众所周知，标签胶粘剂在产品外包装上起着重要作用。它们广泛应用于医药、农药、白酒、啤酒、食品、电器及日化等不同行业。当然，不同行业的包装材料对胶粘剂也有不同的要求，尤其是高档次的日化膜类产品，它不仅要求胶粘剂的透明度高，粘性强，而且要求一定的耐水性能，放置于冷水或冰箱不掉标，不残胶。目前市场上所使用的不干胶标签不是粘贴性能达不到就是采用溶剂型的胶粘剂，污染环境，影响人们的身体健康。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种性能优良、环保的防水不干胶标签。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案是：提供一种防水不干胶标签，其中包括基材层、胶粘层及保护层，所述基材层为纸或者仿真纸，所述胶粘层为防水的半透明丙烯酸酯类水性压敏胶，厚度介于3～10微米，所述保护层为一层保护纸。
本实用新型提供的一种防水不干胶标签的有益之处在于：利用低成本、高品质的水性胶粘剂，可为不同包装行业提供更高档次的产品，从而提高公司产品的质量与形象，并达到环保目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种防水不干胶标签，包括基材层1、胶粘层2及保护层3，所述基材层1为纸或者仿真纸，所述胶粘层2为防水的半透明丙烯酸酯类水性压敏胶，厚度介于3～10微米，所述保护层3为一层保护纸。
其生产方法是将基材层1在专用涂覆设备上，涂以防水的半透明丙烯酸酯类水性压敏胶为胶粘层2，贴上保护层3后待用。使用时，只需要将保护层3揭开，然后粘到所需地方即可。

1.一种防水不干胶标签，其特征在于：所述的标签包括基材层、胶粘层及保护层，胶粘层为防水的半透明丙烯酸酯类水性压敏胶，厚度介于3～10微米。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标签，其特征在于：所述基材层为纸或者仿真纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的标签，其特征在于：所述保护层为一层保护纸。
