本发明公开了一种真丝面料精练剂,该精练剂由下列重量份的组份组成:螯合分散剂KX130 3~5份、百合提取物2~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~5份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐3~6份、聚丙烯酸钠3~6份、竹菇提取物1~5份、茶皂素1~3份、偶氮(二)碳酰胺2~3份、凤尾草提取物2~6份、氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠8~12份、苯并三唑1~3份、库拉索芦荟叶汁粉1~3份、蓖麻酸丁酯硫酸钠5~8份和水12~16份。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效去除真丝面料表面的污垢,且对真丝面料没有损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种真丝面料精练剂。
背景技术
染整,也称为印染,是指对纺织材料(纤维、纱线和织物)进行以化学处理为主的工艺过程。染整同纺纱、机织或针织生产一起,形成纺织物生产的全过程。染整包括预处理、染色、印花、整理、水洗等过程。染整质量的优劣对纺织品的使用价值有重要的影响。印染剂是织物在染整过程中所用的助剂,包括洗涤剂、匀染剂、精练剂、渗透剂、固色剂、柔软剂、增白剂等等。其中,精练剂是在预处理过程中使用,现有的精练剂使用性能不佳,还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种真丝面料精练剂,能够有效去除真丝面料表面的污垢,且对真丝面料没有损伤。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种真丝面料精练剂,该精练剂由下列重量份的组份组成:螯合分散剂KX130 3~5份、百合提取物2~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~5份、磺化琥珀酸双酰胺盐3~6份、聚丙烯酸钠3~6份、竹菇提取物1~5份、茶皂素1~3份、偶氮(二)碳酰胺2~3份、凤尾草提取物2~6份、氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠8~12份、苯并三唑1~3份、库拉索芦荟叶汁粉1~3份、蓖麻酸丁酯硫酸钠5~8份和水12~16份。
