Abstract
一种锌及其合金板带材冷轧润滑剂,采用5号工业白油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧防腐剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、摩擦改进剂等。本润滑剂具有良好的冷却、清洗、润滑、扩散、耐高温、热氧化安定的性能;能较好保持一定油膜的连续性和厚度;减少摩擦系数和冷轧时轧辊和轧件的粘着现象,能满足板形和表面光洁度要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属锌及其合金板带材冷轧润滑剂领域。
背景技术
锌是一种银白色略带淡蓝色金属,密度为7.14g/cm3,熔点为419.5℃。在室温下,性较脆;100~150℃时,变软;超过200℃后,又变脆。锌的化学性质活泼,在常温下的空气中,表面生成一层薄而致密的碱式碳酸锌膜,可阻止进一步氧化。当温度达到225℃后,锌剧烈氧化。在现代工业中对于电池制造有不可磨灭的地位,为一相当重要的金属。锌主要用于钢铁、冶金、机械、电气、化工、轻工、军事和医药等领域。锌合金是以锌为基加入其他元素组成的合金。常加的合金元素有铝、铜、镁、镉、铅、钛等低温锌合金。锌合金熔点低,流动性好,易熔焊、钎焊和塑性加工;在大气中耐腐蚀,残废料便于回收和重熔;但蠕变强度低,易发生自然时效引起尺寸变化。由于锌在常温下表面易生成一层保护膜;因此,锌最大的用途是用于镀锌工业。锌能和许多有色金属形成合金,其中锌与铝、铜等组成的合金,广泛用于压铸件。
锌及其合金板带材冷轧通常是指锌及其合金在再结晶温度以下进行轧制的生产方式。冷轧应用比较广泛,性能、组织、表面质量及尺寸精度要求较高的产品都要进行冷轧。其特点是产品的组织与性能更均匀、优良;精度高,表面光洁,板形好;采用不同的加工率或配合成品热处理,可获得各种不同状态的产品;轧制时冷却、润滑、清洗及辊型控制都很重要,并可采用较大的张力,增加冷轧带材的道次加工率;同时存在变形抗力高,道次加工率比较小,变形能耗大。因此要求润滑剂应具有良好的冷却、清洗、润滑、扩散、耐高温、热氧化安定的性能;能较好保持一定油膜的连续性和厚度;减少摩擦系数和冷轧时轧辊和轧件的粘着现象,能满足板形和表面光洁度要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、清洗、润滑、扩散、耐高温、热氧化安定的性能,较好保持油膜的连续性和厚度,减少摩擦系数和冷轧时轧辊和轧件的粘着现象、能满足板形和表面光洁度要求的锌及其合金板带材冷轧润滑剂。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:采用5号工业白油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各组分及其质量百分数为:

抗磨剂是二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
油性剂是风吹菜籽油。
抗氧防腐剂是质量比60%~50%的硫磷仲基锌盐与40%~50%的硫磷丁辛基锌盐复合。
抗泡剂是二甲基硅油。
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯。
本发明的锌及其合金板带材冷轧润滑剂,具有良好的冷却、清洗、润滑、扩散、耐高温、热氧化安定的性能;能较好保持一定油膜的连续性和厚度;减少摩擦系数和冷轧时轧辊和轧件的粘着现象,能满足板形和表面光洁度要求。

油性剂是风吹菜籽油;
抗氧防腐剂是质量比60%~50%的硫磷仲基锌盐与40%~50%的硫磷丁辛基锌盐复合;
抗泡剂是二甲基硅油;
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物;
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯。
