本发明公开了一种活性吊染染料配方,各组分的重量份为:二氟一氯嘧啶型染料40‑60份;乙烯砜型染料50‑80份;α‑溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料40‑80份;均染剂平平加8‑12份;硫酸钠10‑14份;氯化钠12‑16份;磷酸氢二钠8‑14份;磷酸二氢钠20‑60份;氢氧化钠15‑25份;碳酸钠20‑90份;尿素15‑25份。本发明的优点在于:坚牢度、湿牢度较高,色泽鲜艳、性能优异,适用性强,其色相和性能均能适应市场对纤维和衣料要求的染料。

Description

一种活性吊染染料配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染料配方,尤其是一种活性吊染染料配方。
背景技术
我国纺织业年耗水量超过100亿吨,废水排放量占全国各行业第六位,其中以印染行业排放废水量最为严重,约占80%,用水量按单位重量纺织品计是国外的2-3倍。染整加工大多是在较高温度下进行,能耗大,单耗是国外的3-5倍。节能减排是国家制定的一项重要方针,如何把节能减排落实好是纺织印染和染料生产两个行业共同的责任和使命。
活性染料是纤维素纤维染色用的最主要的染料,因色谱宽广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强,因此而广为应用。世界活性染料年生产量约2万吨,占染料总量的20%左右。我国活性染料年产量2005年约16万吨,2006年17.4万吨,占我国染料总产量的25%。自从1956年活性染料问世以来,经过50年的迅速发展已逐步取代冰染染料、直接染料、硫化染料和还原染料,成为纤维素纤维(包括棉、人造丝、亚麻、铜胺纤维和纤维素短纤维布)印染的主要原料。
现代活性染料之所以受到如此宠爱,主要有下列五个原因:
(1)活性染料是取代禁用染料和其他纤维素纤维用染料(如冰染染料、硫化染料和还原染料等)的最佳选择之一;
(2)活性染料是取代羊毛和聚酞胺纤维用含金属染料(如媒染染料、金属络合染料等)的最佳选择之一;
(3)活性染料染色工艺经济,操作简单,各项坚牢度特别是湿牢度较高;
(4)活性染料色谱广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强,其色相和性能基本适应市场对纤维和衣料的要求;
(5)适合新纤维素纤维产品(如Lyocell纤维等)的印染需要。
中国专利公开号:CN1704524公开一种染布工艺,具体地说,涉及操作工序简单,成本适中,不仅可染坯布,还可将有色印花布料再次染色,且不掉色的一种可回染的染布工艺。但是该染布的染料不使用于活性染料,因此,开发一种活性染料具有十分重要意义。
本发明采用二氟一氯嘧啶型染料,乙烯砜型染料,α-溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料,均染剂平平加O,硫酸钠,氯化钠,磷酸氢二钠,磷酸二氢钠,氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,尿素制备一种活性染料,该染料专利在国内仍未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种广泛适用于吊染的活性吊染染料配方,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种活性吊染染料配方,其创新点在于:各组分的重量份为:
二氟一氯嘧啶型染料40-60份;
乙烯砜型染料50-80份;
α-溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料40-80份;
均染剂平平加8-12份;
硫酸钠10-14份;
氯化钠12-16份;
磷酸氢二钠8-14份;
磷酸二氢钠20-60份;
氢氧化钠15-25份;
碳酸钠20-90份;
尿素15-25份。
