本实用新型涉及透明胶带领域,具体为一种双面具有不同力学性能的双面强弱胶带。
背景技术
可移双面胶带广泛用于彩卡说明书和PVC卡片(如信用卡、贵宾卡、会员卡、贺卡)之间的生产过程临时定位、印刷品附品、贺卡制做、告示牌和场地布置等;一面是可以反复粘贴,不残留双面胶的胶迹,不破坏表面的光洁度,而另外一面是粘性较强达到不可移效果。然而现有技术中,由于考虑到成本因素,很多胶带都是采用单一胶种进行涂覆,难以达到上述效果。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种双面强弱胶带,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种双面强弱胶带,包括基材,其基材本体的两侧分为强面和弱面,其强面上涂覆有一层力学性能优异的丙烯酸胶层,并在胶层上成型有一层离型材料,而弱面上涂覆有一层粘接强度低于强面丙烯酸胶层的改性丙烯酸胶层。
在本实用新型中,所述基材为PET带、PVC带、PE带或者交联聚乙烯发泡带。
在本实用新型中,所述强弱胶带的厚度为50~200μm。
有益效果:本实用新型集可移、粘接固定、保护等功能于一体,实现了高粘性和可移性,同时实现了在小型零部件和凹凸面的贴合性能,可用于用于经常拆卸或维修的料上,同时也适用于平板电脑、手机、LCD 显示器等各种消费类电子产品等透光、制程保护领域。

参见图1的一种双面强弱胶带的较佳实施例,在本实施例中,双面强弱胶带的厚度为100μm,其基材为PET带2,在PET带2的弱面涂覆有一层改性丙烯酸胶层1,而在其强面涂覆有一层丙烯酸胶层3,丙烯酸胶层3的粘性大于改性丙烯酸胶层1,且在丙烯酸胶层3的外侧涂覆有一层离型膜4作为离型材料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面强弱胶带,其特征在于,所述基材为PET带、PVC带、PE带或者交联聚乙烯发泡带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面强弱胶带,其特征在于,所述强弱胶带的厚度为50~200μm。
