Abstract

本发明提供了一种发热色浆制备方法,使用这种发热色浆制备的面料的成本更低且安全性能更好。其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将5‑8质量份的炭黑粉末材料与10‑15质量份的硫酸酯盐类分散剂或者阳离子型分散剂加入到77‑85质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散1‑2h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆;步骤2、将纳米级水性发热色浆分散在水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;步骤3、将改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在水中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;步骤5、将改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料色浆制备技术领域,具体为一种发热色浆制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,功能纺织品成为一个热门话题。随着科技发展和对服装要求的提高,对于大多数来说,冬天保暖,仅仅增加衣服厚度已经不能够满足需要,更多追求的是轻薄,美观等。
目前也有很多保暖面料和服装的出现,发热原理主要有电能与热能的转换,化学能与热能的转换和光能与热能的转化,产品的产生可能需要较高的成本,也可能有穿着不方便或人们担心的安全问题。因此,研究一种安全、成本低的用于发热服装是有必要的。
发明内容
针对现有保暖面料成本高同时还存在安全隐患的问题,本发明提供了一种发热色浆制备方法,使用这种发热色浆制备的面料的成本更低且安全性能更好。
其技术方案是这样的:一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将5-8质量份的炭黑粉末材料与10-15质量份的硫酸酯盐类分散剂或者阳离子型分散剂加入到77-85质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散1-2h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆;
步骤2、将纳米级水性发热色浆分散在水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;
步骤3、将改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在水中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;
步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;
步骤5、将改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆。
其进一步特征在于:
所述分散液A包括如下质量份数的材料:纳米级水性发热色浆0.5份~20份,水30份~40份;
所述分散液B包括如下质量份数的材料:超柔粘合剂15份~25份,交联剂2份~5份,水28份~52份;
所述印花用发热色浆包括如下质量份数的材料:增稠剂1份~2份;
所述纳米级水性发热色浆中固含量为20~30%;
炭黑粒径为180~250nm;
印花用发热色浆采用平网印花、圆网印花或凹版印花的方式在织物上印制形成发热面料;
印制出发热面料在50-90℃下鼓风烘干,然后在150-180℃下焙烘3~5 min;
所述硫酸酯盐类分散剂为月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻酸丁酯钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种;所述阳离子型分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺阳离子分散剂;
所述改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂为有机硅改性丙烯酸酯或者有机硅环氧树脂;所述有机过氧化物类交联剂为酰基类过氧化物或者过氧化缩酮;所述改性纤维素类增稠剂为甲基纤维素或者羧甲基纤维素。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的吸光发热面料的制备方法,先制备纳米级炭黑水性发热色浆,再利用纳米级炭黑水性发热色浆制备印花用发热色浆,将印花用发热色浆印制在织物表面得到发热涂层后,可以赋予织物吸光发热功能,制备出吸光发热面料,由于印花用发热色浆中含有纳米级炭黑,因此所印制的面料能够吸收全波段的红外、可见以及紫外光,并转化成热,赋予面料很好的发热性能,本方法工艺简单,制备成本低,面料的水洗和摩擦牢度可达到4~5级,面料手感高,在智能纺织、户外防护等领域也将有很好的发展前景。
具体实施方式
一种发热色浆制备方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将5-8质量份的炭黑粉末材料与10-15质量份的硫酸酯盐类分散剂或者阳离子型分散剂加入到77-85质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散1-2h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆,其中纳米级水性发热色浆中固含量为20~30%,纳米级炭黑粒径为180~250nm,硫酸酯盐类分散剂可以为月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻酸丁酯钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种;阳离子型分散剂可以为聚丙烯酰胺阳离子分散剂;
步骤2、将0.5份~20份纳米级水性发热色浆分散在30份~40份水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;
步骤3、将15份~25份改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和2份~5份有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在28份~52份水溶液中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;
步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;
步骤5、将1份~2份改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆;
步骤6、印花用发热色浆采用平网印花、圆网印花或凹版印花的方式在织物上印制形成发热面料;当采用平网印花、圆网印花或凹版印花的方式印制时,印花采用标准压力的20%~30%进行;印制出发热面料在50-90℃下鼓风烘干,然后在150-180℃下焙烘3~5 min。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明所述的技术方案给予进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:一种发热色浆制备方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将6质量份的炭黑粉末材料与14质量份的月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠分散剂加入到80质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散1.5h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆;
步骤2、将4份纳米级水性发热色浆分散在30份水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;
步骤3、将25份改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和4份有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在36份水溶液中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;
步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;
步骤5、将1份改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆。
步骤6、印花用发热色浆采用平网印花的方式在织物上印制形成发热面料;尽量减少印制压力,50℃条件下鼓风烘干,在180 ℃条件下焙烘3 min,得到具有发热功能的纺织面料。
实施例2:一种发热色浆制备方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将8质量份的炭黑粉末材料与10质量份的硫酸化蓖麻酸钠分散剂加入到85质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散2h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆;
步骤2、将20份纳米级水性发热色浆分散在36份水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;
步骤3、将15份改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和2份有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在28份水溶液中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;
步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;
步骤5、将2份改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆。
步骤6、印花用发热色浆采用圆网印花的方式在织物上印制形成发热面料;尽量减少印制压力,80℃条件下鼓风烘干,在150 ℃条件下焙烘5min,得到具有发热功能的纺织面料。
实施例3:一种发热色浆制备方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、将5质量份的炭黑粉末材料与15质量份的聚丙烯酰胺阳离子分散剂加入到77质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散1h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆;
步骤2、将5份纳米级水性发热色浆分散在40份水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;
步骤3、将20份改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和5份有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在52份水溶液中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;
步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;
步骤5、将1.5份改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆;
步骤6、印花用发热色浆采用圆网印花的方式在织物上印制形成发热面料;尽量减少印制压力,90℃条件下鼓风烘干,在160 ℃条件下焙烘4min,得到具有发热功能的纺织面料。
采用氙灯光源(模拟太阳光源),在距离光源30 cm处放置空白和印制样品织物,每隔一分钟采用红外探温仪测试温度,保证两个样品测试位置对称,每次测试位置相同,数据如表1所示,由数据得出,10分钟后,涤纶空气层和涤氨混纺针织面料印制样品(实施例1、2和3)比没有进行发热色浆整理的面料升高温度10~17℃左右,可用于发热服装的制备,并且具有较好的发热性能。

1.一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将5-8质量份的炭黑粉末材料与10-15质量份的硫酸酯盐类分散剂或者阳离子型分散剂加入到77-85质量份水中,然后均质剪切分散1-2h,制备出纳米级水性发热色浆;
步骤2、将纳米级水性发热色浆分散在水中,搅拌分散,得分散液A;
步骤3、将改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂和有机过氧化物类交联剂分散在一定水溶液中,均匀搅拌,得分散液B;
步骤4、在搅拌条件下,将分散液B滴加到分散液A中,均匀搅拌,得分散液C;
步骤5、将改性纤维素类增稠剂加入到分散液C中,然后高速搅拌分散,即得印花用发热色浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散液A包括如下质量份数的材料:纳米级水性发热色浆0.5份~20份,水30份~40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:所述分散液B包括如下质量份数的材料:超柔粘合剂15份~25份,交联剂2份~5份,水28份~52份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:所述印花用发热色浆包括如下质量份数的材料:增稠剂1份~2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米级水性发热色浆中固含量为20%~30%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:炭黑粒径为180 nm ~250nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:印花用发热色浆采用平网印花、圆网印花或凹版印花的方式在织物上印制形成发热面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:印制出发热面料在50℃-90℃下鼓风烘干,然后在150℃-180℃下焙烘3 min ~5 min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:所述硫酸酯盐类分散剂为月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻酸钠、硫酸化蓖麻酸丁酯钠、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠中的一种;所述阳离子型分散剂为聚丙烯酰胺阳离子分散剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种发热色浆制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性有机硅类超柔粘合剂为有机硅改性丙烯酸酯或者有机硅环氧树脂;所述有机过氧化物类交联剂为酰基类过氧化物或者过氧化缩酮;所述改性纤维素类增稠剂为甲基纤维素或者羧甲基纤维素。
