Abstract
本发明涉及一种铸坯导向装置,用于生产扁坯、大钢坯、方钢坯等规格的铸坯,它能使铸坯在铸坯导向装置机架内定心地流动,并因而甚至在浇注速度达到6米/分时也能保证高的浇注可靠性。这一高度的浇注可靠性采用这样的铸坯导向装置机架来达到;其中的辊具有略凹的母线(铸坯的曲面),从而出人意料地遏制了向窄侧方向的铸坯摆动,并因而使铸坯沿着铸坯中心流动的方向相对于中心线定心地流动。
Description
本发明涉及一种铸坯导向装置机架,借助于它防止连续铸锭的摆动。
由先有技术,例如DE3627991C2已知铸坯导向装置机架,其中,辊的母线不是直线而是曲线。当结晶器出口横截面产生铸坯横截面,而这一横截面与矩形有明显差别时,便往往采用这种辊。
在矩形铸坯具有的铸坯厚度大于60至80毫米时,在铸坯导向装置机架中紧接在连续铸锭结晶器(第0段)下面,通常使用直母线的辊,其中,成对的互相对置的辊的母线彼此平行。
采用这种辊的铸坯导向装置机架,由于铸坯的摆动或颤动而限制了浇注速度,通常使用下列值:
-对于厚度230毫米的扁坯约1.8-2.0米/分
-对于厚度270毫米的大钢坯约1.5-1.7米/分
-对于规格100×100毫米的方钢坯约1.5-1.7米/分。
本发明的目的是制成矩形铸坯用的铸坯导向装置机架的辊,其中,辊设计为能遏制铸坯的摆动或颤动。
此目的通过权利要求1的特征达到。从属权利要求中包含了有利的设计。业已证实,在使用具有矩形横截面和圆柱形导向辊的连续铸锭结晶器时(这是大多数当前在世界范围使用的连续铸锭设备中的情况)浇注速度不允许超过规定的上限值,因为要不然铸坯裂12的数量会超比例地增加。造成这一后果的原因在于,从某个浇注速度起铸坯开始摆动,也就是说,它在导向辊之间来回运动。这导致偏斜和铸坯向结晶器出口横截面的周围不均匀地散热,并必将产生应力裂纹和铸坯断口。
业已出人意意地证实,铸坯轻度的曲面遏制了摆动。在这种情况下,铸坯直接在结晶器的出口后,由于仍为液态的芯部和较薄的铸坯外壳厚度,所以它立即扩展到由辊的凹形母线规定的量。也就是说贴靠在辊上并获得一种导引,这种导引遏制了摆动,或如文献中所介绍的那样也称为“蛇行(snaking)”。
曲面沿铸坯宽度的一部分或沿铸坯宽度的全部延伸。铸坯的总膨胀量应为8%,最好应为2-4%。采用更大的值达不到改善导向的目的,相反却产生不必要的轧制费用。曲面沿铸坯的全部宽度(它在2-4%范围内),大大改善了用于后继轧制的出口横截面,并满足后面的轧机的要求。有意义的是,铸坯的曲面通过例如直至铸坯导向装置机架末端的凹的辊、或通过适当地安排在铸坯导向区内分开的辊、或通过在弹性范围内弯曲铸坯导向装置机架和/或辊来获得。
借助于本发明,不仅可以对于新的设备相应地提高浇注速度,而且对于现有的设备通过用适当弯曲成拱形的辊来改装,可以将浇注速度相对于在前言中所提到的值提高达200%,与此同时提高浇注可靠性。
Claims (2)
1.矩形铸坯用的铸坯导向装置机架,具有成对的互相对置的导向和推动辊,其中,辊至少在负荷作用下具有略凹的母线,母线的最大值不超过铸坯厚度的8%,以及,凹的母线通过在浇注负荷作用下在弹性范围内适当弯曲铸坯导向装置机架获得。
2.如权利要求1所述的铸坯导向装置机架,其特征为:导向和推动辊的母线其最大值不超过铸坯厚度的2至4%。
