本发明涉及一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,包括基材(1)、缓冲材料(2)、强粘力胶面(3)和弱粘力胶面(4);缓冲材料(2)平铺于基材(1)的两面,在缓冲材料(2)的另一面分别涂有强粘力胶面(3)和弱粘力胶面(4)。本发明能够很好的应用于手机等电子产品里,根据不同的需求调节两面的粘力强度,且本发明因具有一定的延展性和良好的弹性,能够很好地保护手机里的零部件,在遇到外力冲击时能起到一定的缓冲作用,具有良好的应用前景。

一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶
技术领域
本发明属于双面胶领域,特别涉及一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,双面胶的类型也随之增加以便满足不同行业的需求。专业的双面胶的粘着技术不仅可解决所有粘结问题,其应用层面亦很广泛:不论是在金属粘合、粉末喷涂表面、玻璃、塑料或是纤维等各式素材的选择粘合,双面胶都可以满足行业的需求。双面胶可轻易地完成接合、密封、填补缝隙、减震、吸音、导电或是导热等设计目的。双面胶的模切制品主要应用于笔记本电脑、手机、服务器、复印机、传真机、汽车、LCD周边等领域的粘结。在工业生产中使用双面胶能有效地降低成本及提高制造过程效率。
但是,市售的双面胶都是两面粘性相同双面胶,双面胶基材基本采用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)材料,基材厚度一般小于0.2毫米,成品双面胶的几乎没有延展性和缓冲性能,不能很好地满足某些特定的环境下对于不同粘性的双面胶的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,该双面胶能够很好的应用于手机等电子产品里,根据不同的需求调节两面的粘力强度,且因具有一定的延展性和弹性,能够很好地保护手机里的零部件,在遇到外力冲击时能起到一定的缓冲作用,具有良好的应用前景。
本发明提供了一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述双面胶包括基材、缓冲材料、强粘力胶面和弱粘力胶面;缓冲材料平铺于基材的两面,在缓冲材料的另一面分别涂有强粘力胶面和弱粘力胶面。
所述基材为聚氨酯。
所述基材的厚度为0.3~1.0毫米。
所述缓冲材料为聚苯乙烯。
所述缓冲材料的厚度为0.1~0.5毫米。
所述强粘力胶面和弱粘力胶面均为丙烯酸胶。
本发明的优势在于:比如进行电子产品维修时,先进行弱面胶的剥离,待更换的维修产品放置合适位置后,再进行剥离强力胶的那面。同时,当本发明应用于电子产品里时,由于含有具有弹性的缓冲材料,可以给电子产品里的某些零部件的抗震缓冲作用。
有益效果
本发明能够很好的应用于手机等电子产品里,根据不同的需求调节两面的粘力强度,满足某些特定的环境下对于两面粘性不同的双面胶的需求;且本发明因具有一定的延展性和弹性,能够很好地保护手机里的零部件,在遇到外力冲击时能起到一定的缓冲作用,具有良好的应用前景。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,包括基材1、缓冲材料2、强粘力胶面3和弱粘力胶面4。缓冲材料2在基材1的两面,强粘力胶面3和弱粘力胶面4则分别平铺于缓冲材料2的两面,两种胶均为丙烯酸胶,只是粘力强度不一样。强粘力胶面3的剥离力为23N/25mm,弱粘力胶面的剥离力为12N/25mm。基材1为聚氨酯,厚度为0.5毫米,缓冲材料2为聚苯乙烯,厚度为0.2毫米,它使得双面胶具有延展性和弹性,伸长率为400±10%,拉伸强度为50MPa,撕裂强度为2.0MPa,从而在电子产品等内部具有一定的对遭受外力冲击时的缓冲作用。而且不同的粘力也赋予了该种双面胶更广的应用范围。

1.一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述双面胶包括基材(1)、缓冲材料(2)、强粘力胶面(3)和弱粘力胶面(4);缓冲材料(2)平铺于基材(1)的两面,在缓冲材料(2)的另一面分别涂有强粘力胶面(3)和弱粘力胶面(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述基材(1)为聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述基材(1)的厚度为0.3~1.0毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述缓冲材料(2)为聚苯乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述缓冲材料(2)的厚度为0.1~0.5毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有延展性和弹性的强弱双面胶,其特征在于:所述强粘力胶面(3)和弱粘力胶面(4)均为丙烯酸胶。
