Abstract

本发明公开一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,在浸渍用的胶粘剂调制时向浸渍胶中加入防胶粉保湿助剂,所述防胶粉保湿助剂内含有长直碳链脂肪酸铵盐或长直碳链脂肪酸酯或二者共同组成,所述长碳直链脂肪酸铵盐或长直碳链脂肪酸酯的长碳链脂肪酸中的碳原子个数为3个以上、且沸点高于100℃;该浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法在成品浸渍纸表面形成亲油性覆盖层,此覆盖层既可使得浸渍纸生产过程中减少胶粉产生和保证浸渍纸有一定挥发份达到减少板面缺陷作用,同时又能防止浸渍纸在存储期间相互发生粘连而失去使用价值。

一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法。
背景技术
木基饰面板和强化地板被普遍应用于办公和家庭装饰,生产这些装饰性板材的最重要原料是装饰浸渍纸。装饰浸渍纸生产是在浸渍生产线上,先将装饰原纸浸入胶粘剂,然后再130-140℃气流烘干箱中将浸入胶的装饰纸烘干到一定程度,并使纸中胶粘剂部分固化。对于生产的浸渍纸最基本的质量要求是在储存中,纸与纸间不能相互粘接,即纸中挥发份尽可能低。但挥发份低会导致浸渍纸面产生大量细颗粒的胶粉,其在气流吹动下对生产环境产生污染,也使得纸内实际施胶量下降。同时低的挥发份也导致纸中胶的预固化度过高,浸渍纸在与木质素板热压复合时,胶的流动性不够,导致板面产生质量问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种既保证浸渍纸有一定挥发份,使得浸渍纸少产生胶粉和减少板面缺陷,又能防止浸渍纸在存储期间相互发生粘连的浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法。
为了解决上述的问题本发明的采用的技术以及方法如下:
一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,在浸渍用胶粘剂调制过程中加入防胶尘保湿助剂,所述防胶尘保盐湿助剂内含有长链饱和或不饱和脂肪酸铵盐或酯,所述长链脂肪酸铵或长链脂肪酸酯的长碳链脂肪酸中的碳原子个数为3个以上、且沸点高于100℃。
进一步的,所述长链脂肪酸铵的铵离子来自于NH3、有机伯胺、仲胺、叔胺或醇铵。
进一步的,所述脂肪酸酯的酸根与长碳链脂肪酸铵盐中酸根相同,醇部分为单元醇或多元醇。
进一步的,所述防胶尘保湿助剂中的亲水性组分占整个助剂中重量比为20-100%、亲油性组分占整个助剂中重量比为0-80%。
进一步的,所述亲水性组分由长碳链脂肪酸铵。
进一步的,所述亲油性组分由一种或多种长碳链脂肪酸或酯构成。
在胶粘剂调制时向浸渍胶中加入含有长碳链(饱和或不饱和)脂肪酸铵盐组分的防胶粉保湿助剂,由于铵盐的亲水特征使得其能与浸渍胶(三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或脲醛树脂)均匀混合。随浸渍胶浸入浸渍纸中的长碳链(饱和或不饱和)脂肪酸铵盐在浸渍纸烘干阶段与胶中的甲醛发生反应生成长碳链脂肪酸。长碳链脂肪酸是憎水性,且比重小于胶粘剂的比重,在烘干过程中其和助剂中其它亲油性组分在胶层中向上浮动,最终漂浮于胶层表面,在浸渍纸表面形成一层亲油隔离层。由于长链脂肪酸和油性组分的沸点远高于干燥段温度
(140-160℃),油层属于不挥发物质,所以在浸渍纸生产过程和最终储存过程中,此油层以液体状态稳定存在于纸表面。
本发明的有益效果为:1.在浸渍线干燥段,浸渍胶中的防粉保湿助剂由于被加热水解或与甲醛反应,部分原亲水性物质转化成亲油性长碳链脂肪酸物质;2.产生油性物质因比重小于水和胶的特点,而自发上升至浸渍纸表面,其在纸上表面形成油性层,覆盖了浸渍胶和纸;3.在浸渍纸面形成亲油层,其作用有二,一是在纸与纸间起到隔离作用,防止浸渍纸在存储时发生相互粘连;二是作为保护层防止纸中挥发份在存在过程中挥发,起到保湿作用;4.此亲油层沸点高于干燥箱温度,可防止挥发,在浸渍纸面形成稳定的亲油隔离层。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,但它们并不是对本发明技术方案的限定,基于本发明教导所做出的任何变换,均落在本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1.浸渍纸防粉保湿助剂组成:油酸铵、油酸三乙醇胺、油酸二元醇铵、油酸乙醇胺任一一种,油酸甘油酯或油酸聚乙二醇等任一种;
2.助剂制备:50%油酸铵盐与50%油酸聚乙二醇混合,加热搅拌至均匀液体;
3.浸渍纸防粉保湿剂使用:在浸渍调制胶中加入防尘保湿助剂,加入量占浸渍胶重量的0.1-0.8%。
如何产生大量泡沫,可适当加入消泡剂,然后按常规生产工艺生产浸渍纸。
实施例2
1.浸渍纸防粉保湿助剂组成:油酸铵、油酸三乙醇胺、油酸二元醇铵、油酸乙醇胺任一一种;
2.助剂制备:50%油酸铵盐与50%油酸聚乙二醇混合,加热搅拌至均匀液体;
3.浸渍纸防粉保湿剂使用:在浸渍调制胶中加入防尘保湿助剂,加入量占浸渍胶重量的0.1-0.8%;
如何产生大量泡沫,可适当加入消泡剂。然后按常规生产工艺生产浸渍纸。
防胶粉保湿剂原理是,在浸渍过程中亲水性的长链脂肪酸铵盐与浸渍胶粘剂中甲醛发生反应而生成油性长链脂肪酸,从浸渍纸内部上浮到浸渍纸外表面形成亲油性隔离层。
本发明的有益效果为:1.在浸渍线干燥段,浸渍胶中的防粉保湿助剂由于被加热水解或与甲醛反应,部分原亲水性物质转化成亲油性长碳链脂肪酸物质;2.产生油性物质因比重小于水和胶的特点,而自发上升至浸渍纸表面,其在纸上表面形成油性层,覆盖了浸渍胶和纸;3.在浸渍纸面形成亲油层,其作用有二,一是在纸与纸间起到隔离作用,防止浸渍纸在存储时发生相互粘连;二是作为保护层防止纸中挥发份在存在过程中挥发,起到保湿作用;4.此亲油层沸点高于干燥箱温度,可防止挥发,在浸渍纸面形成稳定的亲油层。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (6)

1.一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,其特征在于:在调制胶粘剂时向浸渍胶中加入防胶粉保湿助剂,所述防胶粉保湿助剂内含有长直碳链脂肪酸铵盐或长直碳链脂肪酸酯或二者共同组成,所述长链脂肪酸铵或长链脂肪酸酯的长碳链脂肪酸中的碳原子个数为3个以上、且脂肪酸铵或酯的沸点高于100℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,其特征在于:所述长链脂肪酸铵的铵离子来自于NH3、有机伯胺、仲胺、叔胺或醇铵。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸酯的酸根与长碳链脂肪酸铵盐中酸根相同,脂肪酸部分可以是饱和也可为不饱和脂肪酸,如油酸等,醇部分为单元醇或多元醇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,其特征在于:所述防胶粉保湿助剂由亲水性组分和亲油性组分配制而成,其中的亲水性组分占整个助剂中重量比为20-100%、亲油性组分占整个助剂中重量比为0-80%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性组分由长碳链脂肪酸铵。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种浸渍纸防胶粉保湿方法,其特征在于:所述亲油性组分由一种或多种长碳链脂肪酸铵盐或酯构成。
