Abstract

本发明公开了一种青铜合金板带材冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用15号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。括包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、抗磨剂、抗泡剂、防锈剂、抗乳化剂、极压剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的润滑、减摩、抗磨、极压、冷却、清洗、流动性、浸润性、抗氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性,油膜强度高,可满足冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,产品表面质量高。

一种青铜合金板带材冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物
技术领域
本发明一种青铜合金板带材冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
青铜是是金属冶铸史上最早的合金,在纯铜(红铜)中加入锡或铅的合金,有特殊重要性和历史意义。青铜是现代人给予的名字,古时青铜是黄色偏红,而埋在土里后颜色因氧化而青灰,称为青铜。与纯铜(红铜)相比,青铜强度高且熔点低(25%的锡冶炼青铜,熔点就会降低到800℃。纯铜(红铜)的熔点为1083℃)。青铜铸造性好,耐磨且化学性质稳定。
冷轧是指金属在结晶温度以下的轧制过程,也即室温轧制。冷轧时不含发生再结晶过程,促产生届工硬化。冷轧板带材具有尺寸精度高,表面良好,组织性能优等特点,同时还具有良好的力学性能和加工性能。根据冷轧的不同目的,可将冷轧分为开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等四种类型。冷轧的工艺特点:①加工温度低,轧制中产生不同程度的加工硬化,②张力轧制,防止跑偏,保持板形,降低变形抗力,调整电机负荷,③冷轧过程中采用工艺润滑和冷却,④冷轧产品必须中间退火或成品退火。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的润滑、减摩、抗磨、冷却、清洗、氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性,可满足冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,板材表面质量高的青铜合金板带材冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种青铜合金板带材冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用15号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502和50%的环烷酸铜复合;
金属减活剂是含苯三唑衍生物复合剂T552。
油性剂是大豆油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T461。
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T302;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
防锈剂是质量比50%的石油磺酸钠T702和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物DL32。极压剂是硼化磷酸酯T3011。
本发明优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的润滑、减摩、抗磨、冷却、清洗、氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性,可满足冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,板材表面质量高。
