Abstract

本发明涉及一种加硼钢的双辊铸轧生产方法,包括如下步骤:冶炼,其中钢水化学成分为:C≤0.03wt%,Si≤0.3wt%,Mn 0.3‑0.8wt%,P≤0.02wt%,N≤0.008wt%,S≤0.003wt%,B 0.0008‑0.0015wt%,其余为Fe和不可避免杂质;薄带连铸,将冶炼合格的钢水由钢包经过中间包、过渡包及双辊连铸机,形成铸带;经过气氛保护的热箱,进入1道次热轧轧机,轧制成一定厚度的热轧薄带,其中热轧压下量为25‑60%;经过冷却卷取,获得多边形铁素体组织。根据本发明生产的加硼钢的抗拉强度≥270MPa,延伸率≥21%,其具有生产流程短、生产成本和合金成本低、热轧薄带钢机械性能和表面质量均优异等特点。

Description

加硼钢的双辊铸轧生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于钢铁冶金连铸领域,具体地涉及一种基于短流程双辊连铸的表面质量及机械性能均优异的加硼钢及其生产方法。
背景技术
加硼钢是指以硼元素为主要合金元素的钢,通过向钢中加入硼元素,能够显著提高其淬透性,获得优良的机械性能,因而得到广泛的生产及应用。
目前,生产加硼钢的主要流程为:转炉或者电炉——精炼——厚板坯或薄板坯连铸——加热炉加热——轧制——卷取,其生产流程长、资源消耗大、废水排放量大。
钢中加了硼元素后,虽然能够改善产品的综合性能,但是硼元素也极大提高了钢种的裂纹敏感性,通常向钢中加入Al或Ti元素,固定钢中的N元素,以避免形成BN,进而减少BN在晶界的富集。如专利申请 CN201710640124.X,基于全无头薄板坯连铸连轧流程生产A572Gr50加硼钢的方法,其化学成分含有Ti,用以解决薄板坯裂纹问题;专利申请CN201410311812.8,一种防止铸坯角裂含硼钢的制备方法,同样采用Ti固定钢中的N,来减少铸坯裂纹。Ti元素虽然能解决铸坯裂纹问题,但是也增加了产品成本,并且Ti元素的加入,在连铸时形成TiOX和TiN,容易堵水口,影响钢水可浇性,引起结晶器液面较大波动,进而影响铸坯质量以及产品质量。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的上述缺陷,采用不加Ti成分,首次利用双辊连铸产线进行连铸连轧,通过调整熔池气氛参数、拉速、热箱气氛参数等,得到了机械性能优异且表面质量合格的加硼钢产品。
为了实现上述目的,一方面,本发明公开了一种基于双辊铸轧的加硼钢的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)冶炼
得到如下成分的钢水:C≤0.03wt%,Si≤0.3wt%,Mn 0.3-0.8wt%,P ≤0.02wt%,N≤0.008wt%,S≤0.003wt%,B 0.0008-0.0015wt%,其余为Fe 和不可避免杂质;
2)薄带连铸
将冶炼合格的钢水经过中间包、过渡包及双辊连铸机,连铸成1.4~2.0mm 的铸带;
3)在线热轧
铸带经过采用氮气保护的热箱,经过1道次的热轧,轧制成0.8~1.8mm 轧带;
4)轧后冷却及卷取
采用卷取温度控制模式,卷取温度控制在600~720℃。
根据实施例的加硼钢的生产方法,优选地,钢水浇铸温度控制在 1600℃~1690℃。
根据实施例的加硼钢的生产方法,优选地,连铸速度控制在40~80m/min。
根据实施例的加硼钢的生产方法,优选地,步骤2)中,熔池采用氮气或者氩气保护,压力控制为比外界大气压高2~50Pa。
根据实施例的加硼钢的生产方法,优选地,步骤3)中,热箱的氮气流量控制在1000~3000m3/hr。
根据实施例的加硼钢的生产方法,优选地,步骤3)中,铸带的温度保持在1200~1400℃。
根据实施例的加硼钢的生产方法,优选地,步骤3)中,铸带的热轧压下量控制为25~60%。
为了实现上述目的,另一方面,本发明公开了一种加硼钢,采用上述加硼钢的生产方法生产。
根据实施例的加硼钢,优选地,加硼钢的产品组织为不规则多边形铁素体。
根据实施例的加硼钢,优选地,加硼钢的抗拉强度≥270MPa,延伸率≥21%。
有益的技术效果
与现有的技术相比,本发明的特点和有益的技术效果至少包括:
(1)采用双辊铸轧生产技术,生产流程短,且成本和合金成本低;
(2)钢水不含Ti元素,通过控制熔池气氛、拉速和热箱气氛等参数,使得所得到的加硼钢产品无裂纹,机械性能优异且表面质量合格,其中抗拉强度≥270MPa,延伸率≥21%。

实施例1
本实施例按照以下步骤进行:
1)冶炼
钢水化学成分为:C 0.025wt%,Si 0.16wt%,Mn 0.35wt%,P 0.012wt%, N0.005wt%,S 0.0028wt%,B 0.0009wt%,其余为Fe和不可避免杂质,其中出钢温度控制在1650℃。
2)薄带连铸
连铸成1.8mm的铸带,其中连铸拉速控制在60m/min,熔池气氛采用氮气保护,压力比外界大气压高10Pa。
3)铸带在线热轧
铸带经过采用氮气保护的热箱,热箱中氮气流量1500m3/hr,铸带温度保持在1300℃,经过1道次的热轧,轧制成1.2mm轧带。
4)轧后冷却及卷取
采用卷取温度控制模式,温度控制在700℃。
经过以上步骤所得到的加硼钢,对薄带进行力学性能测试,抗拉强度为 340MPa,延伸率为32%。经过表面检查,带钢表面质量良好,未出现裂纹。
实施例2
1)冶炼
钢水化学成分为:C 0.028wt%,Si 0.16wt%,Mn 0.8wt%,P 0.015wt%, N0.004wt%,S 0.0028wt%,B 0.001wt%其余为Fe和不可避免杂质,其中出钢温度控制在1630℃。
2)薄带连铸
连铸成1.4mm的铸带,其中连铸拉速控制在80m/min,熔池气氛采用氩气保护,压力比外界大气压高5Pa。
3)铸带在线热轧
铸带经过采用氮气保护的热箱,热箱中氮气流量2000m3/hr,铸带温度保持在1350℃,经过1道次的热轧,轧制成0.8mm轧带。
4)轧后冷却及卷取
采用卷取温度控制模式,温度控制在620℃。
经过以上步骤所得到的加硼钢,对薄带进行力学性能测试,抗拉强度为 430MPa,延伸率为25%。经过表面检查,带钢表面质量良好,未出现裂纹。

Claims (9)

1.一种基于双辊铸轧的加硼钢的生产方法,其特征在于,所述生产方法包括如下步骤:
1)冶炼
得到如下成分的钢水:C≤0.03wt%,Si≤0.3wt%,Mn 0.3-0.8wt%,P≤0.02wt%,N≤0.008wt%,S≤0.003wt%,B 0.0008-0.0015wt%,其余为Fe和不可避免杂质;
2)薄带连铸
将冶炼合格的钢水经过中间包、过渡包及双辊连铸机,连铸成1.4~2.0mm的铸带,钢水浇铸温度控制在1600℃~1690℃,其中熔池采用氮气或者氩气保护,压力控制为比外界大气压高2~50Pa;
3)在线热轧
铸带经过采用氮气保护的热箱,经过1道次的热轧,轧制成0.8~1.8mm轧带,所述热箱的氮气流量控制在1000~3000m3/hr;
4)轧后冷却及卷取
采用卷取温度控制模式,卷取温度控制在600~720℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,连铸速度控制在40~80m/min。
3.如权利要求1所述的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,熔池采用氮气保护,压力控制为比外界大气压高2~10Pa。
4.如权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述热箱的氮气流量控制在1000~2000m3/hr。
5.如权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述铸带的温度保持在1200~1400℃。
6.如权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述铸带的热轧压下量控制为25~60%。
7.一种加硼钢,其特征在于,所述加硼钢采用如权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的生产方法生产。
8.如权利要求7所述的加硼钢,其特征在于,所述加硼钢的产品组织为不规则多边形铁素体。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的加硼钢,其特征在于,所述加硼钢的抗拉强度≥270MPa,延伸率≥21%。
