Abstract

本发明公开了一种纯棉纺织物精练剂,该精练剂由下列重量份的组份组成:脂肪酰胺聚氧乙醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠2~5份、红参提取物1~3份、内切葡聚糖酶1~2份、偏苯三酸正己酯3~5份、醇醚糖苷3~5份、枸杞提取物1~3份、磷酸三甲酚酯5~8份、碱性果胶酶1~2份、丝素保护剂1~3份、苯偶姻乙醚8~10份、渗透剂5~8份、樟脑提取物1~3份、来檬汁1~2份和水10~12份。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效去除纯棉纺织物上的织造浆料。

纯棉纺织物精练剂
技术领域
本发明涉及印染剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种纯棉纺织物精练剂。
背景技术
染整,也称为印染,是指对纺织材料(纤维、纱线和织物)进行以化学处理为主的工艺过程。染整同纺纱、机织或针织生产一起,形成纺织物生产的全过程。染整包括预处理、染色、印花、整理、水洗等过程。染整质量的优劣对纺织品的使用价值有重要的影响。印染剂是织物在染整过程中所用的助剂,包括洗涤剂、匀染剂、精练剂、渗透剂、固色剂、柔软剂、增白剂等等。其中,精练剂是在预处理过程中使用,现有的精练剂使用性能不佳,还有待改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种纯棉纺织物精练剂,能够有效去除纯棉纺织物上的织造浆料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种纯棉纺织物精练剂,该精练剂由下列重量份的组份组成:脂肪酰胺聚氧乙醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠2~5份、红参提取物1~3份、内切葡聚糖酶1~2份、偏苯三酸正己酯3~5份、醇醚糖苷3~5份、枸杞提取物1~3份、磷酸三甲酚酯5~8份、碱性果胶酶1~2份、丝素保护剂1~3份、苯偶姻乙醚8~10份、渗透剂5~8份、樟脑提取物1~3份、来檬汁1~2份和水10~12份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,该精练剂由下列重量份的组份组成:脂肪酰胺聚氧乙醚琥珀酸单酯磺酸钠2份、红参提取物1份、内切葡聚糖酶1份、偏苯三酸正己酯3份、醇醚糖苷3份、枸杞提取物1份、磷酸三甲酚酯5份、碱性果胶酶1份、丝素保护剂1份、苯偶姻乙醚8份、渗透剂5份、樟脑提取物1份、来檬汁1份和水10份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明纯棉纺织物精练剂,能够有效去除纯棉纺织物上的织造浆料。
