专利名称:林蛙活性富硒蛋白标准固体饮品本发明来自原研发中对林蛙进行富硒饲料的生物学修饰,并从保健转型为有疗效。本次注册专利改变剂型。本发明所检测数据由国家中医药科技三级生物工程实验室筛查完毕,所有动物实验数据,产品氨基酸含量准确,达到中药典对林蛙功能的阐述。工艺流程:取养殖基地长白山人工转化富硒林蛙入GMP车间前消毒→处死→分割内脏→去皮→胴体入超高压设备细胞压爆破壁,灭菌→入胶体磨磨浆→酶解→取上清→精滤→进入自动冻干罐装流水线→贴标→包装,每五个林蛙活性富硒蛋白固体装西林瓶0.5g,每五瓶加五瓶10ml无菌水及10ml注射器一个→出厂前细菌抽检→大包装→入库。

本发明属中医药科技生物工程领域,可用于保健、医疗。
背景技术:
中科院农科所以灵芝为嫁接底物,产出富硒植物蛋白产品“康必硒”。
发明内容:
本专利是在林蛙养殖基地对林蛙进行亚硒酸钠、二氧化硒、二氯化硒、四氯化硒投饲林蛙,第一次生物转化是投饲常规饲料99.99%加硒化合物470μg%给黄粉虫、蚯蚓进行生物转化,第二次生物转化是投饲第一次转化饲料,经二年得富硒蛋白林蛙胴体,硒含量达17μg‰。并对未达到设计标准的胴体进行超高压设备强制的当量的“亚硒酸钠”、“二氧化硒”、“二氯化硒”、“四氯化硒”,当量压力、当量温度按设计要求给当量的硒化合、络合并达到生物转化同样效果。所用当量是不同批量林蛙有不同含硒量。依不同含硒量加当量的硒化合物用超高压设备硒化,如工艺流程所示。
工艺流程:
林蛙入厂前消毒→于GMP车间将富硒林蛙处死→剥离胴体→剥皮→投入药用胶体磨同时加入4.8%Nacl无菌水,水是物料的五倍混合磨浆。磨浆标准为物料磨浆干燥后直径达125μm,磨浆温度不超48℃,转数1300r/min→磨浆的物料投入超高压设备,在有效压力为580Mpa-150Mpa中选用450Mpa,有效静压时间10-45min,选用20min。第十分钟进入热等静压,此时压温为18℃升至29℃,物料细胞压爆破壁完成,镜下无菌,无完整细胞。第20min泄压至150Mpa5min灭酶→泄压至0→投入反应釜酶解,有效酶解物木瓜酶,菠萝酶其他酶解 物效率低。有效酶度为0.2%-12%,选用菠萝酶,选用酶度为物料的0.38%,有效时间0.5h--3h选用时间2h,有效温度38℃-78℃选用48℃,有效PH值4.8-7.5,选用PH值5.7→超高压设备加压至150Mpa,加压5min灭酶→取上清→过滤→精滤→上自动冻干装瓶流水线,按0.5g重的冻干粉装瓶→贴标→五瓶小包装,带10ml无菌水,10ml注射器→30瓶大包装→出厂前细菌抽检→入库→出厂。
Claims (2)
1.以生物学方法得林蛙胴体富硒蛋白外以辅助物理方法即以超高压设备按设计要求加适量亚硒酸钠与林蛙胴体同时加压,而得林蛙活性富硒蛋白固体饮品。
2.凡用超高压设备中冷等静压、热等静压的有效压力,有效温度及物理方法压爆破细胞壁方法的,有效干燥温度的,有效酶值的。
具体实施方案:
案例一:
林蛙处死→剥离胴体、去皮→粉碎→加入水匀浆→酶解→取上清→装瓶→钴60灭菌→抽检→入库的。
案例二:
林蛙处死→去皮取胴体→粉碎→匀浆→酶解→取上清→将碱式二氧化硒溶于无机盐碱中和析出胶体→加林蛙胴体酶解液进行络合反应→上冻干装瓶自动生产流水线→装瓶→抽检→入库的。
