本发明涉及防水涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料。
背景技术
随着国民经济的快速发展,建筑工程领域的日新月异也对一些传统领域带来新的挑战,防水涂料就是其中之一。防水涂料涂覆在建筑物表面,能够有效阻挡水的侵蚀,因此广受推崇。防水涂料也有其弊端,特别是其强度不高、耐候性不佳,涂覆后易遭到破坏,影响防水效果。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,强度高、附着力好,具备优异的防水性能。
本发明提出的一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:高强度疏水聚氨酯50-55份,短油度醇酸树脂26-29份,三聚磷酸钾7-10份,硬脂酸锌3-5份,木质素磺酸钙0.5-0.8份,膨润土5-8份,轻质碳酸钙3-6份,滑石粉2-5份,乙酸丁酯4-6份,环己酮1-3份,消泡剂0.1-0.4份,流平剂0.2-0.5份,分散剂0.3-0.6份。
优选地,高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、将苯酚、甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度,接着滴加氨水,继续升温,保温后,滴加蓖麻油,继续升温,保温后,减压蒸馏后,降温,接着加入乙二醇,保温得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、将蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度,抽真空,接着升高温度,保温后,继续升高温度,熟化得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
优选地,高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、将苯酚、质量分数为30-35wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至50-55℃,接着滴加质量分数为为30-35wt%的氨水,滴加时间为20-25min,继续升温至62-65℃,保温15-18min后,滴加蓖麻油,滴加时间为30-35min,继续升温至75-78℃,保温10-12h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至45-48℃,接着加入乙二醇,保温40-50min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、将蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至80-83℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至90-95℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至100-105℃,熟化2-3h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
优选地,高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将80-85份苯酚、78-82份质量分数为30-35wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至50-55℃,接着滴加24-26份质量分数为为30-35wt%的氨水,滴加时间为20-25min,继续升温至62-65℃,保温15-18min后,滴加18-22份蓖麻油,滴加时间为30-35min,继续升温至75-78℃,保温10-12h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至45-48℃,接着加入35-40份乙二醇,保温40-50min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、按重量份将62-65份蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、20-30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、30-35份一缩二丙二醇、0.2-0.4份三羟甲基乙烷、0.05-0.1份二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至80-83℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至90-95℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至100-105℃,熟化2-3h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
优选地,高强度疏水聚氨酯和短油度醇酸树脂的重量比为52-53:27-28。
优选地,三聚磷酸钾、硬脂酸锌、木质素磺酸钙、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉的重量比为8-9:3.5-4.5:0.6-0.7:6-7:4-5:3-4。
本发明高强度疏水聚氨酯中,在酚醛树脂制取过程添加蓖麻油,能够将蓖麻油中的不饱和键引入到酚醛树脂分子结构中,并交联成立体网状结构,从而大幅提高本发明的强度和涂刷性能,同时提高本发明的致密性,从而增强疏水性能,达到防水效果;而蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体能够在小分子扩链剂一缩二丙二醇、交联剂三羟甲基乙烷、催化剂二月桂酸二丁锡作用下,快速交联形成强度高、韧性好、防水性能优异的高强度疏水聚氨酯;本发明在制备过程中,使用高强度疏水聚氨酯、短油度醇酸树脂作为成膜物质,能够充分交联互补,形成疏水性能极佳的涂膜,从而大大提高本发明的防水性能;添加的三聚磷酸钾和硬脂酸锌能够分散在本发明的网状结构中,增强本发明的防火性能和强度;而木质素磺酸钙具有良好的润湿与分散性,可以提高防水涂料的施工性能,改善涂膜的柔韧性;膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉的添加,大幅改善了本发明的稠度和防触变性,它们在本发明中均匀分布,延长了本发明的使用寿命和保存时间,使本发明在固化后具有高强度、高韧性和优异的防水性能。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:高强度疏水聚氨酯55份,短油度醇酸树脂26份,三聚磷酸钾10份,硬脂酸锌3份,木质素磺酸钙0.8份,膨润土5份,轻质碳酸钙6份,滑石粉2份,乙酸丁酯6份,环己酮1份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂0.2份,分散剂0.6份。
高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将80份苯酚、82份质量分数为30wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至55℃,接着滴加24份质量分数为为35wt%的氨水,滴加时间为20min,继续升温至65℃,保温15min后,滴加22份蓖麻油,滴加时间为30min,继续升温至78℃,保温10h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至48℃,接着加入35份乙二醇,保温50min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、按重量份将62份蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、30份一缩二丙二醇、0.4份三羟甲基乙烷、0.05份二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至83℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至90℃,保温2h后,继续升高温度至100℃,熟化3h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:高强度疏水聚氨酯50份,短油度醇酸树脂29份,三聚磷酸钾7份,硬脂酸锌5份,木质素磺酸钙0.5份,膨润土8份,轻质碳酸钙3份,滑石粉5份,乙酸丁酯4份,环己酮3份,消泡剂0.1份,流平剂0.5份,分散剂0.3份。
高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将85份苯酚、78份质量分数为35wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至50℃,接着滴加26份质量分数为为30wt%的氨水,滴加时间为25min,继续升温至62℃,保温18min后,滴加18份蓖麻油,滴加时间为35min,继续升温至75℃,保温12h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至45℃,接着加入40份乙二醇,保温40min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、按重量份将65份蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、20份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、35份一缩二丙二醇、0.2份三羟甲基乙烷、0.1份二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至80℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至95℃,保温1h后,继续升高温度至105℃,熟化2h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:高强度疏水聚氨酯53份,短油度醇酸树脂27份,三聚磷酸钾9份,硬脂酸锌3.5份,木质素磺酸钙0.7份,膨润土6份,轻质碳酸钙5份,滑石粉3份,乙酸丁酯5份,环己酮1.5份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.3份,分散剂0.5份。
高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将82份苯酚、81份质量分数为32wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至53℃,接着滴加24份质量分数为为33wt%的氨水,滴加时间为22min,继续升温至64℃,保温16min后,滴加20份蓖麻油,滴加时间为31min,继续升温至77℃,保温10.5h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至47℃,接着加入36份乙二醇,保温46min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、按重量份将63份蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、26份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、31份一缩二丙二醇、0.3份三羟甲基乙烷、0.06份二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至82℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至93℃,保温2h后,继续升高温度至102℃,熟化3h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其原料按重量份包括:高强度疏水聚氨酯52份,短油度醇酸树脂28份,三聚磷酸钾8份,硬脂酸锌4.5份,木质素磺酸钙0.6份,膨润土7份,轻质碳酸钙4份,滑石粉4份,乙酸丁酯4.5份,环己酮2份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂0.4份,分散剂0.4份。
高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将83份苯酚、79份质量分数为34wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至51℃,接着滴加25份质量分数为为31wt%的氨水,滴加时间为24min,继续升温至63℃,保温17min后,滴加19份蓖麻油,滴加时间为33min,继续升温至76℃,保温11h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至46℃,接着加入38份乙二醇,保温43min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、按重量份将64份蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、24份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、33份一缩二丙二醇、0.2份三羟甲基乙烷、0.08份二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至81℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至94℃,保温1.5h后,继续升高温度至103℃,熟化2.5h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。

S2、将蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度,抽真空,接着升高温度,保温后,继续升高温度,熟化得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、将苯酚、质量分数为30-35wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至50-55℃,接着滴加质量分数为为30-35wt%的氨水,滴加时间为20-25min,继续升温至62-65℃,保温15-18min后,滴加蓖麻油,滴加时间为30-35min,继续升温至75-78℃,保温10-12h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至45-48℃,接着加入乙二醇,保温40-50min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、将蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、一缩二丙二醇、三羟甲基乙烷、二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至80-83℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至90-95℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至100-105℃,熟化2-3h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,高强度疏水聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将80-85份苯酚、78-82份质量分数为30-35wt%的甲醛水溶液混合均匀后,升高温度至50-55℃,接着滴加24-26份质量分数为为30-35wt%的氨水,滴加时间为20-25min,继续升温至62-65℃,保温15-18min后,滴加18-22份蓖麻油,滴加时间为30-35min,继续升温至75-78℃,保温10-12h后,减压蒸馏后,降温至45-48℃,接着加入35-40份乙二醇,保温40-50min得到蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂;
S2、按重量份将62-65份蓖麻油改性酚醛树脂、20-30份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯三聚体、30-35份一缩二丙二醇、0.2-0.4份三羟甲基乙烷、0.05-0.1份二月桂酸二丁锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至80-83℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至90-95℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至100-105℃,熟化2-3h得到高强度疏水聚氨酯。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,高强度疏水聚氨酯和短油度醇酸树脂的重量比为52-53:27-28。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述高强度聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,三聚磷酸钾、硬脂酸锌、木质素磺酸钙、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉的重量比为8-9:3.5-4.5:0.6-0.7:6-7:4-5:3-4。
