本发明涉及一种染料,尤其是一种不易掉色的活性染料配方。
背景技术
纺织染料是用于纺织品染色的一种染剂,现有的防止染料通常是根据不同需求通过人工配比的方式配制而成的,而现有的采用活性染料进行面料染色,其着色性差,色的牢固性不高,经过水洗容易褪色、掉色,导致该面料制成的产品因美观性差被丢弃,增加使用者的成本。
发明内容
一种不易掉色的活性染料配方,所述染料配方由以下组分组成:四氟一氯嘧啶型染料20-40份;乙烯砜型染料50-70份;γ-溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料35-60份;均染剂10-15份;脂肪醇硫酸钠4-8份;聚乙烯醇8-13份;丙酸钠6-12份;丙烯酸甲酯8-16份;丙烯酸树脂4-8份;冰醋酸5-9份;无机抗菌剂7-15份:明离子抗静电剂1-4份;去离子水70-100份。
优选的,所述的无机抗菌剂为氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中的一种。
优选的,所述的阴离子抗静电剂为烷基磺酸、磷酸或二硫代氨基甲酸的碱金属盐。
优选的,所述染料配方由以下组分组成:四氟一氯嘧啶型染料40份;乙烯砜型染料60份;γ-溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料50份;均染剂13份;脂肪醇硫酸钠6份;聚乙烯醇7份;丙酸钠8份;丙烯酸甲酯15份;丙烯酸树脂5份;冰醋酸5份;无机抗菌剂8份:明离子抗静电剂4份;去离子水100份。

本实例中,所述的无机抗菌剂为氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中的一种。
本实例中,所述的阴离子抗静电剂为烷基磺酸、磷酸或二硫代氨基甲酸的碱金属盐。
实例2:一种不易掉色的活性染料配方,所述染料配方由以下组分组成:四氟一氯嘧啶型染料30份;乙烯砜型染料60份;γ-溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料40份;均染剂12份;脂肪醇硫酸钠6份;聚乙烯醇10份;丙酸钠8份;丙烯酸甲酯10份;丙烯酸树脂6份;冰醋酸7份;无机抗菌剂11份:明离子抗静电剂3份;去离子水90份。
本实例中,所述的无机抗菌剂为氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中的一种。

  1. 一种不易掉色的活性染料配方,其特征在于,所述染料配方由以下组分组成:四氟一氯嘧啶型染料20-40份;乙烯砜型染料50-70份;γ-溴代丙烯酰胺型活性染料35-60份;均染剂10-15份;脂肪醇硫酸钠4-8份;聚乙烯醇8-13份;丙酸钠6-12份;丙烯酸甲酯8-16份;丙烯酸树脂4-8份;冰醋酸5-9份;无机抗菌剂7-15份:明离子抗静电剂1-4份;去离子水70-100份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种不易掉色的活性染料配方,其特征在于:所述的无机抗菌剂为氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种不易掉色的活性染料配方,其特征在于:所述的阴离子抗静电剂为烷基磺酸、磷酸或二硫代氨基甲酸的碱金属盐。
