Abstract
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体公开一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物、保健食品及其制备方法。所述具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉5~40份;越橘浓缩粉0.2~15份;叶黄素0.1~10份;葡萄籽提取物0.1~10份;维生素矿物质预混料0.1~10份。本发明提供的组合物,能够增加缓解视疲劳的作用位点,实现多种途径共同作用达到缓解视疲劳的目的,使所得组合物具有良好的缓解视疲劳的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物、保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
视疲劳是一种眼科常见病,它所引起的眼干、眼涩、眼酸胀,视物模糊甚至视力下降直接影响着人的工作与生活。眼疲劳主要是由于人们平时全神贯注看电视、电脑或手机等电子产品屏幕时,眼睛眨眼次数减少,造成眼泪分泌相应减少,同时闪烁荧屏强烈刺激眼睛而引起的。眼疲劳还会引发和加重各种眼病。
随着社会的发展,视疲劳症状越来越多地出现在年轻的“游戏一族”“办公一族”和“有车一族”里。目前。传统的医学治疗视疲劳虽然能够有一定的疗效,但是副作用明显,比如屈光矫正容易复发,手术治疗又存在较大的风险性,药物治疗也往往是暂时性的缓解症状。因此,基于“预防为主,预防为先”的原则,近年来,通过食疗的方法来预防或缓解视疲劳成为了热点。
发明内容
针对现有缓解视疲劳存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物、保健食品及其制备方法。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明实施例采用了如下的技术方案:
一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉5~40份;越橘浓缩粉0.2~15份;叶黄素0.1~10份;葡萄籽提取物0.1~10份;维生素矿物质预混料0.1~10份。
进一步地,所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉15~35份;越橘浓缩粉1~10份;叶黄素1~5份;葡萄籽提取物0.2~5份;维生素矿物质预混料0.2~5份。
进一步地,所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉28份;越橘浓缩粉3份;叶黄素2份;葡萄籽提取物2份;维生素矿物质预混料1份。
进一步地,所述维生素矿物质预混料包括重量份数如下的组分:维生素A醋酸酯4.0~5.5mg/g;维生素B650~75mg/g;亚硒酸钠0.3~0.5mg/g;葡萄糖酸锌75~100mg/g,麦芽糊精为载体。维生素与锌、硒元素协同作用,能够有效延缓视力衰退,有助于改善视力,缓解视疲劳。
本发明中,蓝莓粉,是以蓝莓为原料,采用真空冷冻干燥技术、低温物理破碎技术,冻干粉碎而成。蓝莓粉富含多种氨基酸、维生素和微量元素,还含有丰富的花青素,具有超强的抗氧化活性和清除自由基能力,对细胞的氧化损伤具有明显的保护作用,还能够促进眼睛周围血液循环,有效激活视网膜缓解视疲劳。
越橘浓缩粉,含有大量的维生素C、维生素E、维生素A、鞣酸、叶酸,原花青素、花青素等对人体健康有益的物质。其中,原花青素的质量含量为25~40%,花青素的质量含量为10~20%,具有维持毛细血管完整性和稳定胶原质的功效,与蓝莓粉共同作用,强化眼睛里面的毛细血管促进血液循环,并改善眼部组织的张力强度和完整性,并保护眼睛免受自由基伤害。
叶黄素是一种含紫罗酮环的二羟基类胡萝卜索,能预防蓝光导致的视网膜损伤,促进视紫红质再生缓解视疲劳。同时,叶黄素具有较强的抗氧化性能和清除自由基能力,与蓝莓粉、越橘浓缩粉中的花色苷共同作用,对视网膜色斑褪化引起的视力下降有显著的保护作用,延缓眼睛的老化。
葡萄籽提取物,是通过溶剂提取法、微波浸提法、超声提取法或超临界CO2萃取法从葡萄籽中提取分离得到的一类多酚类物质,含有大量的原花青素,原花青素的质量含量为95~98%,与维生素矿物质预混料共同作用,促进人体新陈代谢、提高人体免疫力的同时,与蓝莓粉、越橘浓缩粉、叶黄素协同作用,进一步地改善组合物的缓解视疲劳功效。
维生素矿物质预混料中的维生素和矿物质能够促进人体新陈代谢,延缓视力衰退,并有助于缓解眼部炎症和视疲劳,与上述其他组分共同作用,克服单一营养素存在的缓解视疲劳作用位点相对局限的问题,提高组合物的缓解视疲劳功效。
相对于现有技术,本发明提供的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,将蓝莓粉、越橘浓缩粉、葡萄籽提取物、叶黄素和维生素矿物质预混料进行配伍,使原花青素、花青素、叶黄素、维生素及矿物质等活性物质进行协同作用,有助于促进眼部血液循环、促进视紫红质再生、预防蓝光导致的视网膜损伤、保护眼睛免受自由基伤害以及减缓视网膜色斑褪化等,增加缓解视疲劳的作用位点,能够实现多种途径共同作用达到缓解视疲劳的目的,使所得组合物具有良好的缓解视疲劳的功效。
本发明还提供了一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的保健食品,包括上述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物。该具有缓解视疲劳功能的保健食品,其剂型为颗粒剂、散剂或片剂。
本发明还提供了一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂,包括上述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,还包括麦芽糊精10~40份;木糖醇5~40份;三氯蔗糖0.1~0.2份和柠檬酸0.2~5份。
进一步地,麦芽糊精为15~35份;木糖醇为10~35份;三氯蔗糖为0.1~0.15份和柠檬酸为0.2~2份。
本发明还提供了上述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将所述组合物与所述麦芽糊精、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖及柠檬酸混合,按照常规方法制得颗粒剂。
本发明提供的具有缓解视疲劳的颗粒剂的制备方法,工艺简单,安全可靠,过程中未添加其他添加剂,有效保留了组合物中的活性成分,使所得颗粒剂具有良好的缓解视疲劳功效。

具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂,包括上述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,还包括麦芽糊精30份;木糖醇30份;三氯蔗糖0.1份和柠檬酸1份。

具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂,包括上述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,还包括麦芽糊精40份;木糖醇5份;三氯蔗糖0.2份和柠檬酸0.2份。
上述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述组合物与麦芽糊精、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖及柠檬酸混合,按照常规方法制得颗粒剂。
为了更好的说明本发明实施例提供的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物及其对应的保健食品的特性,下面将实施例1制备的颗粒剂进行临床试验。
1、人体试食试验:
1.1样品
试食组服用本发明实施例1颗粒剂,规格为5g/袋,人体推荐量为每人(成人55~65kg)每日1次,每次1袋。
1.2受试对象
按自愿原则选择18-65岁,具有视疲劳症状的受试者。
纳入者标准:长期用眼,视力易疲劳者。
排除者标准:患有感染性、外伤性眼部疾患者;进行眼部手术不足3个月者;患有角膜、晶体、玻璃体、眼底病变等内外眼疾患者;患有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等疾病者;妊娠或哺乳期妇女、过敏体质患者;短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品,影响到对结果的判定者;长期服用有关治疗视力的药物,保健品或使用其他治疗方法未能终止者;不符合纳入标准,未按规定食用受试物者,或资料不全等影响功效或安全性判断者。
1.3试验方法
根据随机、双盲的要求进行分组,分组时根据症状及视力检查情况,使试食组和对照组的症状及视力水平均衡。同时要考虑年龄、性别等因素,使两组具有可比性。试食试验结束时每组受试者人数不少于50例。试食组按推荐服用方法、服用量每日服用受试样品,每日1次,每次1袋,温水冲服。对照组服用安慰剂。受试物服用时间为连续60天。受试者在试食期间停止服用有关改善视力的药物或其他保健品。对试食组和对照组进行安全性观察(血、尿、便常规,生化指标测定等)及功效性观察(症状询问、用眼情况;眼科检查;明视持久度检测)。
其中,明视持久度测定方法为:在检查表上绘制“品”字形立体方块图,方块每边长1厘米,局部照明100~150LX(可使用专门制作的灯箱)。检查表与眼睛的距离应按照受试者视物习惯保持在适当距离不动,规定受试者看到“品”字图象视为明视,倒“品”字时为不明视,测定时间为3分钟。
明视持久度=(明视时间/注视总时间)×100%。
1.4功效指标
a.症状改善有效率
眼酸痛、眼胀、畏光、视物模糊、眼干涩、异物感、流泪,全身不适8种症状中有3种改善,且其他症状无恶化即判定症状改善。计算两组症状改善例数和两组症状改善有效率。症状改善有效率(%)计算方法为症状改善例数/试食例数×100。将两组症状改善有效率进行统计学检验。
b.症状平均积分
计算每位试食者试食前后的症状积分,分别计算两组的平均积分值,并进行统计学检验,视疲劳症状判定方法如表1所示。

c.视力改善率
以试食后较试食前提高两行为改善,统计两组服用受试物后的视力改善率作为参考指标。参考指标不作为对缓解视疲劳功能是否有效的判定标准。
d.明视持久度
试食组自身比较或试食组与对照组组间比较,明视持久度差异有显著性(P<0.05),且平均明视持久度提高大于等于10%为有效。
试食组自身比较或试食组与对照组组间比较,症状改善有效率或症状总积分差异有显著性(P<0.05);试食组自身比较或试食组与对照组组间比较,明视持久度差异有显著性(P<0.05),且平均明视持久度提高大于等于10%,且视力改善率不明显降低,可判定该受试物具有有助于缓解视疲劳功能的作用。
1.5结果
对试食组和对照组进行一般资料比较。纳入受试者110例,随机分为试食组和对照组。脱失受试者试食组2例、对照组2例,有效受试者106例,试食组53例,对照组53例,受试者试验前血常规、尿常规、便常规、肝肾功能、胸透、心电图、腹部B超等检查均在正常范围,分组情况见表2,试食前两组受试者年龄、性别、明视持久度、视力、症状总积分和用眼时间均无明显差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。试食者试食前后精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便等无明显变化。

试食前后分别对试食组与对照组进行血常规、尿常规、便常规及血生化指标的检测,结果如表3所示,两组受试者的血常规及血液生化指标基本在正常范围内,且两组试食前后自身比较无显著改变(P>0.05)。两组试食前后尿常规、便常规均正常。此外,试食前试食组和对照组胸透,心电图,腹部B超均在正常范围,试食后无不良反应及过敏反应。

明视持久度变化情况如表6所示,症状改善有效率结果如表7所示。

由以上数据可见,试食组试食前后自身比较症状总积分明显改善(P<0.001);试食组试食后与对照组比较症状总积分明显改善(P<0.05);试食后症状总有效22例,总有效率41.5%,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.001);试食组试食前后自身比较及试食后与对照组比较,明视持久度提高,均有显著差异(P<0.001),试食组试食后平均明视持久度提高10.1%,高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.001)。根据原国家食品药品监督管理局国食药监保化[2012]107号附件4中缓解视疲劳功能判定标准,结果显示本发明实施例提供的颗粒剂具有缓解视疲劳的作用。本发明实施例2~5中提供的保健食品具有与实施例1中颗粒剂相当的效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,其特征在于包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉5~40份;越橘浓缩粉0.2~15份;叶黄素0.1~10份;葡萄籽提取物0.1~10份;维生素矿物质预混料0.1~10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,其特征在于包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉15~35份;越橘浓缩粉1~10份;叶黄素1~5份;葡萄籽提取物0.2~5份;维生素矿物质预混料0.2~5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,其特征在于包括如下重量份的组分:蓝莓粉28份;越橘浓缩粉3份;叶黄素2份;葡萄籽提取物2份;维生素矿物质预混料1份。
4.如权利要求1至3任一项所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,其特征在于:所述维生素矿物质预混料包括重量份数如下的组分:维生素A醋酸酯4.0~5.5mg/g;维生素B650~75mg/g;亚硒酸钠0.3~0.5mg/g;葡萄糖酸锌75~100mg/g,麦芽糊精为载体。
5.一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的保健食品,其特征在于包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的保健食品,其特征在于:其剂型为颗粒剂、散剂或片剂。
7.一种具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂,其特征在于包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的组合物,还包括麦芽糊精10~40份;木糖醇5~40份;三氯蔗糖0.1~0.2份和柠檬酸0.2~5份。
8.权利要求7所述的具有缓解视疲劳功能的颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将所述组合物与所述麦芽糊精、木糖醇、三氯蔗糖及柠檬酸混合,按照常规方法制得颗粒剂。
