Abstract

本发明提供一种石墨烯发热面料及其制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)配置石墨烯印花浆,按质量份计,所述石墨烯印花浆包括以下组分:二甲基甲酰胺80~90份;氯化铵2~5份;三乙醇胺4~8份;石墨烯0.2~1.2份;增稠剂10~20份;(2)所述石墨烯印花浆印制在面料上,按照花型进行印花、烘干、蒸化固色、水洗、扩幅,制得石墨烯发热面料。本发明的石墨烯发热面料具有良好的发热功能,遇到人体后产生热量,温度升高至2~3℃,使人体感觉到温暖。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯发热面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
专利公开号104562715A公开了一种全棉法兰绒印花面料加工方法,其包括如下工序:织造→坯布下机后前处理→对布面经过煮漂和丝光→通过定型机预定型→上机活性印花烘干→蒸化水洗固色→膨松剂柔软剂定型→预缩→成品检验。该印花面料无发热的功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一方面提供一种石墨烯发热面料的制备方法,该制备方法解决了制备方法繁琐和制得面料无发热功能的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种石墨烯发热面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配置石墨烯印花浆,按质量份计,所述石墨烯印花浆包括以下组分:
(2)所述石墨烯印花浆印制在面料上,按照花型进行印花、烘干、蒸化固色、水洗、扩幅,制得石墨烯发热面料。

其中,所述步骤(2)中烘干温度为135~150℃,例如可以为135℃、138℃、140℃、142℃、144℃、145℃、148℃或150℃,优选142~145℃;烘干时间为15~30s,例如可以为15s、18s、20s、22s、25s、28s或30s等,优选20~25s。
其中,所述步骤(2)中蒸化固色温度为115~128℃,例如可以为115℃、118℃、120℃、122℃、124℃、125℃、126℃或128℃,优选122~124℃;蒸化固色时间为6~10min,例如可以为6min、7min、8min、9min或10min等,优选7~8min。
其中,所述步骤(2)中水洗温度为62~68℃,例如可以为62℃、63℃、64℃、65℃、66℃、67℃或68℃,优选64~65℃;水洗速率为8~12m/min,例如可以为8m/min、9m/min、10m/min、11m/min或12m/min等,优选9~10m/min。
其中,所述步骤(2)中扩幅温度为126~128℃,例如可以为126℃、127℃或128℃,优选126~127℃;扩幅速率为35~40m/min,优选36~38m/min。
本发明另一方面提供一种采用上述制备方法制备的石墨烯发热面料,该石墨烯发热面料解决了面料对人体无发热功能的问题
一种石墨烯发热面料,采用上述制备方法制得。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:本发明的石墨烯印花浆中含有石墨烯、二甲基甲酰胺、氯化铵、三乙醇胺和增稠剂,将石墨烯印花浆印制在面料上,石墨烯印花浆结合到面料中,经过处理后的石墨烯发热面料具有良好的发热功能,遇到人体后产生热量,温度升高至2~3℃,使人体感觉到温暖。

下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
本实施中的石墨烯发热面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
配置石墨烯印花浆,按质量份计,石墨烯印花浆包括以下组分:
石墨烯印花浆印制在面料上,按照花型进行印花、烘干、蒸化固色、水洗、扩幅,制得石墨烯发热面料。
实施例2
本实施中的石墨烯发热面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

石墨烯印花浆印制在面料上,所述面料置于压花机的上下模之间固定,合模,所述面料经传动部件输送至压板下方,启动加热室对所述面料加热,压花辊和底辊对加热后的面料进行压合、在135℃下烘干30s、在120℃下蒸化固色8min、在65℃下按照10m/min速率进行水洗、在126℃下按照36m/min速率进行扩幅,制得石墨烯发热面料。
实施例3
本实施中的石墨烯发热面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
配置石墨烯印花浆,按质量份计,石墨烯印花浆包括以下组分:
石墨烯印花浆印制在面料上,所述面料置于压花机的上下模之间固定,合模,所述面料经传动部件输送至压板下方,启动加热室对所述面料加热,压花辊和底辊对加热后的面料进行压合、在142℃下烘干20s、在122℃下蒸化固色7min、在64℃下按照9m/min速率进行水洗、在126℃下按照36m/min速率进行扩幅,制得石墨烯发热面料。

6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中水洗温度为62~68℃,优选64~65℃;水洗速率为8~12m/min,优选9~10m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中扩幅温度为126~128℃,优选126~127℃;扩幅速率为35~40m/min,优选36~38m/min。
8.一种石墨烯发热面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1~7任一所述制备方法制得。
