本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温水性涂料。
背景技术
古建筑具有极高的历史科学、艺术价值,如果被毁坏,就不可能再存在;而古建筑年代久远,不可避免的会受到自然或人为的破坏,因此,我们需要对古建筑进行修缮和维护。在对古建筑房间、门墙、内外檐榔、扶榔、地面、墙面的修缮过程中常会用到涂料。由于修缮过程繁杂,工期较长,所以修缮工作最好能一次完成,这就要求涂料具有良好的耐高温性、耐腐蚀性、粘结性、耐水性和机械性能,避免涂料变色或被破坏,而导致多次补修,但是目前用于古建筑修缮涂料的耐高温性和涂层硬度并不太高,因此,需要提供一种新的涂料。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐高温水性涂料,本发明耐高温性能好,涂层硬度高、韧性好。
本发明提出的一种耐高温水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液80-100份,颜料20-30份,填料15-20份,丙二醇丁醚2-4份,硬脂酸甘油酯1-3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,润湿剂0.1-0.3份,增稠剂0.3-0.5份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.8-1份,防霉剂0.1-0.2份,水15-20份,乙醇5-10份。

本发明的制备方法如下:将水、乙醇、改性聚氨酯乳液混匀,加入丙二醇丁醚混匀,加入硬脂酸甘油酯、润湿剂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、防霉剂混匀,加入颜料、填料混匀,用分散机分散,然后研磨得到浆料;向浆料中加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂、增稠剂混匀得到耐高温水性涂料。
本发明选用合适比例的4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000进行反应,控制聚氨酯中软段和硬段的含量使得聚氨酯保持合适的机械性能和粘度,并保持合适的水溶性;通过异氰酸酯基与环氧树脂上的羟基键合,接枝环氧树脂,大大增加聚氨酯的粘度、柔韧性、硬度和耐热性,并在保持聚氨酯水溶性的同时,增加聚氨酯的耐水性;然后通过异氰酸酯基与改性二氧化硅上的氨基键合,在聚氨酯上接枝二氧化硅,大大增加了聚氨酯的耐高温性能,接着加入扩链剂乙二胺,进一步扩链,并使得环氧树脂上的环氧键断开形成羟基,与剩余的异氰酸酯基键合,形成交联网络,从而进一步增加聚氨酯的韧性和硬度,环氧树脂和改性二氧化硅相互配合,大大增加本发明的耐高温性、韧性、硬度和耐水性;颜料能增加本发明的机械性能和装饰性,增加涂层附着力和耐腐蚀性能;填料选用低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅相互配合,进一步增加本发明的耐高温性和涂层的完整性、致密性和机械性能;丙二醇丁醚为成膜助剂,促进本发明成膜;硬脂酸甘油酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、消泡剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防霉剂相互配合,增加本发明的分散性、稳定性和耐霉变性;γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷增加本发明和被涂物的粘结性;各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的耐高温性和合适的粘度,涂层具有良好的硬度、韧性。

其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚乙二醇1000中,升温至80℃,保温搅拌40min,加入辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌4h,然后加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续保温搅拌2h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至45℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化,接着加入乙二胺,搅拌40min得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、水、乙二胺的重量比为30:25:5:50:0.1:1.5:1.8:80:1.1。

一种耐高温水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液85份,颜料28份,填料18份,丙二醇丁醚3.5份,硬脂酸甘油酯1.5份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.17份,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.12份,润湿剂0.25份,纤维素醚类增稠剂0.35份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.95份,防霉剂0.12份,水18份,乙醇7份;
其中,填料由低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅组成,其中,低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅的重量比为3:1;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚乙二醇1000中,升温至78℃,保温搅拌43min,加入辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌3.8h,然后加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续保温搅拌2.2h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至43℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化,接着加入乙二胺,搅拌43min得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、水、乙二胺的重量比为27:28:4.5:55:0.09:1.7:1.6:100:1。
实施例5
一种耐高温水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液95份,颜料22份,填料16份,丙二醇丁醚2.5份,硬脂酸甘油酯2.5份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.13份,聚硅氧烷类消泡剂0.18份,润湿剂0.15份,纤维素醚类增稠剂0.45份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.85份,防霉剂0.18份,水16份,乙醇9份;
其中,填料由低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅组成,其中,低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅的重量比为2.5:1.5;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚乙二醇1000中,升温至72℃,保温搅拌47min,加入辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌3.2h,然后加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅,继续保温搅拌2.8h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至37℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化,接着加入乙二胺,搅拌47min得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅、水、乙二胺的重量比为23:32:4:65:0.08:1.9:1.5:120:0.9。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液80-100份,颜料20-30份,填料15-20份,丙二醇丁醚2-4份,硬脂酸甘油酯1-3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.1-0.2份,润湿剂0.1-0.3份,增稠剂0.3-0.5份,γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.8-1份,防霉剂0.1-0.2份,水15-20份,乙醇5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,填料由低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,填料由低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅组成,其中,低熔点玻璃粉和纳米二氧化硅的重量比为2-3:1-2。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,消泡剂为聚硅氧烷类消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,增稠剂为纤维素醚类增稠剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚乙二醇1000中,升温,保温搅拌,加入辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌,然后加入改性二氧化硅,继续保温搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化,接着加入乙二胺,搅拌得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,取N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸依次加入聚乙二醇1000中,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌40-50min,加入辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂,继续保温搅拌3-4h,然后加入改性二氧化硅,继续保温搅拌2-3h得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至35-45℃,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化,接着加入乙二胺,搅拌40-50min得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,改性二氧化硅为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化硅。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述耐高温水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡、环氧树脂、改性二氧化硅、水、乙二胺的重量比为20-30:25-35:3.5-5:50-70:0.07-0.1:1.5-2.1:1.3-1.8:80-140:0.8-1.1。
