本发明涉及印染技术领域,具体涉及一种高亮度竹纤维服饰面料印染方法。
背景技术
竹原纤维是一种全新的天然纤维,是采用物理、化学相结合的方法制取的天然竹纤维,天然竹原纤维与竹浆纤维有着本质的区别,竹原纤维属于天然纤维,竹浆纤维属于化学纤维。竹原纤维的研制成功标志着又一天然纤维的诞生,其符合国家产业发展政策。
竹纤维纵向表面光滑、均一,有多条较浅的沟槽;横截面接近椭圆形,边沿不规则。这种表面结构使得竹纤维具有一定的抱合力,有利于纤维的成纱。其横截面为高度中空的特殊结构,能在瞬间吸引大量水分和透过大量气体,纵向平直,表面沟槽形成的孔隙能够产生较强的毛细管效应,使得竹纤维具有良好的吸湿放湿性能。
竹子中的天然抗菌成分,始终能够结合在纤维素大分子上。所以竹纤维织物经反复洗涤、日晒也不会失去其独特的抗菌性能。竹纤维含有叶绿素铜钠,使其纺织品具有良好的除臭作用,叶绿素铜钠还是安全、优良的紫外线吸收剂,可在一定程度减小紫外线对人体的伤害。有实验表明:竹纤维的紫外线穿透率为0.6%,是棉的41.6倍。竹纤维能够100%降解,是绿色环保产品。但竹纤维由于自身柔性不好,比较脆弱,不耐洗涤,染色技术难度较大,直接影响产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种染色效果好,成品质量稳定的高亮度服饰面料印染方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种高亮度服饰面料印染方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将面料用喷雾的方法调整至水分含量在25-28%左右,在常温环境下静置4-6小时,然后以无水乙醇为分散介质,在型号为ZB220-T的超声清洗机上超声清洗10-20分钟;达到对面料进行软化的目的,利于染料与面料的结合;
(2)先在煮料锅内打入纯净水,加热至80℃关掉蒸气,加入超声清洗后的面料,在煮料锅内蒸煮20分钟后,打开循环冷却水,对煮料锅进行冷却降温,起到软化杀菌作用;
(3)待煮料锅中的料液温度冷却至60℃~65℃时,取出面料进行脱水处理,使面料含水量在15%以内;
(4)将脱水后的面料利用染料进行染色处理,完成后送入烘干房进行干燥处理,干燥分为以下3个阶段:
第一干燥阶段:控制烘干房内温度在65℃,相对湿度在65%,干燥时间控制在2小时;
第二干燥阶段:控制烘干房内温度在60℃,相对湿度在40%,干燥时间控制在2小时;
第三干燥阶段:控制烘干房内温度在53℃,相对湿度在0.5%,干燥时间控制在6小时;该干燥工艺比较节能,在不同湿度和温度得到的产品整体质量稳定,柔韧性好,在水中长时间浸泡不会褪色,合格率达100%;
(5)将干燥后的面料的表面温度迅速冷却至12℃以下,置于温度为6-8℃,湿度为78-82%的库房中保存4小时,然后取出干燥;
(6)对干燥后的面料进行熨烫处理,使面料表面光滑无褶皱,然后静置4-8小时后即可包装入库。该方法得到的面料不褪色,质量稳定。
上述步骤(5)中的干燥是置于干燥设备中或在太阳下晾晒,至竹纤维面料水分含量在8%以内。
上述染料中添加有占染料重量2%的生物助剂,通过添加生物助剂使织物具有良好的水洗牢度与耐摩擦牢度,并且色泽鲜艳,还具有良好的抗菌性,抑菌率在90%以上。
上述生物助剂是由以下重量百分比的成分制成:金银花提取物0.2-1%、茶多酚0.1-1%、异抗坏血酸钠0.5-2%、食盐0.2-0.5%、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.1-1%、维生素C0.1-0.5%、余量为溶剂;
所述溶剂为乙醇、去离子水、甲醇、丙酮中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
上述生物染料的制备方法为:将上述组分混合后投入球磨机研磨,约4小时,测试过滤是否残存颗粒或结块,合格后即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明适用于竹纤维面料的染色,也可以用于其它植物纤维面料,优化染色工艺参数,获得均匀、饱满的实物质量,同时优化染料选择,提高面料的沾色牢度。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种高亮度服饰面料印染方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将面料用喷雾的方法调整至水分含量在25-28%左右,在常温环境下静置4-6小时,然后以无水乙醇为分散介质,在型号为ZB220-T的超声清洗机上超声清洗10-20分钟;达到对面料进行软化的目的,利于染料与面料的结合;
(2)先在煮料锅内打入纯净水,加热至80℃关掉蒸气,加入超声清洗后的面料,在煮料锅内蒸煮20分钟后,打开循环冷却水,对煮料锅进行冷却降温,起到软化杀菌作用;
(3)待煮料锅中的料液温度冷却至60℃~65℃时,取出面料进行脱水处理,使面料含水量在15%以内;

一种高亮度服饰面料印染方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将面料用喷雾的方法调整至水分含量在25-28%左右,在常温环境下静置4-6小时,然后以无水乙醇为分散介质,在型号为ZB220-T的超声清洗机上超声清洗10-20分钟;达到对面料进行软化的目的,利于染料与面料的结合;
(2)先在煮料锅内打入纯净水,加热至80℃关掉蒸气,加入超声清洗后的面料,在煮料锅内蒸煮20分钟后,打开循环冷却水,对煮料锅进行冷却降温,起到软化杀菌作用;
(3)待煮料锅中的料液温度冷却至60℃~65℃时,取出面料进行脱水处理,使面料含水量在15%以内;
(4)将脱水后的面料利用染料进行染色处理,完成后送入烘干房进行干燥处理,干燥分为以下3个阶段:
第一干燥阶段:控制烘干房内温度在65℃,相对湿度在65%,干燥时间控制在2小时;
第二干燥阶段:控制烘干房内温度在60℃,相对湿度在40%,干燥时间控制在2小时;
第三干燥阶段:控制烘干房内温度在53℃,相对湿度在0.5%,干燥时间控制在6小时;该干燥工艺比较节能,在不同湿度和温度得到的产品整体质量稳定,柔韧性好,在水中长时间浸泡不会褪色,合格率达100%;
(5)将干燥后的面料的表面温度迅速冷却至12℃以下,置于温度为6-8℃,湿度为78-82%的库房中保存4小时,然后取出干燥;
(6)对干燥后的面料进行熨烫处理,使面料表面光滑无褶皱,然后静置4-8小时后即可包装入库。该方法得到的面料不褪色,质量稳定。
上述染料中添加有占染料重量2%的生物助剂,通过添加生物助剂使织物具有良好的水洗牢度与耐摩擦牢度,并且色泽鲜艳,还具有良好的抗菌性,抑菌率在90%以上。
上述生物助剂是由以下重量百分比的成分制成:金银花提取物0.2-1%、茶多酚0.1-1%、异抗坏血酸钠0.5-2%、食盐0.2-0.5%、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.1-1%、维生素C0.1-0.5%、余量为乙醇;
上述生物染料的制备方法为:将上述组分混合后投入球磨机研磨,约4小时,测试过滤是否残存颗粒或结块,合格后即可。
实施例3
一种高亮度服饰面料印染方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将面料用喷雾的方法调整至水分含量在25-28%左右,在常温环境下静置4-6小时,然后以无水乙醇为分散介质,在型号为ZB220-T的超声清洗机上超声清洗10-20分钟;达到对面料进行软化的目的,利于染料与面料的结合;
(2)先在煮料锅内打入纯净水,加热至80℃关掉蒸气,加入超声清洗后的面料,在煮料锅内蒸煮20分钟后,打开循环冷却水,对煮料锅进行冷却降温,起到软化杀菌作用;
(3)待煮料锅中的料液温度冷却至60℃~65℃时,取出面料进行脱水处理,使面料含水量在15%以内;

Claims (5)
1.一种高亮度服饰面料印染方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)将面料用喷雾的方法调整至水分含量在25-28%,在常温环境下静置4-6小时,然后以无水乙醇为分散介质,在超声清洗机上超声清洗10-20分钟;
(2)先在煮料锅内打入纯净水,加热至80℃关掉蒸气,加入超声清洗后的面料,在煮料锅内蒸煮20分钟后,打开循环冷却水,对煮料锅进行冷却降温;
(3)待煮料锅中的料液温度冷却至60℃~65℃时,取出面料进行脱水处理,使面料含水量在15%以内;
(4)将脱水后的面料利用染料进行染色处理,完成后送入烘干房进行干燥处理,干燥分为以下3个阶段:

2.根据权利要求1所述的高亮度服饰面料印染方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(5)中的干燥是置于干燥设备中或在太阳下晾晒,至面料水分含量在8%以内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高亮度服饰面料印染方法,其特征在于,上述染料中添加有占染料重量2%的生物助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高亮度服饰面料印染方法,其特征在于,上述生物助剂是由以下重量百分比的成分制成:金银花提取物0.2-1%、茶多酚0.1-1%、异抗坏血酸钠0.5-2%、食盐0.2-0.5%、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺0.1-1%、维生素C 0.1-0.5%、余量为溶剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高亮度服饰面料印染方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂为乙醇、去离子水、甲醇、丙酮中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
