Abstract

本发明公开了一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,由以下组分按质量计算制备而成:酸性染料30‑40份、纳米材料5‑8份、扩散剂2‑5份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠6‑10份、元明粉3‑10份、无机盐6‑12份、润湿剂2‑4份、表面活性剂5‑12份、水160‑200份,冰醋酸调节pH至5‑6,且染色组合物的使用在高温高压的条件下进行,本发明制备的酸性染色组合物化学性质稳定,有效增加蚕丝纤维织物染色时的附着力,增加固色效果;织物染色色泽鲜艳,不掉色,且增加了其干湿色摩擦度,染色效果佳,均匀不易褪色。

蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及织物的染色剂,尤其涉及一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用。
背景技术
蚕丝是天然蛋白质纤维的一种,经练漂加工后的丝及其织物有肥亮而柔和的光泽,光滑而柔软的手感,洁白而轻盈的外观,可染印绚丽缤纷的颜色或花纹,自古以来,蚕丝就是高档的纺织原料。
而蚕丝纤维织物由于其光滑丝滑的特性,在染色的时候存在很多难题,现有的染整工艺以及分散染料的染色性能和色牢度都满足不了蚕丝纤维的要求,从而引发染色效果不均,容易出现色斑等问题。
一种能解决上述问题的适用于蚕丝纤维织物的染色组合物值得研究。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种染色效果均匀,不易褪色、性质稳定的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,以质量计算包括如下制备原料:酸性染料30-40份、纳米材料5-8份、扩散剂2-5份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠6-10份、元明粉3-10份、无机盐6-12份、润湿剂2-4份、表面活性剂5-12份、水160-200份,冰醋酸调节pH至5-6,染色组合物的使用在高温高压的条件下进行。
更为优选的,所述酸性染料为弱酸性染料。
更为优选的,所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒。
更为优选的,所述扩散剂为木质素磺酸钠与扩散剂NNO质量比为1:3的混合物。
更为优选的,所述无机盐为硅酸盐、碳酸盐、磷酸二氢盐中的一种或多种。
更为优选的,所述润湿剂为酰基甘油酯衍生物和多元醇类质量比为2:3的混合物。
更为优选的,所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
更为优选的,染色组合物的使用在100-110℃的高温下进行。
更为优选的,染色组合物的使用在0.4-0.5MPa的高压下进行。
有益效果:本发明所提供的一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,由以下组分按质量计算制备而成:酸性染料30-40份、纳米材料5-8份、扩散剂2-5份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠6-10份、元明粉3-10份、无机盐6-12份、润湿剂2-4份、表面活性剂5-12份、水160-200份,冰醋酸调节pH至5-6,且染色组合物的使用在高温高压的条件下进行,本发明制备的酸性染色组合物化学性质稳定,有效增加蚕丝纤维织物染色时的附着力,增加固色效果;织物染色色泽鲜艳,不掉色,且增加了其干湿色摩擦度,染色效果佳,均匀不易褪色。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,以质量计算包括如下制备原料:酸性染料30份、纳米材料5份、扩散剂2份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠6份、元明粉3份、无机盐6份、润湿剂2份、表面活性剂5份、水160份,冰醋酸调节pH至5。
其中,所述酸性染料为弱酸性染料;所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒;所述扩散剂为木质素磺酸钠与扩散剂NNO质量比为1:3的混合物;所述无机盐为硅酸盐;所述润湿剂为酰基甘油酯衍生物和多元醇类质量比为2:3的混合物;所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂;染色组合物的使用在100℃的高温下进行;染色组合物的使用在0.4MPa的高压下进行。
实施例2:
一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,以质量计算包括如下制备原料:酸性染料40份、纳米材料8份、扩散剂5份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠10份、元明粉10份、无机盐12份、润湿剂4份、表面活性剂12份、水200份,冰醋酸调节pH至6。
其中,所述酸性染料为弱酸性染料;所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒;所述扩散剂为木质素磺酸钠与扩散剂NNO质量比为1:3的混合物;所述无机盐为碳酸盐;所述润湿剂为酰基甘油酯衍生物和多元醇类质量比为2:3的混合物;所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂;染色组合物的使用在110℃的高温下进行;染色组合物的使用在0.5MPa的高压下进行。
实施例3:
一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,以质量计算包括如下制备原料:酸性染料35份、纳米材料6份、扩散剂4份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠8份、元明粉7份、无机盐9份、润湿剂3份、表面活性剂8份、水180份,冰醋酸调节pH至5.5。
其中,所述酸性染料为弱酸性染料;所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒;所述扩散剂为木质素磺酸钠与扩散剂NNO质量比为1:3的混合物;所述无机盐为磷酸二氢盐;所述润湿剂为酰基甘油酯衍生物和多元醇类质量比为2:3的混合物;所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂;染色组合物的使用在105℃的高温下进行;染色组合物的使用在0.45MPa的高压下进行。
使用上述实施例1-3的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物并应用到蚕丝纤维织物的染色中去,明显改善了染色中出现的各种问题,染整工艺良品率提高了20%,且染整后的织物色彩均匀,不串色,错色,着色效果好,美观大方,色泽鲜艳,不掉色,染色效果佳,均匀不易褪色,此外该染色组合物性质稳定,原料易得,成本低廉,经济价值显著。

Claims (9)

1.一种蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于以质量计算包括如下制备原料:酸性染料30-40份、纳米材料5-8份、扩散剂2-5份、三苯基膦三间磺酸钠6-10份、元明粉3-10份、无机盐6-12份、润湿剂2-4份、表面活性剂5-12份、水160-200份,冰醋酸调节pH至5-6,染色组合物的使用在高温高压的条件下进行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述酸性染料为弱酸性染料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述纳米材料为纳米氧化锡微粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述扩散剂为木质素磺酸钠与扩散剂NNO质量比为1:3的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述无机盐为硅酸盐、碳酸盐、磷酸二氢盐中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为酰基甘油酯衍生物和多元醇类质量比为2:3的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:染色组合物的使用在100-110℃的高温下进行。
9.根据权利要求1所述的蚕丝纤维织物的酸性染色组合物及其应用,其特征在于:染色组合物的使用在0.4-0.5MPa的高压下进行。
