坏电子产品。UV压敏胶粘带目前是比较流行的适用晶元、玻璃、其他产品保护的胶粘带,但是由于UV压敏胶中含有低分子量的光引发剂,在经过温度等苛刻条件后会有低分子量的化学物质残留在电子器件中,对产品的稳定性存在一定的安全隐患。同时以上两种胶粘带对于一些特殊的用途存在着弊端,例如在涂布行业,因涂布一般不能任意改变涂布的形状,例如锂电池行业极片的涂布需要在涂布浆料的地方有很小的空白区域不能够涂布浆料,该空白区域主要是用来焊接极耳的,如果用保护膜或UV胶带并不能解决此问题。
现有技术中提到了一款针对在涂布、印刷、喷涂的一种热剥离丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘带;其选取100份丙烯酸酯聚合物及15-40份膨胀性微球,混合均匀后加入0.01-2份的异氰酸酯交联剂,涂布于基材上,涂布干胶厚度为30-60um,然后在60-90℃下烘干获得热剥离压敏胶粘带,再将制备出来的热剥离压敏胶粘带贴合25-75um的离型膜上即制得热剥离丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘带。其涂布基材单面表面能不低于36达因。另外一篇现有技术中提到了一款热膨胀再剥离性丙烯酸压敏类粘合带和粘合片,是一种高剥离的热膨胀胶粘带,适用于电子产品生产工艺的临时性保护。
从目前膨胀胶粘带的技术来看,其膨胀的温度要求较高,高于100℃,对于一些较低温度生产的产品不适用,并且膨胀性胶粘带的使用范围较窄。
发明内容
针对以上各种胶粘带使用中存在的不足之处,本发明申请提供一种热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,用于晶元模切、产品加工过程保护,可以应用在涂布行业改变涂布形状,经过一定规格的模切设计形成了一种特殊用途的胶粘片。
本发明申请主要需要解决的问题为:
(1)提供一种在50℃以上能够膨胀失去粘性或有少量粘性的胶粘带,使膨胀型胶粘带适用于更宽的领域;
(2)提供一种适合与锂电池涂布遮蔽的胶粘片,该胶粘片要求只有在特定温度下膨胀,且膨胀后胶片四周能够较规律卷曲,卷曲度及膨胀倍数能够完全顶起锂电池极片涂布的浆料,并且浆料四周不能被破坏;同时膨胀之后的胶粘片还需要有轻微粘性,不能被烘箱风道的风吹散,导致极片浆料的污染。
具体来说,本发明申请提供一种加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,由如下质量百分含量的成分制成:
1)压敏胶粘剂40.4%~66%;
2)热敏膨胀型高分子材料15.5%~33.5%;
3)交联剂0.8%~1.6%;
4)无机填料2.7%~4.5%;
5)有机溶剂15%~20%。
进一步的,所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带的固体百分比含量为25%~45%,其中热敏膨胀型高分子材料、无机填料为固态;压敏胶粘剂及交联剂为含有溶剂固体成分小于100%的液态物质。所述的固体百分比含量25-45%是指最终除去有机溶剂外的所有固体的含量,压敏胶粘剂及交联剂自身去除溶剂后也有固态物质,再加上热敏膨胀材料及无机填料后总体的固体成分。
进一步的,所述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带适用的基膜,厚度为6~36um,基膜为聚酯、聚酰亚胺或聚烯烃类薄膜,对于膨胀温度较低(温度范围在70-95℃)的胶粘带,基膜为单向拉伸膜,包括PET或PP。以上物质均市售可得。
进一步的,所述的压敏胶粘剂,厚度为15~70um。
进一步的,所述的压敏胶粘剂,为丙烯酸类压敏胶或橡胶型压敏胶,包括聚氨酯类压敏胶、环氧类压敏胶或饱和聚酯类压敏胶。以上物质均市售可得。
进一步的,所述的无机填料为钛白粉、气相二氧化硅、钛青蓝、炭黑、钴蓝、钴绿或石墨的一种或两种的混合,任意两种混合的比例范围为0.5~1:1。以上物质均市售可得。
进一步的,所述的热敏膨胀型高分子材料为物理性膨胀微球、偶氮类化合物、亚硝基化合物、磺酰肼类化合物或碳酸盐化合物中的一种或两种的混合,任意两种混合的比例范围为1~0.2:1。其中物理性膨胀微球为壳核结构,偶氮类化合物为偶氮二甲酰胺,亚硝基化合物为N,N-二硝基五二次甲基四胺(DPT)、苯磺酰肼、碳酸氢钠等。以上物质均市售可得。
进一步的,所述的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲苯中的一种或两种的混合,任意两种混合的比例范围为0.5~2:1。以上物质均市售可得。
进一步的,所述交联剂为异氰酸酯类固化剂、胺类固化剂、氨基树脂类固化剂、氮丙啶类固化剂中的一种或两种的混合,任意两种混合的比例范围为0.5~1:1。以上物质均市售可得。
本发明申请的另一个目的是提供上述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将压敏胶粘剂、热敏膨胀型高分子材料、交联剂、无机填料、有机溶剂按照上述比例混合,并在高速搅拌机下以600~1500r/min的速度搅拌15~40min,得到胶黏剂;
B、将挤出式或刮刀式涂布机烘箱温度设置在60~120℃之间;
C、将搅拌均匀的胶黏剂用涂布机涂布在基膜电晕面,涂布速度为5~30m/min,涂布厚度15~70um,经过烘箱干燥,烘烤时间为1~3min,温度为60-120℃;
D、将干燥好的胶黏剂在涂布机的贴合装置处贴合至16~50um的PET离型膜的离型面,其他的离型膜如OPP、PP;
E、将贴合好的胶粘带进行收卷;
F、将收好的胶卷放置在30~70℃的温度下24-48小时即得加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带。
进一步的,所述的制作方法,所述胶带通过模切加热膨胀后卷曲方向规律,其模切图形为矩形、正方形、(椭)圆形、三角形或菱形中的一种。模切是在胶带涂布熟化后进行,根据需要被保护材料的规格要求采取。模切成不同形状有利于提高对被保护材料的精确性,提高后续生产工艺及效率;同时根据不同形状胶带在加热膨胀后采取更方便的清理放式。
进一步的,所述的制作方法,所述胶带模切图形为矩形(含倒角),且胶片内部模切有折痕;该折痕为平行于短边或长边,折痕尺寸为同一规格或不同规格平行相间,且折痕尺寸小于与其平行的边。该种形状的优点:首先与锂电池极片形状类似,为矩形状,便于预留焊接极片位置;其次,矩形长宽存在差度,胶带在烘烤膨胀时长边变形较短边变形大,使得卷曲更大;再次,胶带在加热膨胀过程中会释放较大应力,模切折痕有利于分解部分应力,使得卷曲规律较好。
所述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,贴钢板、铝箔、铜箔及其他金属片的常温剥离力为20~800gf/inch,在90~130℃烘烤3~120s后,剥离力低于10gf/inch。该膨胀失粘型压敏胶带用于锂电池正负极浆料连续涂布,所贴材料分别铝箔、铜箔;若贴其他保护材料可能有钢板、镍片、锌片等金属片;因此胶带在未发泡前必须与被贴物有一定粘性并保持力。
所述的制作方法,所述胶带贴有离型膜或离型纸,模切后离型膜或离型纸完好无损,且宽度不小于胶片的宽度。所述的膨胀胶粘片是由制作的膨胀胶粘带经过模切后形成。具体规格不定,可根据客户要求进行模切。所描述的用于锂电池极片浆料涂布的膨胀胶粘片底膜尺寸为:长(100~500m),宽(20~100mm);胶粘片尺寸为:长(10~50mm),宽(10~50mm),胶粘片中模切刀痕的尺寸为:长(2~45mm),刀痕与刀痕间距(1~20mm);胶粘片的倒角半径R=0~5mm。
本发明申请提供的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,具有以下的优点:
(1)常温下具有稳定粘性,且在高温烘烤后粘性降低,对被粘物无残胶无污染,便于清除;
(2)解决了胶带加热膨胀后卷曲方向一致性及规律性,用于锂电池正负极极片位置保护实现浆料连续涂布,大大提高了生产效率及提高锂电池的电容量,减小电池空间。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式对本发明申请所述的技术方案进行说明,目的是为了公众更好地理解所述技术方案,而不是对其进行任意限制。
实施例一
本发明申请提供一种加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,由如下质量百分含量的成分制成:
1)聚氨酯类压敏胶40.4%;
2)偶氮类化合物33.5%;
3)异氰酸酯类固化剂1.6%;
4)钛青蓝4.5%;
5)乙酸乙酯20%。
所述压敏胶粘带适用的基膜,厚度为6um,基膜为聚酯,聚氨酯类压敏胶,厚度为15um。
如图1所示,本发明申请所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带的制作方法,依次经过胶料配置区1、转移式刮刀涂布机2、待涂布薄膜放卷区3、烘烤烘箱区4、贴合底膜放卷区5、底膜与胶带贴合辊区6、底膜贴后的半成品收卷区7和胶卷熟化区8,包括如下步骤:
A、将聚氨酯类压敏胶、偶氮类化合物、异氰酸酯类固化剂、钛青蓝、乙酸乙酯按照上述比例混合,并在高速搅拌机下以600r/min的速度搅拌15min,得到胶黏剂;
B、将涂布机烘箱温度设置在60℃;
C、将搅拌均匀的胶黏剂用涂布机涂布在基膜电晕面,涂布速度为5m/min,涂布厚度15um,经过烘箱干燥,烘烤时间为3min,温度为60℃;
D、将干燥好的胶黏剂在涂布机的贴合装置处贴合至16um的PET离型膜的离型面;
E、将贴合好的胶粘带进行收卷;
F、将收好的胶卷放置在50℃的温度下48小时即得膨胀性胶粘带。
如图2所示,本发明申请所述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带胶片贴底膜模切收卷示意图,裁剪后的离型膜胶片10贴附在底膜9上。
实施例二
本发明申请提供一种加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,由如下质量百分含量的成分制成:
1)环氧类压敏胶66%;
2)苯磺酰肼15%;
3)氨基树脂类固化剂1%;
4)钛白粉3%;
5)乙酸丁酯15%。
所述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带适用的基膜,厚度为36um,基膜为聚酰亚胺类薄膜,厚度为50um。
上述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将环氧类压敏胶、苯磺酰肼、氨基树脂类固化剂、钛白粉和乙酸丁酯照上述比例混合,并在高速搅拌机下以1500r/min的速度搅拌15min,得到胶黏剂;
B、将涂布机烘箱温度设置在100℃;
C、将搅拌均匀的胶黏剂用涂布机涂布在基膜电晕面,涂布速度为30m/min,涂布厚度70um,经过烘箱干燥,烘烤时间为1min,温度为120℃;
D、将干燥好的胶黏剂在涂布机的贴合装置处贴合至50um的OPP离型膜的离型面;
E、将贴合好的胶粘带进行收卷;
F、将收好的胶卷放置在50℃的温度下24小时即得加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带。
实施例三
本发明申请提供一种加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,由如下质量百分含量的成分制成:
1)聚酯类压敏胶50%;
2)碳酸盐化合物30%;
3)氮丙啶类固化剂1%;
4)钴绿3%;
5)甲苯16%。
进一步的,所述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带适用的基膜为聚烯烃类薄膜,厚度为20um,厚度为30um。
上述加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
A、将聚酯类压敏胶、碳酸盐化合物、氮丙啶类固化剂、钴绿和甲苯按照上述比例混合,并在高速搅拌机下以800r/min的速度搅拌30min,得到胶黏剂;
B、将涂布机烘箱温度设置在90℃;
C、将搅拌均匀的胶黏剂用涂布机涂布在基膜电晕面,涂布速度为20m/min,涂布厚度40um,经过烘箱干燥,烘烤时间为2min,温度为60℃;
D、将干燥好的胶黏剂在涂布机的贴合装置处贴合至30um的PET离型膜的离型面;
E、将贴合好的胶粘带进行收卷;
F、将收好的胶卷放置在40℃的温度下36小时即得加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带。
本发明申请所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,常温下具有稳定粘性,且在高温烘烤后粘性降低对被粘物无残胶无污染,便于清除,并且解决了胶带加热膨胀后卷曲方向一致性及规律性,大大提高了生产效率及提高锂电池的电容量,减小电池空间。
应该理解的是,上述内容不是对所述技术方案的限制,事实上,在相同或近似的原理下,对所述技术方案进行的改进,等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明申请所要求保护的技术方案。
Claims (8)
1.一种加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于,由如下质量百分含量的成分制成:
1)压敏胶粘剂40.4%~66%;
2)热敏膨胀型高分子材料15.5%~33.5%;
3)交联剂0.8%~1.6%;
4)无机填料2.7%~4.5%;
5)有机溶剂15%~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于:所述的压敏胶粘剂,厚度为厚度为15~70um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于:所述的压敏胶粘剂,为丙烯酸类压敏胶或橡胶型压敏胶。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于:所述的无机填料为钛白粉、气相二氧化硅、钛青蓝、炭黑、钴蓝、钴绿或石墨的一种或两种的混合。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于:所述的热敏膨胀型高分子材料为物理性膨胀微球、偶氮类化合物、亚硝基化合物、磺酰肼类化合物或碳酸盐化合物中的一种或两种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于:所述的有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲苯中的一种或两种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带,其特征在于:所述交联剂为异氰酸酯类固化剂、胺类固化剂、氨基树脂类固化剂、氮丙啶类固化剂中的一种或两种的混合。
8.权利要求1所述的加热膨胀失粘型压敏胶粘带的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、将压敏胶粘剂、热敏膨胀型高分子材料、交联剂、无机填料、有机溶剂按照上述比例混合,并在高速搅拌机下以600~1500r/min的速度搅拌15~40min,得到胶黏剂;
B、将挤出式或刮刀式涂布机烘箱温度设置在60~120℃之间;
C、将搅拌均匀的胶黏剂用涂布机涂布在基膜电晕面,涂布速度为5~30m/min,涂布厚度15~70um,经过烘箱干燥,烘烤时间为1~3min,温度为60-120℃;
D、将干燥好的胶黏剂在涂布机的贴合装置处贴合至16~50um的PET离型膜的离型面,其他的离型膜如OPP、PP;
E、将贴合好的胶粘带进行收卷;
