本发明公开了一种治疗肺癌的中药组合物，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：半枝莲28‑32，白花蛇舌草28‑32，龙葵9‑11，熟地11‑13，苡米28‑32，白茅根28‑32，北沙参14‑16，麦冬14‑16，生黄芪28‑32，茜草9‑11，党参14‑16，白术11‑13，生甘草7‑9，茯苓丁9‑11,生地28‑32，川贝7‑9，百部14‑16,灵芝粉14‑16，干蟾4‑6。本发明的治疗肺癌的中药组合物，发挥复方中药的整体调节优势，能有效发挥协同作用，起到清热解毒、滋阴，养阴清肺，祛痰止咳之功效，治疗肺癌疗效好，见效快，可以明显延长患者的生存期。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗肺癌的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
肺癌发生于支气管黏膜上皮，近50年来肺癌的发病率显著增高，在欧美工业发达国家和我国的一些工业大城市中，肺癌发病率在男性恶性肿瘤中已居首位，在女性发病率也迅速增高，占女性常见恶性肿瘤的第2位或第3位。肺癌成为危害生命健康的一种主要疾病。
肺癌的治疗有外科治疗、放射治疗、化学疗法和免疫疗法。外科治疗已被公认为治疗肺癌的首选方法，要依据肺癌临床分期选择治疗方案。根治性切除到目前为止是惟一有可能使肺癌病人获得治愈从而恢复正常生活的治疗手段。术前必须评估病人是否耐受手术。这些检查通常包括：临床物理检查、肺通气功能、血液检查等。对于边缘病人，应采用肺灌注扫描以更准确评估肺功能，或采用耐力试验和冠状动脉造影来评估心脏功能。对于难于耐受手术的病人，以化疗为主，化疗对病人的副作用极大，引起脱发，呕吐症状。
本发明提供一种纯中药组方，治疗不适合采用手术治疗的肺癌患者，效果好，见效快，费用低，毒副作用低。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种治疗肺癌的中药组合物，本中药组合物具有清热解毒、滋阴清肺，祛痰止咳之功效，治疗肺癌疗效好，见效快，毒副作用低。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗肺癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：半枝莲28-32，白花蛇舌草28-32，龙葵9-11，熟地11-13，苡米28-32，白茅根28-32，北沙参14-16，麦冬14-16，生黄芪28-32，茜草9-11，党参14-16，白术11-13，生甘草7-9，茯苓丁9-11,生地28-32，川贝7-9，百部14-16,灵芝粉14-16，干蟾 4-6。。
所述的治疗肺癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：半枝莲30，白花蛇舌草30，龙葵10，熟地12，苡米30，白茅根30，北沙参15，麦冬15，生黄芪30，茜草10，党参15，白术12，生甘草8，茯苓丁10g,生地30，川贝8，百部15g,灵芝粉15，干蟾5。
所述的治疗肺癌的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用陈醋将麦冬浸泡6-7天，麦冬和陈醋的重量比为1:2-3，然后将麦冬和陈醋一起研磨成浆，然后加入混合浆料总重量1%的蜂蜜，充分搅拌均匀，得混合浆料；
(3) 将北沙参焙干，喷红酒，然后进行超微粉碎，得到北沙参超细粉，备用；
（4）将配方中的其余原料药干燥混合粉碎，然后过60目筛，向粗粉中加入粗粉质量1-2%的葡萄糖、1%的大麦芽粉、1%的绿豆粉、140%的纯净水，配制培养基，并于121 ℃灭菌16min，冷却后，按1％接种量接种嗜酸乳杆菌、按2%接种量接种酵母，在温度为35-36 ℃的条件下，发酵20-24h，发酵结束后，在50-55℃条件下干燥，得到发酵混合粉；
（5）向步骤（4）得到发酵混合粉中加8-10倍量的乙醇回流提取2-3次，每次3-4h，合并滤液，得到发酵提取液，减压回收乙醇至无醇味得发酵提取稠膏；
（6）乙醇回流提取后的药渣加8-10倍量的水煎煮2-3次，每次1-1.5h ,合
并水煎液，浓缩至50-60℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浸膏；
（7）将步骤（2）的混合浆料、步骤（5）发酵提取稠膏、步骤（6）水提浸膏及步骤（3）的获得的超细粉，混合均匀干燥后，按要求进行真空包装。
用法用量：一日三次， 每次3-4g ， 一般30天为一疗程。
有益效果
本发明的治疗肺癌的中药组合物，发挥复方中药的整体调节优势，能有效发挥协同作用，起到清热解毒、滋阴，养阴清肺，祛痰止咳之功效，可有效遏制癌肿的生长，防止癌细胞的扩散，防止并发症，可显著延长生存期和缓解症状。治疗肺癌疗效好，见效快。 经过220例患者的治疗，总有效率为96%，优80%，良16%，无效4%。
具体实施方式
一种治疗肺癌的中药组合物，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量（g）为：
半枝莲30，白花蛇舌草30，龙葵10，熟地12，苡米30，白茅根30，北沙参15，麦冬15，生黄芪30，茜草10，党参15，白术12，生甘草8，茯苓丁10g,生地30，川贝8，百部15g,灵芝粉15，蟾蜍5。
制备方法：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用陈醋将麦冬浸泡6-7天，麦冬和陈醋的重量比为1:2-3，然后将麦冬和陈醋一起研磨成浆，然后加入混合浆料总重量1%的蜂蜜，充分搅拌均匀，得混合浆料；
(3) 将北沙参焙干，喷红酒，然后进行超微粉碎，得到北沙参超细粉，备用；

典型病例
1、彭某，男，76岁，因咳嗽，咳血伴胸痛1周，在大医附院诊断左肺中央型肺癌，给予本发明的中药组合物，3个疗程后，咳嗽，咳血伴胸痛症状有明显好转，1年后复查胸部CT明显好转，现已存活4年，能参加劳动，生活正常。
2、蔡某，女，60岁，因咳嗽咳痰血伴胸痛半月，在大医院诊断为右肺中央型肺癌伴肋骨转移，给予本发明的中药组合物，服用3月咳嗽渐平，痰血无，胸痛减轻，2年后复查肿块略缩小，肋骨骨质破坏好转，现已存活5年。
3、唐某，男，62岁，因走路不稳半年加重一周，而予我院及合肥市肿瘤医院诊断右中央肺癌伴脑转移，给予本发明的中药组合物，服用4个疗程后，症状明显好转，已存活4年，一般情况可生活自理，可适当劳动。
4、刘某、男，48岁，因咳血，胸痛、胸闷在上海医院诊断右上肺钙化伴脑转移，给予本发明的中药组合物，服用3个月后咳血、胸闷并发症明显好转，现已存活 5年，一般情况下可劳动。
5、患者江某、男，65岁，因自发性骨折而发现肺癌伴骨转移，给予本发明的中药组合物，服用3个月后，骨折破坏征象好转，无全身疼痛，癌肿无扩大，现已存活4.5年，一般情况可劳动。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗肺癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：半枝莲28-32，白花蛇舌草28-32，龙葵9-11，熟地11-13，苡米28-32，白茅根28-32，北沙参14-16，麦冬14-16，生黄芪28-32，茜草9-11，党参14-16，白术11-13，生甘草7-9，茯苓丁9-11,生地28-32，川贝7-9，百部14-16,灵芝粉14-16，干蟾 4-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗肺癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，由下列原料药组成，各组分的重量份为：半枝莲30，白花蛇舌草30，龙葵10，熟地12，苡米30，白茅根30，北沙参15，麦冬15，生黄芪30，茜草10，党参15，白术12，生甘草8，茯苓丁10g,生地30，川贝8，百部15g,灵芝粉15，干蟾5。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗肺癌的中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）按配方比例称取各组分原料；
（2）用陈醋将麦冬浸泡6-7天，麦冬和陈醋的重量比为1:2-3，然后将麦冬和陈醋一起研磨成浆，然后加入混合浆料总重量1%的蜂蜜，充分搅拌均匀，得混合浆料；
(3) 将北沙参焙干，喷红酒，然后进行超微粉碎，得到北沙参超细粉，备用；
（4）将配方中的其余原料药干燥混合粉碎，然后过60目筛，向粗粉中加入粗粉质量1-2%的葡萄糖、1%的大麦芽粉、1%的绿豆粉、140%的纯净水，配制培养基，并于121 ℃灭菌16min，冷却后，按1％接种量接种嗜酸乳杆菌、按2%接种量接种酵母，在温度为35-36 ℃的条件下，发酵20-24h，发酵结束后，在50-55℃条件下干燥，得到发酵混合粉；
（5）向步骤（4）得到发酵混合粉中加8-10倍量的乙醇回流提取2-3次，每次3-4h，合并滤液，得到发酵提取液，减压回收乙醇至无醇味得发酵提取稠膏；
（6）乙醇回流提取后的药渣加8-10倍量的水煎煮2-3次，每次1-1.5h ,合
并水煎液，浓缩至50-60℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浸膏；
