本发明公开了一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5‑单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯、氯甲酸(2‑乙基)己酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、3,5‑二叔丁基‑4‑羟基苯甲醇、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙烯‑丙烯酸丁酯塑料,其各组分的重量含量为:5‑单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯35~52份、氯甲酸(2‑乙基)己酯15~31份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯20~38份、3,5‑二叔丁基‑4‑羟基苯甲醇10~22份、乙酸丙酸纤维素5~15份和乙烯‑丙烯酸丁酯塑料50~64份。通过上述方式,本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗拉伸性能优。

一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜
技术领域
本发明涉及镀铝膜领域,特别是涉及一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜。
背景技术
镭射镀铝膜用于高档印刷品的纸塑复合,再加以印刷可成为高档一体化镭射彩印纸盒包装(烟盒、日化、食品、礼品盒等),在光线照射下可见强烈的高亮七彩光图案效果,提升印刷品档次。镀铝镭射膜按用途可分为包装膜、转移膜、烫印膜、彩色膜、镂空膜等。
然而,目前使用的镭射镀铝膜的膜基体层的背面容易擦伤,而且抗拉伸性能差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗拉伸性能优。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料,其各组分的重量含量为:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯35~52份、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯15~31份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯20~38份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇10~22份、乙酸丙酸纤维素5~15份和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料50~64份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯的重量含量为37~49份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯的重量含量为17~29份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯的重量含量为22~36份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗拉伸性能优。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料,其各组分的重量含量为:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯43份、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯23份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯29份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇16份、乙酸丙酸纤维素10份和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料57份。
实施例2
一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料,其各组分的重量含量为:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯37份、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯17份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯22份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇10份、乙酸丙酸纤维素5份和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料50份。
实施例3
一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料,其各组分的重量含量为:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯49份、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯29份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯36份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇22份、乙酸丙酸纤维素15份和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料64份。
本发明烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜的有益效果是:本发明膜基体层的背面不易擦伤,而且抗拉伸性能优。

1.一种烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,其特征在于,包括:膜基体层和镀铝层,所述的膜基体层由以下组分制成:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料,其各组分的重量含量为:5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯35~52份、氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯15~31份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯20~38份、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醇10~22份、乙酸丙酸纤维素5~15份和乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯塑料50~64份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的5-单取代丙二酸亚异丙酯的重量含量为37~49份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的氯甲酸(2-乙基)己酯的重量含量为17~29份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟盒包装用镭射镀铝膜,其特征在于,所述的二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯的重量含量为22~36份。
