Abstract
本发明公开了一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,采用MVI150号基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、抗泡剂、防锈剂、抗氧抗磨剂、分散剂等。本发明润滑剂的组合物具有良好的低温流动性、扩散性、清洗性、极压抗磨承载能大、抗氧化、抗乳化及分散性、抗吸入性及抗泡性,减少粘辊现象。

技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,具体涉及一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合。
背景技术
白合金由美国人巴比特发明而得名,因其现白色,又成为巴氏合金。包括锡基轴承合金和铅基轴承合金,被广泛应用。它具有减摩特性,是唯一适合相对于低硬度轴转动的材料,与其它轴承材料相比,具有更好的适应性和压入性,广泛用于大型船用柴油机、涡轮机、交流发电机,以及其它矿山机械和大型旋转机械等。其主要合金成分是锡、铅、锑、铜。锑、铜,用以提高合金强度和硬度。
巴氏合金的组织特点是,在软相基体上均匀分布着硬相质点,软相基体使合金具有非常好的嵌藏性、顺应性和抗咬合性,并在磨合后,软基体内凹,硬质点外凸,使滑动面之间形成微小间隙,成为贮油空间和润滑油通道,利于减摩;上凸的硬质点起支承作用,有利于承载。
根据国标:巴氏合金分锡基和铅基合金两种。铅基合金的强度和硬度比锡基合金低,耐蚀性也差。因此,通常在使用巴氏合金的时候,通常选用锡基合金。铅基合金使用比较经济。
轧制是在轧机旋转的轧辊之间改变金属的断面形状与尺寸,同时控制其组织状态和性能的金属塑形加工方法。轧制是金属发生连续变形的过程,其生产效率高,因此是应用最广的塑形加工方法。
冷轧是指金属在结晶温度以下的轧制过程,也即室温轧制。冷轧时不含发生再结晶过程,促产生届工硬化。冷轧板带材具有尺寸精度高,表面良好,组织性能优等特点,同时还具有良好的力学性能和加工性能。根据冷轧的不同目的,可将冷轧分为开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等四种类型。通常金属合金冷轧的工艺特点:①加工温度低,轧制中产生不同程度的加工硬化,②张力轧制,防止跑偏,保持板形,降低变形抗力,调整电机负荷,③冷轧过程中采用工艺润滑和冷却,④冷轧产品必须中间退火或成品退火。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的低温流动性、扩散性、清洗性、抗氧化性、抗乳化性及分散性、抗吸入性及抗泡性,极压抗磨承载能力大,减少粘辊现象的白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,采用MVI150号基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
抗氧剂是质量比67%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和33%的N-苯基-α萘胺T531复合;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
金属减活剂是甲基甲酰三唑衍生物;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
防锈剂是质量比75%环烷酸锌T704和25%的羊毛脂复合;极压剂是环烷酸铅T341。
抗氧抗磨剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐;分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154。
本发明的组合物的有益效果在于:具有良好的低温流动性、扩散性、清洗性、抗氧化性、抗乳化性及分散性、抗吸入性及抗泡性,极压抗磨承载能力大,减少粘辊现象。满足金属合金冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,板材表面质量高。

1.一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:采用MVI 150号基础油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧剂是质量比67%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501和33%的N-苯基-α萘胺T531复合;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:金属减活剂是甲基甲酰三唑衍生物;抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:防锈剂是质量比75%环烷酸锌T704和25%的羊毛脂复合;极压剂是环烷酸铅T341。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种白合金板材冷轧润滑剂的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧抗磨剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐;分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154。
