Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种卧式桨叶干燥机,其用于生产过程中因工艺需要被浸泡和混合(通常与溶剂)的干燥粉末混合物或颗粒物形式的浸泡物料的常规或真空干燥。一旦干燥完成,干燥机内部需清洗以除去成分和性质彼此不同的各类物质。本发明卧式桨叶干燥机的构造可实现干燥机简单而高效的清洗,无需额外在干燥机清洗阶段移除清洗头。本发明卧式桨叶干燥机滚筒(2)的内壁(1)具有特殊形状,其经顶部与所述内壁(1)相切的两个延伸的表面(1a,1b)而形成所述内壁(1)的一个水平终面(1c),由此在所述滚筒(2)的内壁(1)形成一个略凹的部分,伸缩式清洗头(3)被放置于该凹部,从而不会在干燥或清洗时妨碍带桨叶(5)转子的运转。
Description
技术领域
本发明的目的在于提供一种卧式桨叶干燥机,其用于生产过程中因工艺需要而被浸泡和混合(通常与溶剂)的干燥粉末混合物或颗粒物形式的浸泡物料的常规或真空干燥。一旦干燥完成,干燥机内部需清洗以除去成分和性质彼此不同的各类物质。本发明卧式桨叶干燥机构造可实现简单而高效的清洗,无需额外在干燥机的所有清洗阶段拆除和重新插入传统清洗头。本发明按国际专利分类被归类为F26B11/16。
背景技术
本发明成功解决了卧式桨叶干燥机的一个构造问题并提供了一种实施方式,具体为干燥机滚筒内壁顶部的结构,其实现了便捷而有效的清洗,而不需要在各个阶段清洗前安装清洗头以及在清洗后将其移除。
卧式桨叶干燥机用于真空干燥,其对于大多数药物,化学物料等来说为最有效的干燥方法,尤其是在工业过程中存在的因工艺需要被浸泡或混合(通常与溶剂)的干燥粉末混合物或颗粒物形式的食品物料。干燥也可在适当的真空度和温度下进行,其将导致含有待干燥物料的溶剂得以蒸发。卧式桨叶干燥机使内容物均匀混合,并改进了热交换因素,从而缩短了干燥时间。
卧式桨叶干燥机的结构包括一个大体呈长方形圆柱状的空心滚筒,该滚筒具有一个大的圆形横截面且一端由一个端盖密封。一个于不同位置设有桨叶的转子安装在滚筒内,所述桨叶可实现待干燥物料的充分混匀并使物料沿滚筒加热壁前移,此时干燥过程的主要目标得以实现——减少内容物的湿度。设置于卧式桨叶干燥机内的转子具有的形状特殊的桨叶在物料和干燥机壁之间建立了最佳热量交换。
对因工艺需求浸泡于溶剂或与溶剂混合的粉末或颗粒混合物进行干燥,移除处理后物料仍残留的物质,溶剂和其他混合物需要从卧式桨叶干燥机中清除。干燥机内部(内壁,边缘,转子桨叶)需被彻底清洗。比如当清洗药物残留物时,需按如下步骤执行清洗:
步骤:用饮用冷水清洗,用清洗剂清洗(一次或两次),用饮用冷水洗涤,用干净的纯净水洗涤,用热药物气流干燥。
在清洗现有卧式桨叶干燥机前,必须安装任何形状的清洗头,为达到此目的,可预见需在干燥机滚筒圆周安装法兰。清洗头在干燥机干燥过程中被移除,因为清洗头的设置将干扰带桨叶转子的自由转动,反之,在清洗阶段,即在转子非运转阶段,清洗头处于插入状态。清洗头伸入干燥机内部以至于带桨叶的转子无法在清洗时转动。清洗头因此被布置于滚筒顶部圆周,使得喷射液体在清洗过程中无法到达滚筒所有部位以及静止的桨叶转子。基于以上所述,由于干燥机需要单独准备每次清洗(安装清洗头),现有卧式桨叶干燥机的清洗方式十分耗时。即使安装了数个清洗头也无法达到所有部位——滚筒内表面(即未暴露的桨叶和滚筒表面)。
发明内容
本发明卧式桨叶干燥机通过采用一种特殊形状的滚筒,消除了现有卧式桨叶干燥机的弊端,该滚筒内壁并不呈正圆形状,而是内壁延伸为顶部两个与滚筒内壁相切的延伸表面,最终形成一个水平终面,如此在滚筒内部形成一个略凹的部分,伸缩式清洗头被放置在此处将不会妨碍桨叶转子的正常运转,因此本发明卧式桨叶干燥机在运转时不需要移除清洗头。

具体实施方式
如附图所示的本发明卧式桨叶干燥机具有一个长方形,大体呈圆柱状的滚筒2,滚筒2具有内壁1,其在如图1所示的顶部形状重塑。内壁1从圆形变成与内壁相切的两个延伸部分1a,1b,上述部分于内壁1顶端合并形成水平部1c。由此形成沿滚筒2内壁1整个长度的凹槽部。
带桨叶5的转子4安装于滚筒2内。由图1可明显看出,与滚筒2的内壁1紧密接触的桨叶4并未与放置的伸缩式清洗头3接触。
如此将在本发明干燥机内壁顶部形成一个空间,其允许伸缩式清洗头3永久插放在干燥机2内壁1的1a和1b部分,而不会干扰干燥机的运行。
由于伸缩式清洗头3在干燥阶段可永久性插放于一个封闭-紧固位置,使得干燥机运行不受干扰,由于无需在每个独立的清洗阶段插入和移除清洗头,滚筒2的内部清洗得以简化。除此之外,带有桨叶的转子可在清洗期间转动,使得卧式干燥机的清洗更加快速和有效。此外,在清洗过程中不存在清洗头清洗无法到达的表面。
Claims (1)
1.一种具有滚筒(2)的卧式桨叶干燥机,其内设有一个带桨叶(5)的转子(4),其特征在于:所述滚筒(2)的内壁(1)的一部分呈凹形;所述内壁(1)沿所述滚筒(2)整个长度延伸并经顶部两个与内壁(1)相切的延伸表面(1a,1b)形成所述内壁(1)的一个水平终面(1c),由此在所述滚筒(2)的内壁(1)形成一个略凹的部分,伸缩式清洗头(3)在干燥阶段和清洗阶段均位于所述滚筒(2)内;伸缩式清洗头(3)被设置于该略凹的部分从而不会妨碍带桨叶(5)的转子(4)的运转。
