本发明选用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷与硅藻土反应得到物料A,增加了硅藻土和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯的相容性,使二者均匀分散,并且在硅藻土表面引入氨基,含有氨基的硅藻土与2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯反应在硅藻土表面引入异氰酸基团得到物料B,进一步增加硅藻土和端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸的相容性,物料B与端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、二羟甲基丙酸在偶氮二异丁腈的作用下发生聚合形成含有硅藻土和端羟基聚丁二烯的聚氨酯预聚体,硅藻土具有良好的抗冲击、抗撕裂耐磨等机械性能,耐高温性能和吸附甲醛的性能,端羟基聚丁二烯具有良好的耐低温性能和耐水解性能,但是因其无刚性基团,机械性能较低,硅藻土和端羟基聚丁二烯相互配合,可以大大增加本发明的耐高低温性能、吸附甲醛的性能,并且能补充端羟基聚丁二烯机械性能低的不足,大大增加本发明的机械性能;聚氨酯预聚体和丙烯酸羟乙酯的聚合,使得在聚氨酯预聚体中引入碳碳双键,含碳碳双键的聚氨酯预聚体与甲基丙烯酸丁酯在过氧化苯甲酰的作用下,发生缩合反应,从而在聚氨酯预聚体中引入丙烯酸树脂得到含有硅藻土、端羟基聚丁二烯和丙烯酸树脂的改性聚氨酯乳液,硅藻土、端羟基聚丁二烯和丙烯酸树脂相互配合,从而大大增加了本发明耐高低温性能、机械性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性和吸附甲醛的性能,净化空气;蒙脱土、高岭土相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的机械性能和耐高温性能,降低本发明的成本;聚乙二醇400、十二烷基硫酸铵、Tego Foamex843、Tego Foamex 1488、乳化剂OP-10、润湿剂Wet500、润湿剂H-140、流平剂相互作用,可以促进各物质均匀分散,增加本发明的稳定性和机械性能;防霉剂可以增加本发明杀菌防腐防霉性能;丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为成膜助剂,增加本发明的成膜性;聚丙烯酰胺、羧甲基纤维素钠为增稠剂,上述各物质相互配合,可以增加本发明的耐高低温性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性、机械性能和吸附甲醛的性能,净化空气。

一种耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液120份,水5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯6份,蒙脱土10份,高岭土15份,聚乙二醇400 1份,十二烷基硫酸铵4份,Tego Foamex 843 0.06份,Tego Foamex1488 0.05份,乳化剂OP-10 0.03份,润湿剂Wet500 0.3份,润湿剂H-140 0.3份,流平剂0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.2份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.3份,防霉剂0.04份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取400目硅藻土,升温至90℃,保温2h后,冷却至室温,加入质量分数为0.1wt%的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至95℃,以700r/min的速度保温搅拌4h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至250目得到物料A,其中,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液中,乙醇和水的体积比为95:5,陶土、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液的重量比为1:100;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至70℃,回流24h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至200目得到物料B,其中,物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为6:50:4.7:0.2;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温至80℃,保温搅拌4h,调节温度至70℃,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌3h,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌90min,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C,其中,物料B、端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙酮、水的重量比为3.1:50:33:0.6:4.6:6.6:5:0.5:50:80;用三乙胺调节溶液C的pH=6.5得到改性聚氨酯乳液。

一种耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液105份,水8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4.5份,蒙脱土18份,高岭土12份,聚乙二醇400 2.5份,十二烷基硫酸铵2.5份,Tego Foamex 843 0.075份,TegoFoamex 1488 0.035份,乳化剂OP-10 0.045份,润湿剂Wet500 0.15份,润湿剂H-140 0.45份,流平剂0.25份,聚丙烯酰胺0.35份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.15份,防霉剂0.055份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取300目硅藻土,升温至105℃,保温1.3h后,冷却至室温,加入质量分数为0.18wt%的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至88℃,以850r/min的速度保温搅拌2.5h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至300目得到物料A,其中,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液中,乙醇和水的体积比为88:12,陶土、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液的重量比为1:85;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至77℃,回流21h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至250目得到物料B,其中,物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为5.2:57:4:0.35;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温至72℃,保温搅拌4.7h,调节温度至62℃,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌3.7h,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌75min,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C,其中,物料B、端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙酮、水的重量比为3.4:48.5:34.5:0.45:5.1:6:5.4:0.35:65:72;用三乙胺调节溶液C的pH=7.3得到改性聚氨酯乳液。

一种耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液115份,水6份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5.5份,蒙脱土12份,高岭土14份,聚乙二醇400 1.5份,十二烷基硫酸铵3.5份,Tego Foamex 843 0.065份,TegoFoamex 1488 0.045份,乳化剂OP-10 0.035份,润湿剂Wet500 0.25份,润湿剂H-140 0.35份,流平剂0.35份,聚丙烯酰胺0.25份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.25份,防霉剂0.045份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取400目硅藻土,升温至95℃,保温1.7h后,冷却至室温,加入质量分数为0.12wt%的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至92℃,以750r/min的速度保温搅拌3.5h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至250目得到物料A,其中,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液中,乙醇和水的体积比为92:8,陶土、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液的重量比为1:95;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至73℃,回流23h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至200目得到物料B,其中,物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为5.8:53:4.5:0.25;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温至78℃,保温搅拌4.3h,调节温度至68℃,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌3.3h,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌85min,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C,其中,物料B、端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙酮、水的重量比为3.2:49.5:33.5:0.55:4.8:6.4:5.2:0.45:55:78;用三乙胺调节溶液C的pH=6.7得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
实施例5
一种耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液110份,水7份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5份,蒙脱土15份,高岭土13份,聚乙二醇400 2份,十二烷基硫酸铵3份,Tego Foamex 843 0.07份,Tego Foamex1488 0.04份,乳化剂OP-10 0.04份,润湿剂Wet500 0.2份,润湿剂H-140 0.4份,流平剂0.3份,聚丙烯酰胺0.3份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份,防霉剂0.05份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取400目硅藻土,升温至100℃,保温1.5h后,冷却至室温,加入质量分数为0.15wt%的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至90℃,以800r/min的速度保温搅拌3h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至300目得到物料A,其中,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液中,乙醇和水的体积比为90:10,陶土、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液的重量比为1:90;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至75℃,回流22h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至250目得到物料B,其中,物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为5.5:55:4.3:0.3;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温至75℃,保温搅拌4.5h,调节温度至65℃,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌3.5h,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌80min,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C,其中,物料B、端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙酮、水的重量比为3.3:49:34:0.5:5:6.2:5.3:0.4:60:75;用三乙胺调节溶液C的pH=7得到改性聚氨酯乳液。

1.一种耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液100-120份,水5-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4-6份,蒙脱土10-20份,高岭土10-15份,聚乙二醇400 1-3份,十二烷基硫酸铵2-4份,Tego Foamex 843 0.06-0.08份,Tego Foamex 1488 0.03-0.05份,乳化剂OP-100.03-0.05份,润湿剂Wet500 0.1-0.3份,润湿剂H-140 0.3-0.5份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.2-0.4份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.1-0.3份,防霉剂0.04-0.06份;
其中,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取硅藻土,升温,保温,冷却至室温,加入3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温,保温搅拌,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎得到物料A;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温,回流,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎得到物料B;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温,保温搅拌,调节温度,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C;调节溶液C的pH得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液105-115份,水6-8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4.5-5.5份,蒙脱土12-18份,高岭土12-14份,聚乙二醇400 1.5-2.5份,十二烷基硫酸铵2.5-3.5份,Tego Foamex 843 0.065-0.075份,Tego Foamex1488 0.035-0.045份,乳化剂OP-10 0.035-0.045份,润湿剂Wet500 0.15-0.25份,润湿剂H-140 0.35-0.45份,流平剂0.25-0.35份,聚丙烯酰胺0.25-0.35份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.15-0.25份,防霉剂0.045-0.055份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性聚氨酯乳液110份,水7份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5份,蒙脱土15份,高岭土13份,聚乙二醇400 2份,十二烷基硫酸铵3份,Tego Foamex 843 0.07份,Tego Foamex 1488 0.04份,乳化剂OP-10 0.04份,润湿剂Wet500 0.2份,润湿剂H-140 0.4份,流平剂0.3份,聚丙烯酰胺0.3份,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2份,防霉剂0.05份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取硅藻土,升温至90-110℃,保温1-2h后,冷却至室温,加入3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至85-95℃,保温搅拌2-4h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎得到物料A;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至70-80℃,回流20-24h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎得到物料B;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌4-5h,调节温度至60-70℃,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌3-4h,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌70-90min,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C;调节溶液C的pH=6.5-7.5得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,取300-400目硅藻土,升温至90-110℃,保温1-2h后,冷却至室温,加入质量分数为0.1-0.2wt%的3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至85-95℃,以700-900r/min的速度保温搅拌2-4h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至250-300目得到物料A;取物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈,超声分散均匀,通入氮气,升温至70-80℃,回流20-24h,离心,洗涤,干燥粉碎至200-250目得到物料B;将物料B加入端羟基聚丁二烯中,超声分散均匀,加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌4-5h,调节温度至60-70℃,加入丙烯酸羟乙酯,保温搅拌3-4h,加入甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰,保温搅拌70-90min,冷却至室温,加入丙酮、水混匀得到溶液C;用三乙胺调节溶液C的pH=6.5-7.5得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,物料A中,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液中,乙醇和水的体积比为85-95:5-15。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,物料A中,陶土、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷乙醇水溶液的重量比为1:80-100。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,物料B中,物料A、丙酮、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈的重量比为5-6:50-60:3.8-4.7:0.2-0.4。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述耐高低温环保水性聚氨酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性聚氨酯乳液制备过程中,溶液C中,物料B、端羟基聚丁二烯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、偶氮二异丁腈、二羟甲基丙酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、过氧化苯甲酰、丙酮、水的重量比为3.1-3.5:48-50:33-35:0.4-0.6:4.6-5.3:5.8-6.6:5-5.6:0.3-0.5:50-70:70-80。
