本发明涉及一种色织布及其生产方法。
背景技术
现有的色织布在吸附性能、凉爽性能等方面存在缺陷,需要进一步加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优异的吸附和凉爽性能的高吸附凉爽保健型渐变色织青年布及其生产方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种高吸附凉爽保健型渐变色织青年布,包括经纱、纬纱,其特征是:经纱为玉石纤维与粘胶纤维的混纺纱,纱支数为40s,玉石粘胶纤维与粘胶纤维的质量比为50:50;纬纱为棉纤维与白炭纤维的混纺纱,纱支数为40s,棉纤维与白炭纤维的质量比为85:15。
一种高吸附凉爽保健型渐变色织青年布的生产方法,其特征是:包括络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综插筘及织造工艺;其中洛筒工艺的络筒速度为600~900m/min,络筒密度为0.5~0.55g/cm3
所述整经工艺的气压为0.52MPa,车速500~800m/min,卷绕密度0.40~0.50g/cm3
所述浆纱工艺中浆料配方为:PVA205MB 50kg,CMC 40kg,抗静电剂 2kg,甘油2kg,加水至800~1000L;
所述织造工艺的主喷压力为0.3MPa,辅喷压力为0.35MPa,上机压力2500N。
络筒工艺中的电子清纱设置:棉结+350%,长粗节:+100% +8cm,长细节:-45% -2cm,短粗节:+100% +2cm。
整经工艺中的配轴:631根*10轴+630根*2轴。
浆纱工艺的车速40~60m/min,上浆率12±0.5%,回潮率10%,伸长率<3%;预烘温度130℃,烘干温度105℃,第一上浆辊压力9KN,第二上浆辊压力17KN,浆液温度65℃。
织造工艺中开口时间为310°,主喷启闭时间为90°~140°,第一组辅喷时间为90°~130°,第二组辅喷时间为105°~150°,第三组辅喷时间为120°~160°,第四组辅喷时间为135°~170°,第五组辅喷时间为150°~190°,第六组辅喷时间为170°~220°,第七组辅喷时间为190°~250°,第八组辅喷时间为220°~300°。
穿综插筘时,色纱排列成颜色渐变形式。
本发明具有优异的吸附和凉爽性能;吸附臭氧约为1mg/m3,凉爽度>2℃,远红外法向反射率>8%,负离子浓度>2500个/cm3

生产方法包括络筒、整经、浆纱、穿综插筘及织造工艺;其中络筒工艺的络筒速度为600~900m/min,络筒密度为0.5~0.55g/cm3
