本发明涉及医药保健领域,具体为一种养胃强脾的中药及其制备方法。
背景技术
肠胃病是一种常见的消化道疾病,虽不致于危及生命,但长期的病痛折磨对人的生活和工作造成较大的影响。中医认为,肠胃病多因情志不遂,肝气郁结或饮食不节,损伤脾胃而起;肝郁化热,横犯脾胃,嗜食辛辣,皆可滋生胃热,这是胃病的根源。脾与胃通过经脉相互络属而构成表里关系。胃主受纳,脾主运化,两者之间的关系是“脾为胃行其津液”,共同完成饮食物的消化吸收及其精微的输布,从而滋养全身,故称脾胃为“后天之本”。病理上脾胃也是相互影响,如脾为湿困,运化失职,清气不升,即可影响胃的受纳与和降,可出现食少,呕吐,恶心,脘腹胀满等症;反之,若饮食失节,食滞胃脘,胃失和降,亦可影响及脾的升清与运化,可出现腹胀泄泻等症。《素问·阴阳应象大论》说:“清气在下,则生飧泄;浊气在上,则生真胀。”这是对脾胃升降失常所致病证的病理及临床表现的概括。
由于人民生活水平提高,所摄取的食物结构发生了变化,辛辣、难以消化的食物摄取量也在增加,其它如烟、酒的吸食也同样增加了胃热的滋生;生活节奏的加快,工作压力增加,人的情绪、饮食规律也对生活带来了较大的影响;由此造成大部分人不同程度地受着胃病困扰。中医认为肠胃疾病应“三分治,七分养”,目前市场上治疗肠胃疾病的药甚多,西药、中药皆有之,但西药中含大量的化学合成物,如“胃必治”等药,虽然疗效较快、较好,但副作用和依赖性也较大,不适合于养胃;而中药一般皆为传统验方药制成,如“香砂养胃丸”等,由于生态环境的变化,植物的生长环境也在改变,药物原料的药性也产生了一定的变化,传统验方之组方、重量配比已不能适应现在病情的变化和特点,因而难以达到理想的治疗效果,临床上也得以证明此类药物服用疗效慢,效果差。由此可见,现有技术有待改进。

为解决上述的问题,本发明提供一种符合目前胃病发病特点,见效快、服用方便、无任何副作用的养胃强脾的纯中药制剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种养胃强脾的药物,包括:半夏10-25克,党参10-25克,白芍10-25克,炒枳壳10-30克,郁李仁10-20克,地骨皮10-40克,鸡内金10-30克,山药15-40克,延胡索10-30克,甘草2-25克,佛手5-20克,泽泻9-45克,白术5-25克,厚朴2-20克,人参15-30克,茯苓7-37克。
进一步的,包括:半夏10-20克,党参10-20克,白芍10-20克,炒枳壳10-25克,郁李仁10-18克,地骨皮10-25克,鸡内金10-20克,山药15-20克,延胡索10-20克,甘草2-15克,佛手5-10克,泽泻18-35克,白术10-20克,厚朴2-20克,人参10-20克,茯苓15-29克。

本发明配方中:

党参:具有补中益气,健脾益肺的功效。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴等;调整胃肠运动功能党参为补中益气之要药,能纠正病理状态的胃肠运动功能紊乱。
白芍:性凉,味苦酸,微寒,具有补血养血、平抑肝阳、柔肝止痛、敛阴止汗等功效,适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急,泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症。
炒枳壳:味苦,寒,长于理气宽中,健脾开胃,行气消胀,止呕逆,运于气滞胀满,内脏下垂。
郁李仁:性味辛,苦甘,平,无毒,润燥滑肠;下气利水;主治大肠气滞;燥涩不通;小便不利;大腹水肿;四肢浮肿。
地骨皮:性寒,味甘,凉血除蒸,清肺降火。用于阴虚潮热、骨蒸盗汗、肺热咳嗽、内热消渴。
鸡内金:性味甘,平。健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石。
山药:味甘、温、平,无毒,可镇心神,安魂魄,健脾胃,止泄痢,除寒热邪气,补中益气,益肺补肾,养阴生津,用治脾胃虚弱,热伤气津,现代医学常用治疗胃溃疡;
延胡索:性味辛;苦;温;无毒,活血;散瘀;理气;止痛。主心腹腰膝诸痛;月经不调;症瘕;崩中;产后血晕;恶露不尽;跌打损伤。
甘草:甘、平,无毒,可散五脏六腑寒热邪气,坚筋骨,温中下气通经脉,补脾胃,主腹中冷痛,泻火热,散表寒,用治脾胃虚弱,食少便溏,对溃疡病疗效甚好;
佛手:辛、苦、甘、温、无毒;入肝、脾、胃三经,有理气化痰、止呕消胀、舒肝健脾、和胃更多种药用功能。对老年人的气管炎、哮喘病有明显的缓解作用;对一般人的消化不良、胸腹胀闷,有更为显著的疗效。佛手可制成多种中药材,久服有保健益寿的作用。
泽泻:具有利水渗湿;泄热通淋.主小便不利;热淋涩痛;水肿胀满;可降低血清总胆固醇及三酰甘油含量,减缓动脉粥样硬化形成。
白术:味甘,温,无毒,可除风寒湿痹,止汗除热消食,理胃益脾,补肝风虚,用治心腹胀满,腹中冷痛,脾胃虚弱,常用于慢性消化不良治疗药物。
厚朴:味辛、性温,具有行气化湿、温中止痛、降逆平喘的功效。厚朴煎剂对葡萄球菌、链球菌、赤痢杆菌、巴氏杆菌、霍乱弧菌有较强的抗菌作用;而且对横纹肌强直也有一定的缓解作用。
人参:味甘、微苦,性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气,固脱,生津,安神,益智;大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津,安神。
茯苓:味甘、淡,性平。利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
上述中药原料中,人参和白术的用量大多相近。人参重在补元气,白术重于补中气,二药相须配伍,发挥着同等重要的作用。白术与泽泻比例一般控制在1∶1.80。白术与泽泻在脾胃类方中的配伍应用,泽泻用量均大于白术,泽泻利水健脾为主导,白术健脾燥湿为辅佐。茯苓与泽泻1∶1.20。茯苓和泽泻配伍使用时,泽泻用量常常大于茯苓。泽泻为利水渗湿之方,偏于利小便,故泽泻用量多重于茯苓。

按重量比取各原料,将原料药混合均匀用8倍水煎煮3次,每次4小时,合并煎煮液,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加入制剂成型的辅料或赋型剂,制剂成丸状。
实施例四
半夏25克,党参10克,白芍10克,炒枳壳5克,郁李仁8克,地骨皮12克,鸡内金26克,山药33克,延胡索25克,甘草15克,佛手12克,泽泻30克,白术17克,厚朴8克,人参20克,茯苓25克。
按重量比取各原料,将原料药混合均匀用10倍水煎煮3次,每次4小时,合并煎煮液,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加入制剂成型的辅料或赋型剂以及蜂蜜,制剂成丸状。
实验室动物试验与临床试验
动物实验
(一)对小鼠脾虚模型的影响
1、实验制剂的制备
(1)养胃强脾药物:按实施例1-2的方法制成药丸,加水,得到悬浮液备用。
(2)大黄煎液:取大黄70g,剪碎成小块,以三倍水冷浸过夜后加入100ml沸水中煎煮15min,趁热过滤,将滤渣再加入150ml沸水中煎煮15min,过滤,合并两次滤液,浓缩至70ml,置4℃冰箱中保存备用。
(3)对比例:取粉碎后的香砂养胃丸2g加入14ml沸水,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,冷却得到香砂养胃丸混悬液,备用。
(4)0.86%生理盐水:准确称取4.3gNaCl,加入500ml蒸馏水,搅拌使其充分溶解。
2、动物分组
小鼠50只,雌雄各半,体重约18—22g,禁食24h,按分层分组法随机分为5组,每组10只,准确称重并记录。准确称重并记录。5组分别为空白对照组、模型对照组、实施例1组、实施例2组、阳性药物组。
3、小鼠脾虚模型的建立及给药方法
除A组灌服蒸馏水0.2mL/10g体重外,其余4组小鼠均灌服生大黄煎液0.2mL/10g体重,每日1次,连续16日。自第9d开始,C组与D组在灌服大黄煎液1h后分别给予实施例1、2的养胃强脾药物2.5g/kg体重;E组灌服大黄煎液1h后给予香砂养胃丸混悬液2.34/kg体重。
4、检测指标及方法
(1)小鼠的体重及外观形态的变化:自造模开始每天观察小鼠的精神、粪便、体重变化等情况。记录造模前、造模后、造模给药后小鼠体重。
(2)小鼠SOD活力及MDA含量:将小鼠颈椎脱臼处死,解剖,取肝脏,将其在冰冷的生理盐水中漂洗,除去血液,滤纸拭干,称取0.4g,放入10ml小烧杯中,加入3.6ml(组织重量:生理盐水体积=1:9)0.86%生理盐水,尽快剪碎组织,倒入玻璃匀浆器中,在冰水混合物中进行匀浆。将制备好的10%匀浆液用离心机2000r/min离心15min,留上清。再按测试盒说明书进行SOD活力及MDA含量的检测。
5、统计学处理
运用SPSS16.0for windows软件,采用单因素方差分析对各项检测指标进行统计学处理。
6、实验结果
(1)对脾虚小鼠形态学的影响
实验的前8d,空白组小鼠体重有所增加,毛发顺滑,双目有神,反应灵敏,活动敏捷;而其余各组小鼠均出现不同程度的便溏或大便不成形、毛发无光泽、精神倦怠、自主活动减少、扎堆等症状。开始给予实施例1-2组的药物后,小鼠逐渐恢复毛发亮泽,反应较灵敏,便溏情况明显好转,大部分体重都有增长,如表1所示。

统计学分析结果可见:模型对照组与其他各组比较,体重数据无显著性差异,但从体重均数上看,造模后除空白组小鼠外,各组小鼠体重均有所减轻,给药后除模型对照组外,各给药组体重均出现不同程度增长,而服用实施例1的组和实施例2的组的体重显著增加。说明服用本发明的养胃强脾药物能取得良好的效果。
(2)对脾虚小鼠SOD活力及MDA含量的影响

统计学分析结果可看出,与模型组相比,服用实施例1-2组药物的小鼠SOD活力值有显著性差异,服用香砂养胃丸组SOD活力值有所增加,其余各组数据均有提高SOD活力以及降低MDA含量的趋势。实施例的养胃强脾药物对小鼠脾虚证的治疗有显著疗效,具有良好的健脾作用。
临床试验
选择2014年11月-2015年11月患者,慢性胃炎组75例:其中男29例,女46例;年龄24~50岁者61例,51~75岁者14例;病程1年以内者28例,1~5年者41例,6年以上者6例;临床症状主要是胃部饱闷发胀、隐痛食少,食后不易消化,胁肋胀痛,嗳气甚至呕吐、腹胀,大便溏薄;苔薄、脉细;胃镜提示胃黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂;临床上多见慢性胃窦炎、浅表性胃炎、糜烂性胃炎等。
慢性结肠炎组50例:其中男32例,女18例;年龄22~50岁者34例,51~70岁者16例;病程1年以内者24例,1~5年者18例,6年以上者8例;临床症状以畏寒怕冷,脐周不温,腹胀欲便,大便每日3~5次,便溏或水状,或夹有少量白色或红白相兼粘;动脉多细软无力,舌质多淡红而胖,边有齿痕,舌苔薄白;大便常规可见红、白细胞,或脂肪球,或上皮细胞;本组均经纤维结肠镜或钡剂灌肠X线摄片检查,提示有充血、水肿等慢性炎症。
胃炎组评价:痊愈:主症与次症消失,饮食恢复正常,胃镜检查胃黏膜恢复正常。有效:临床症状好转,无恶心呕吐,进食偶有腹痛、腹胀,胃镜检查胃黏膜明显好转。无效:临床症状与胃镜检查无变化。
经过给药2个月,每日2次,一次一丸的剂量进行治疗。
治疗结果:痊愈52例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率为96%。
结肠炎组评价:痊愈:主症与次症消失,大便正常,理化检查恢复正常。有效:大便数减少2/3以上,大便常规检查接近正常,肠镜或钡剂灌肠复查明显好转。无效:临床症状与理化检查无变化。治疗结果:痊愈26例,有效24例,无效2例,总有效率为97%。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (7)

1.一种养胃强脾的药物,其特征在于,包括:半夏10-25克,党参10-25克,白芍10-25克,炒枳壳10-30克,郁李仁10-20克,地骨皮10-40克,鸡内金10-30克,山药15-40克,延胡索10-30克,甘草2-25克,佛手5-20克,泽泻9-45克,白术5-25克,厚朴2-20克,人参15-30克,茯苓7-37克。
2.如权利要求1所述的药物,其特征在于,包括:半夏10-20克,党参10-20克,白芍10-20克,炒枳壳10-25克,郁李仁10-18克,地骨皮10-25克,鸡内金10-20克,山药15-20克,延胡索10-20克,甘草2-15克,佛手5-10克,泽泻18-35克,白术10-20克,厚朴2-20克,人参10-20克,茯苓15-29克。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的药物,其特征在于,包括:半夏20克,党参10克,白芍20克,炒枳壳15克,郁李仁15克,地骨皮18克,鸡内金18克,山药16克,延胡索15克,甘草10克,佛手8克,泽泻27克,白术15克,厚朴15克,人参18克,茯苓22.5克。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的药物,其特征在于,白术与泽泻质量比1∶1.8,茯苓与泽泻质量比1∶1.2。
5.权利要求1所述养胃强脾的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量比取各原料,将原料药混合均匀用6-10倍水煎煮3次,每次2-4小时,合并煎煮液,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩成浸膏,加入制剂成型的辅料或赋型剂,制剂成丸状。
6.如权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,浸膏中加入制剂成型的辅料或赋型剂以及蜂蜜、冰糖调味,制剂成丸状。
7.如权利要求1所述养胃强脾的药物,其特征在于,所述药物在养胃强脾、治疗急慢性肠胃病的应用。
