本发明属于制造设备技术领域,涉及一种自动化埋PIN针设备,包括机台、设于机台上的送料机构、设于送料机构末端的切断机构、设于切断机构一侧的周转机构和设于周转机构下方的抓取机构,所述送料机构包括送料盘和位于送料盘下方的导轨,所述周转机构包括跨设于抓取机构上方的基座、枢接于基座上的周转单元和控制周转单元旋转的电机,所述周转单元包括一个能从面向水平到面向下方转换的工作部以及让工作部靠近导轨夹料的进退气缸,工作部上设有若干供PIN针穿入的穿针孔。该设备能自动精确高速地完成PIN针的插接工作,更好地适应高效的加工需求。

自动化埋PIN针设备
技术领域
本发明涉及制造设备技术领域,特别涉及一种提高埋钉效率的自动化埋PIN针设备。
背景技术
镶件装散PIN针注塑模具埋射的产品中,需将细、体积小的单支PIN靠人手一根一根插入到模具镶件中,手工作业插入模具镶件的过程中位置不精准,作业速度慢。在配合注塑成型的时间周期下,6孔装单PIN的模具镶件,需要6人同时手工插单PIN作业,作业效率低下,劳动力密集度大;而且插入镶件的位置不精准,取放移动镶件时的PIN针位置易松动。
因此,有必要提供一种新的设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种提高埋钉效率的自动化埋PIN针设备。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种自动化埋PIN针设备,包括机台、设于机台上的送料机构、设于送料机构末端的切断机构、设于切断机构一侧的周转机构和设于周转机构下方的抓取机构,所述送料机构包括送料盘和位于送料盘下方的导轨,所述周转机构包括跨设于抓取机构上方的基座、枢接于基座上的周转单元和控制周转单元旋转的电机,所述周转单元包括一个能从面向水平到面向下方转换的工作部以及让工作部靠近导轨夹料的进退气缸,工作部上设有若干供PIN针穿入的穿针孔。
具体的,所述工作部内的夹持气缸上下交替的设于穿针孔的两侧。
具体的,所述切断机构包括设于导轨一侧机台上的杠杆座、中部枢接于杠杆座上的杠杆、用于驱动杠杆后端的切料气缸、设于杠杆前端且位于导轨上方的刀具。
具体的,所述抓取机构包括穿过周转机构下方的滑轨、活动设置于滑轨上的载台以及驱动载台滑动的滑动气缸。
具体的,所述机台上设有位于导轨出口的排废孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明自动化埋PIN针设备的有益效果在于:
1、该设备能自动精确高速地完成PIN针的插接工作,更好地适应高效的加工需求。
2、为了防止夹持气缸太大而不好设置,采用上下交底设置的方式,这样结构更加紧凑合理。
3、当切料气缸顶起时,杠杆能将刀具往导轨下压,这样就能完成切料动作。
4、载台使PIN针一起被定位,准确地插入镶件。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例:
如图1所示,本发明的一种自动化埋PIN针设备,包括机台1、设于机台1上的送料机构2、设于送料机构2末端的切断机构3、设于切断机构3一侧的周转机构4和设于周转机构4下方的抓取机构5。送料机构2包括送料盘21和位于送料盘21下方的导轨22。工作时,包装PIN针6的卷带从送料盘2放开,沿着导轨22输送到切断机构3处,切断机构3将卷带剪开露出PIN针6,周转机构4从导轨22上将多个PIN针6一一拾起并一起转移到下方的抓取机构5上,抓取机构5即可将多个PIN针6一起定位安放到镶件上进行封装。
如图1所示,机台1上设有位于导轨22出口的排废孔11。经过剪切的料带经过排废孔11排到机台1下方,以保证机台1上方的整洁。
如图2所示,切断机构3包括设于导轨22一侧机台1上的杠杆座31、中部枢接于杠杆座31上的杠杆32、用于驱动杠杆32后端的切料气缸33、设于杠杆32前端且位于导轨22上方的刀具34。当切料气缸33顶起时,杠杆32能将刀具34往导轨22下压,这样就能完成切料动作。
如图3和图4所示,周转机构4包括跨设于抓取机构5上方的基座41、枢接于基座41上的周转单元42和控制周转单元42旋转的电机43,周转单元42包括一个能从面向水平到面向下方转换的工作部421以及让工作部421靠近导轨22夹料的进退气缸422,工作部421上设有若干供PIN针6穿入的穿针孔4211,工作部421内设有用于将穿过穿针孔4211的PIN针6分别夹持住的若干夹持气缸4212。切料后,PIN针6一端朝向周转机构4,此时工作部421也朝向PIN针6,进退气缸422伸缩一次,每次将一个PIN针6穿过穿针孔4211并用夹持气缸4212夹住;卷带前行工作部421同理夹持下一个PIN针6,反复进行直到所有穿针孔4211被占满;然后电机43驱动周转单元42旋转90°,使PIN针6迎上运动到下方的抓取机构5,这样所有PIN针6被完成了定位和转移,这样就能一起插入镶件的正确位置。该设备能自动精确高速地完成PIN针6的插接工作,更好地适应高效的加工需求。
如图4所示,工作部421内的夹持气缸4212上下交替的设于穿针孔4211的两侧。因为PIN针6很小,间隔很窄,所以穿针孔4211互相也很接近,为了防止夹持气缸4212太大而不好设置,采用上下交底设置的方式,这样结构更加紧凑合理。
如图3所示,抓取机构5包括穿过周转机构4下方的滑轨51、活动设置于滑轨51上的载台52以及驱动载台52滑动的滑动气缸53。实际工作中,载台52会先移动到周转机构4下方,PIN针6随周转单元42转到合适位置后,夹持气缸4212一起放开,使所有PIN针6一起竖直下落到载台52上,这样就完成了PIN针6相对位置的确定,可以继续将插PIN针6插入镶件的步骤。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种自动化埋PIN针设备,包括机台、设于机台上的送料机构、设于送料机构末端的切断机构、设于切断机构一侧的周转机构和设于周转机构下方的抓取机构,其特征在于:所述送料机构包括送料盘和位于送料盘下方的导轨,所述周转机构包括跨设于抓取机构上方的基座、枢接于基座上的周转单元和控制周转单元旋转的电机,所述周转单元包括一个能从面向水平到面向下方转换的工作部以及让工作部靠近导轨夹料的进退气缸,工作部上设有若干供PIN针穿入的穿针孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动化埋PIN针设备,其特征在于:所述工作部内的夹持气缸上下交替的设于穿针孔的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动化埋PIN针设备,其特征在于:所述切断机构包括设于导轨一侧机台上的杠杆座、中部枢接于杠杆座上的杠杆、用于驱动杠杆后端的切料气缸、设于杠杆前端且位于导轨上方的刀具。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动化埋PIN针设备,其特征在于:所述抓取机构包括穿过周转机构下方的滑轨、活动设置于滑轨上的载台以及驱动载台滑动的滑动气缸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自动化埋PIN针设备,其特征在于:所述机台上设有位于导轨出口的排废孔。
