Description

本发明涉及一种按德国专利文献DE  9011590  U1生产吹制塑料桶的塑料盖密封件的方法，该盖带有一个围绕桶颈的外边缘和一个沉入桶颈内、突出于盖底而处于桶口下侧的内边缘，以及一个设置在盖的内边缘和外边缘之间环形空腔底上的环形隔片，该隔片由一种发泡塑料构成的密封材料在压力下外部注入的。
此类盖桶在工业应用中表明，特别是在外部温度较小，低于0℃的情况下，此时封闭的桶内可能出现真空，使得盖密封件与桶口边缘粘住，以致桶盖难以开启。
本发明的任务在于，开发一种生产此类塑料桶盖密封件的方法和一种密封材料，按本发明可以制作具有耐久、良好密封性的密封件，而且使桶盖可以不受环境温度及桶内装料影响而容易打开。
解决上述任务的技术措施是，容纳密封件的环形空腔在由塑料，例如聚乙烯，压制的盖内侧用活火焰进行燃烧，以激活环形空腔表面，紧接着将塑料密封材料用一个发泡机注入环形空腔的底部，之后为对密封件除气而振动盖。生产盖密封件的密封材料主要由发泡聚氨酯构成，并含有一种长效分离剂，该分离剂通过密封材料向平放在桶开口边缘上的盖密封件的密封面渗出。
根据本发明所述的生产方法和密封材料能够生产出用于宽颈塑料桶、便于操作、运行安全、带有一个夹紧环闭锁装置的桶盖。
对本发明的生产方法借助于一个附图中部分示出的宽径桶盖详加叙述如下，其中图1和2表示带有夹紧环闭锁装置宽颈桶的桶颈部分，并且图1为开盖状态，而图2则为封盖状态。
这种由例如聚乙烯压制、按图1和2所示的盖1，用于一个由塑料吹制的宽颈桶2上，具有一个围绕桶颈3的外边缘4和一个沉入桶颈内的内边缘5，该边缘突出于盖底6而处于桶口下侧。盖的外边缘4和盖的内边缘5形成一个环形空腔7，从该环形空腔底沿轴向突出一个环形隔片8。按图1的环形隔片8是用一种由发泡塑料构成的密封材料9，例如聚氨酯，在压力下外部注入的。

为生产盖密封件13，首先对环形空腔7在盖1内侧用活火焰进行燃烧，以激活环形空腔表面15。紧接着将密封材料，主要是聚氨酯，用一个发泡机注入环形空腔7的底部。之后为对密封件13除气而振动盖1。通过对环形空腔表面15的激活处理使该表面与盖密封件13之间有坚固的粘接。
主要由发泡聚氨酯构成的密封材料9含有一种长效分离剂，该分离剂通过密封材料向平放在桶颈3开口边缘14上的盖密封件13的密封面16渗出，以阻止盖密封件13与宽颈桶2的开口边缘14粘连，从而使得盖1可以不受环境温度及可能存在于桶内低压的影响毫无困难地打开。

Claims (2)

1、生产吹制塑料桶的塑料盖密封件的方法，该盖带有一个围绕桶颈的外边缘和一个沉入桶颈内、突出于盖底而处于桶口下侧的内边缘，以及一个设置在盖的内边缘和外边缘之间环形空腔底上的环形隔片，该隔片是由一种发泡塑料构成的密封材料在压力下外部注入的，其特处是，容纳密封件(13)的环形空腔(7)在由塑料，例如聚乙烯，压制的盖(1)内侧用活火焰进行燃烧，以激活环形空腔表面(15)，紧接着将塑料密封材料(9)用一个发泡机注入环形空腔(7)的底部，之后为对密封件(13)除气而振动盖(1)。
