背景技术
古建筑具有极高的历史科学、艺术价值,如果被毁坏,就不可能再存在;而古建筑年代久远,不可避免的会受到自然或人为的破坏,因此,我们需要对古建筑进行修缮和维护。在对古建筑房间、门墙、内外檐榔、扶榔、地面、墙面的修缮过程中常会用到涂料。由于修缮过程繁杂,工期较长,所以修缮工作最好能一次完成,为避免雨水的长期侵蚀,而造成的后期多次修补,最好能使用耐水、环保的水性涂料,但是目前用于古建筑修缮的水性涂料的耐水性能和环保性能并不太高,因此,需要提供一种新的涂料。

本发明提出的一种耐水环保水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液90-110份,颜料15-20份,填料13-15份,十二碳醇酯2-4份,三硬脂酸甘油酯2-4份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,消泡剂0.03-0.05份,润湿剂wet265 0.1-0.3份,羟乙基纤维素0.4-0.6份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.8-1份,防霉剂0.2-0.4份,水10-15份。

本发明的制备方法如下:将水、改性聚氨酯乳液混匀,加入十二碳醇酯混匀,加入三硬脂酸甘油酯、润湿剂wet265、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、防霉剂混匀,加入颜料、填料混匀,用分散机分散,然后研磨得到浆料;向浆料中加入流平剂、消泡剂、羟乙基纤维素混匀得到耐水环保水性涂料。
本发明选用合适比例的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000进行反应,控制聚氨酯中软段和硬段的含量使得聚氨酯保持良好的机械性能和粘度;二氧化钛具有良好的硬度、耐腐蚀性、抗紫外线性能、除甲醛性能,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,大大增加了二氧化钛的分散性并在二氧化钛上接枝氨基,可以与异氰酸酯基键合,使聚氨酯扩链,从而大大增加聚氨酯的机械性能、耐腐蚀性、抗紫外线性能、除甲醛性能;接着加入桐油基二元醇,进一步扩链,在聚氨酯上接枝桐油基二元醇,增加聚氨酯的机械性能,桐油具有干燥快、光泽度好、附着力强、耐腐蚀性好,耐水性好等特性,可以大大增加本发明的耐水性、粘结性和耐腐蚀性;颜料能增加本发明的机械性能和装饰性,增加涂层附着力和耐腐蚀性能;填料选用硅藻土和负离子粉相互配合,进一步增加本发明的机械性能,并且与改性聚氨酯中的二氧化钛相互配合,吸附并分解有害气体,净化空气,进一步增加本发明的环保性能;十二碳醇酯为成膜助剂,增加本发明的成膜性;三硬脂酸甘油酯、流平剂、消泡剂、润湿剂wet265、羟乙基纤维素、防霉剂相互配合,增加本发明的分散性、稳定性;乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷增加本发明和被涂物的粘结性;各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的耐水性、环保性、粘结性、耐腐蚀性、抗紫外线性能和机械性能。

一种耐水环保水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液105份,颜料16份,填料14.5份,十二碳醇酯2.5份,三硬脂酸甘油酯3.5份,流平剂0.25份,消泡剂0.045份,润湿剂wet265 0.25份,羟乙基纤维素0.45份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.95份,防霉剂0.25份,水13份;
其中,填料由硅藻土和负离子粉组成,其中,硅藻土和负离子粉的重量比为5:0.7;
在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将桐油、丙三醇、甲醇钠混匀,升温至195℃,保温搅拌5.5h,加入氯化钠水溶液洗涤,静置分层,取上层溶液,调节温度至45℃,真空干燥7h,静置分层,取上层溶液得到桐油基二元醇;在氮气氛围中,将N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至65℃,保温搅拌40min,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛,继续保温搅拌4h,然后加入桐油基二元醇,继续保温搅拌75min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液,其中,桐油、丙三醇、甲醇钠的重量比为88:9:0.35,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛、桐油基二元醇、水的重量比为20:26:4:58:0.3:1.4:1.5:120。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液90-110份,颜料15-20份,填料13-15份,十二碳醇酯2-4份,三硬脂酸甘油酯2-4份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,消泡剂0.03-0.05份,润湿剂wet265 0.1-0.3份,羟乙基纤维素0.4-0.6份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.8-1份,防霉剂0.2-0.4份,水10-15份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将桐油、丙三醇、甲醇钠混匀,升温,保温搅拌,纯化得到桐油基二元醇;在氮气氛围中,将N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入改性二氧化钛,继续保温搅拌,然后加入桐油基二元醇,继续保温搅拌得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,填料由硅藻土和负离子粉组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,填料由硅藻土和负离子粉组成,其中,硅藻土和负离子粉的重量比为4-6:0.5-1。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液95-105份,颜料16-18份,填料13.5-14.5份,十二碳醇酯2.5-3.5份,三硬脂酸甘油酯2.5-3.5份,流平剂0.25-0.35份,消泡剂0.035-0.045份,润湿剂wet265 0.15-0.25份,羟乙基纤维素0.45-0.55份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.85-0.95份,防霉剂0.25-0.35份,水11-13份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将桐油、丙三醇、甲醇钠混匀,升温至190-200℃,保温搅拌5-6h,加入氯化钠水溶液洗涤,静置分层,取上层溶液,调节温度至40-50℃,真空干燥6-8h,静置分层,取上层溶液得到桐油基二元醇;在氮气氛围中,将N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡混匀,升温至60-70℃,保温搅拌30-50min,加入改性二氧化钛,继续保温搅拌3-5h,然后加入桐油基二元醇,继续保温搅拌60-90min得到聚氨酯预聚体溶液;降温至室温,向聚氨酯预聚体溶液中加入三乙胺中和后,加水剪切乳化得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
6.根据权利要求1所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,桐油、丙三醇、甲醇钠的重量比为86-90:8.5-9.5:0.3-0.4。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,改性二氧化钛为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性二氧化钛。
8.根据权利要求1或6所述耐水环保水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液的制备过程中,N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸、聚乙二醇1000、辛酸亚锡、改性二氧化钛、桐油基二元醇、水的重量比为15-25:22-30:3.4-4.6:50-65:0.2-0.4:1.2-1.6:1.3-1.8:110-130。
