Abstract

本发明公开了一种高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂及其制备方法,所述的聚丙烯酸酯树脂由下列重量百分比的成分组成:溶剂、烯属不饱和磷酸酯单体、丙烯酸及其酯类单体、引发剂、链转移剂。本发明提供一种具有阻燃自熄功能,且具有和橡胶一样的高弹性的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂;原料来源充足广泛,操作工艺简单,安全的并可满足高性能橡胶用防火涂料。

一种聚丙烯酸酯树脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种聚丙烯酸酯树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内外高铁风挡上广泛使用的涂料都不具有防火功能,或者采用普通树脂里面添加阻燃剂和其它助剂的方法来制备得到防火功能的涂料。这种涂料或不具备防火功能;或虽有防火功能,但由于橡胶风挡受拉伸而变形,使得涂料疲劳老化而发生脱落,无法保证对橡胶风挡持久的保护。
发明内容
为了克服现有高铁风挡涂料不阻燃;或虽有阻燃功能,但由于橡胶风挡受拉伸而变形,使得涂料疲劳老化而发生脱落,无法保证对橡胶风挡持久保护的缺陷,本发明提供一种具有阻燃自熄功能,且具有和橡胶一样的高弹性的阻燃型聚丙烯酸酯树脂;其原料来源充足广泛,操作工艺简单安全,并可满足高性能橡胶用防火涂料使用要求的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯阻燃树脂及其制备方法。
本发明涉及一种烯属不饱和含磷酸酯单体,在溶剂中与丙烯酸及其酯类单体经自由基聚合反应,将磷酸酯结构单元接枝于(甲基)丙烯酸酯聚合物侧链上制备而成的一种具有阻燃自熄功能的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂,其固含量为40±2%,羟值为100~120mg KOH/g,酸值为200mg KOH/g,布氏粘度为10000~40000CPS。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种聚丙烯酸酯树脂,所述的聚丙烯酸酯树脂由下列重量百分比的成分制备而成:
所述溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯中的一种或为两者的混合物;
所述的烯属不饱和磷酸酯单体为2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、2-羟基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯、烷基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯中的一种或两种以上的任意组合;
所述的丙烯酸及其酯类单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯或丙烯酸异冰片酯中的一种或两种以上的任意组合;
所述引发剂为二叔丁基过氧化物、过氧化二异丙苯、二叔戊基过氧化物、偶氮二异丁腈或过氧化二苯甲酰中的一种或两种以上的任意组合;
所述链转移剂为十二硫醇,叔十二硫醇中的一种或两者的任意组合。
所述的聚丙烯酸酯树脂由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
所述方法为:
(1)取属不饱和磷酸酯单体、丙烯酸及其酯类单体、链转移剂和引发剂在机械搅拌作用下搅拌均匀,形成单体混合液;
(2)将溶剂加热升温至130~150℃,滴加步骤(1)中所述的单体混合液,滴加完毕后继续搅拌反应2~3h,然后向反应液中补加引发剂,继续搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后,降温至40~60℃以下,加入三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐并搅拌均匀,然后过滤,即得所述高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂。
本发明中,以单体总重量计,所述烯属不饱和磷酸酯单体的加入量为20.0~30.0%。若加入量低于20%,则阻燃自熄性能将降低;加入量高于30%时,树脂的黏度很大甚至会产生凝胶。所述丙烯酸及其酯类单体羧酸单体含量为0.5%~2.0%,太高将影响耐水性,太低将影响附着力;且均会影响树脂的玻璃化转变温度。所述引发剂的加入量为0.2~0.5%。若加入量低于0.2%或高于0.50%时,都会影响单体的转化率和树脂的分子量及其分布。本发明采用溶液反应体系,反应温度为130~150℃,聚合产物的玻璃化转变温度为-40~-10℃,总计反应时间约4~6h。
本发明所述的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂,成膜后所成的膜致密,并在橡胶表面形成一层致密的保护膜,从而隔绝了水和氧气等对橡胶的加速老化作用。涂膜具有耐温变,内聚力小,附着力强,抗回粘,抗沾污,耐水性好,还有极好的耐侯性和抗龟裂性等特点。不采用有毒有害的卤素化合物,在发生火灾时不会释放出有毒的卤素化合物,不会因为有毒有害物质的排放造成人身的危害和环境的污染。本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明涂料树脂干膜具有耐温变、内聚力大、附着力强、抗回粘、抗沾污、耐水性好、极好的耐候性和抗龟裂性等;
2、本发明树脂制备的涂料有很好的耐候性、耐化学品性、耐沾污性、保光、保色性及耐紫外线性等,耐老化性能远远高于环氧树脂,可广泛应用于舰船、跨海大桥、工业防腐、高层建筑等要求极高的环境;
3、本发明的制备方法工艺简单、原料来源广泛,常压、低温操作、安全性好,且设备设资少。
具体实施方式
以下以具体实施例来说明本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
本说明书实施例所述的内容仅仅是对发明构思的实现形式的列举,本发明的保护范围不应当被视为仅限于实施例所陈述的具体形式,本发明的保护范围也及于本领域技术人员根据本发明构思所能够想到的等同技术手段。尽管以下本发明的实施方案进行了描述,但本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方案和应用领域,下述的具体实施方案仅仅是示意性的、指导性的,而不是限制性的。本领域的普通技术人员在本说明书的启示下和在不脱离本发明权利要求所保护的范围的情况下,还可以做出很多种的形式,这些均属于本发明保护之列。
实施例1
在带有冷凝管、滴加装置、搅拌器、温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入二甲苯270.0克,升温至130~150℃;然后开始滴加由二叔丁基过氧化物0.72克、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯135.2克,甲基丙烯酸甲酯95.3克,甲基丙烯酸5.07克,叔-12硫醇0.55克,甲基丙烯酸丁酯30.9克的单体混合液,2.5~3小时滴加完。于150℃继续反应1小时,补加二叔丁基过氧化物0.51克(溶于12.0克二甲苯中)溶液。1小时后降温至60℃,加入三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐30克,经过滤、取滤饼、干燥得到高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂。
实施例2
在带有冷凝管、滴加装置、搅拌器、温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入二甲苯276.0克,升温至130~150℃。然后开始滴加由过氧化二异丙苯0.90克、2-羟基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯132.0克,甲基丙烯酸甲酯75.9克,丙烯酸6.8克,3-巯基丙酸异辛酯0.58克,丙烯酸丁酯56.0克,甲基丙烯酸~β-羟乙酯6.0克单体混合液,2.5~3小时滴加完。补加过氧化二异丙苯0.65克(溶于12克二甲苯中)溶液,在1小时内滴加完毕,于130~150℃继续反应1小时。1小时后降温至60℃,加入三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐28克,经过滤得具有阻燃自熄功能的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂。
实施例3
在带有冷凝管、滴加装置、搅拌器、温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入二甲苯256.0克,升温至130~150℃。然后开始滴加过氧化二苯甲酰0.80克、2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯157.0克,甲基丙烯酸甲酯60.0克,甲基丙烯酸6.3克,丙烯酸丁酯70.2克,十二硫醇0.63克,甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯5.1克的单体混合液,2.5~3小时加完。于150℃继续反应1小时。补加叔丁基过氧化氢0.65克(溶于12克二甲苯中)溶液,1小时后降温至60℃,加入三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐34克。经过滤得具有阻燃自熄功能的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂。

Claims (1)

1.一种聚丙烯酸酯树脂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸酯树脂制备方法为:
(1)取过氧化二异丙苯0.90克、2-羟基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯132.0克、甲基丙烯酸甲酯75.9克、丙烯酸6.8克、3-巯基丙酸异辛酯0.58克、丙烯酸丁酯56.0克、甲基丙烯酸~β-羟乙酯6.0克在机械搅拌作用下搅拌均匀,形成单体混合液;
(2)在带有冷凝管、滴加装置、搅拌器、温度计的四口烧瓶中,加入二甲苯276.0克,升温至130~150℃,然后开始滴加步骤(1)中所述的单体混合液,2.5~3小时滴加完,补加过氧化二异丙苯的二甲苯溶液,所述的过氧化二异丙苯的二甲苯溶液是将0.65g过氧化二异丙苯溶于12g二甲苯中得到的;在1小时内滴加完毕,于130~150℃继续反应1小时,1小时后降温至60℃,加入三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐28克,经过滤得具有阻燃自熄功能的高弹性聚丙烯酸酯树脂。
