Abstract
本发明公开了一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的5号全损耗系统用油和50%的酯类油Radia 7543复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、分散剂、助剂等。本发明的组合物润滑性、减摩性、抗磨性、冷却性、清洗性、氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性,油膜强度高,厚度均匀,低油雾,可满足冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,板材表面质量高,有利于后续加工。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
黄铜:它是由铜和锌组成的合金。当含锌量小于35%时,锌能溶于铜内形成单相a,称单相黄铜,塑性好,适于冷热加压加工。当含锌量为36%~46%时,有a单相还有以铜锌为基的β固溶体,称双相黄铜,β相使黄铜塑性减小而抗拉强度上升,只适于热压力加工。
冷轧是指金属在结晶温度以下的轧制过程,也即室温轧制。冷轧时不含发生再结晶过程,促产生届工硬化。冷轧板带材具有尺寸精度高,表面良好,组织性能优等特点,同时还具有良好的力学性能和加工性能。根据冷轧的不同目的,可将冷轧分为开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等四种类型。冷轧的工艺特点:①加工温度低,轧制中产生不同程度的加工硬化,②张力轧制,防止跑偏,保持板形,降低变形抗力,调整电机负荷,③冷轧过程中采用工艺润滑和冷却,④冷轧产品必须中间退火或成品退火。
因此,要求润滑剂具有良好的润滑、减摩、抗磨、冷却、清洗、氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性,可满足冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,板材表面质量高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的润滑性、减摩性、抗磨性、冷却性、清洗性、氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性的普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的5号全损耗系统用油和50%的酯类油Radia 7543复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的烷基二苯胺T534和50%的含铜抗氧剂T541复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的环烷酸铜复合。
油性剂是棕榈油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747复合。抗泡剂是甲基硅油;分散剂是丁二酰亚胺T154;助剂是液体石蜡。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物润滑性、减摩性、抗磨性、冷却性、清洗性、氧化安定性、抗剪切性以及承载特性,油膜强度高,厚度均匀,低油雾,可满足冷轧工艺中的开坯、粗轧、中轧和精轧等轧制的工艺要求,板材表面质量高,有利于后续加工。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的烷基二苯胺T534和50%的含铜抗氧剂T541复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的环烷酸铜复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是棕榈油;摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747复合;抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金板带箔冷轧加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于分散剂是丁二酰亚胺T154;助剂是液体石蜡。
