背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,电脑的普及,人们用眼的频率越来越高,教师、学生、电脑操作者、司机、办公室工作人员、夜班工作人员以及作家、编辑、会计、设计师等等,由于经常用眼过度,常出现眼干、眼涩、眼酸、眼胀、眼痛、眼花甚至黑眼圈、头晕、头痛、恶心、失眠和视力减退等视疲劳症状,严重影响学习、生活和身体健康。
视疲劳是目前眼科常见的一种疾病,患者的症状多种多样,常见的有近距离工作不能持久,出现眼及眼眶周围疼痛、视物模糊、眼睛干涩、流泪等,严重者头痛、恶心、眩晕,严重视疲劳也可造成视力下降。它不是独立的疾病,而是由于各种原因引起的一组疲劳综合征。其发生原因也是多种多样的,常见的有:(l)眼睛本身的原因,如近视、远视、散光等屈光不正、调节因素、眼肌因素、结膜炎、角膜炎、等;(2)全身因素,如神经衰弱、身体过劳、癔病或更年期的妇女;(3)环境因素,如光照不足或过强,光源分布不均匀或闪烁不定,注视的目标过小、过细或不稳定等。
视疲劳的程度与工作时间的长短关系十分密切,但与工作性质或内容关系则不大,也就是说无论从事什么职业,只要用眼超过一定的时间限制,就可产生视疲劳,特别是现代都市的办公族,很少有人能幸免。
目前,针对视疲劳及视力减退的防治产品和手段相对缺乏,主要有、滴眼液、镜框眼镜、隐形眼镜、外用眼保健仪器等,虽有一定效果,但各自都存在诸多的缺陷,而一种“安全、有效、方便”的防治视疲劳和视力减退的保健食品尚不多见。

叶黄素(叶黄素含量90%)、玉米黄质(10%)、越橘提取物(花青素含量20%),蓝莓提取物(花青素含量5%)、葡萄籽提取物(原花青素含量95%)
叶黄素、玉米黄质、越橘提取物、蓝莓提取物、葡萄籽提取物均购于西安天一生物技术股份有限公司。
上述原料的来源的公开,仅是为了是本领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本发明,但并不对本发明做任何限制,叶黄素、玉米黄质、越橘提取物、蓝莓提取物、葡萄籽提取物含量要求的其他来源的上述原料都可以用于本发明。

实施例1
一种缓解视疲劳、预防视力减退的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:叶黄素2g;玉米黄质2g;越橘提取物60g;蓝莓提取物60g;葡萄籽提取物20g
(2)混合均匀,加入乳糖50g,糊精90g,硬脂酸镁10g,体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液适量制颗粒,压制成片剂500片
实施例2
一种缓解视疲劳、预防视力减退的保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:叶黄素5g;玉米黄质5g;越橘提取物70g;蓝莓提取物70g;葡萄籽提取物30g;
(2)混合均匀,加入淀粉130g,硬脂酸镁15g,混匀,制成胶囊500粒
实施例3
一种含有白藜芦醇的抗肿瘤组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称取:叶黄素8g;玉米黄质8g;越橘提取物80g;蓝莓提取物80g;葡萄籽提取物40g
(2)混合均匀,加入淀粉50g,糊精90g,硬脂酸镁10g,均匀,用体积浓度为60%的乙醇水溶液适量制颗粒。
药效学试验:
实验方案:
1、实验对象的选定:随机选取100位长期从事电脑操作或读书学习人员,且具有一定程度视疲劳症状作为本实验的实验对象。实验对象年龄范围为20-65岁
2、服用方法:实验对象每次服用实施例3制备的颗粒剂,每天服用3次,每次服用一袋,饭前服用,温开水送服,服用时间为一个月;空白对照组患者每次服用葡萄糖颗粒剂,每天服用3次,每次服用一袋,饭前服用,温开水送服,服用时间为一个月
3、判定依据:根据实验者服用产品后,在头晕头痛、视力模糊、眼睛干涩流泪三方面的改善情况进行有效或者无效判定
4、实验结果
根据实验结果,在100位受试者中,服用产品后,在头晕头痛、视力模糊、眼睛干涩流泪三方面均有改善的有62人,在头痛头晕方面有改善的有12人,在视力模糊方面有改善的有8人,在眼睛干涩流泪方面有改善的有22人,在各个发面均无明显改善的有8人,不良反应未出现。
以上数据表明,由叶黄素、玉米黄质、越橘提取物、蓝莓提取物、葡萄籽提取物制成的保健食品,具有较为明显的缓解视疲劳症状、预防视力减退的功效。
Claims (2)
1.一种缓解视疲劳、预防视力减退的保健食品,其特征在于它由叶黄素1-10份、玉米黄质1-10份、越橘提取物50-100份、蓝莓提取物50-100份,葡萄籽提取物10-50份。
2.一种缓解视疲劳、预防视力减退的保健食品,其特征在于,权利要求1所属组分加入辅料经相应工艺制得的颗粒剂、片剂、硬胶囊剂。
