具体实施方式
在以下详细描述中并且在附图的若干图中，用相同的附图标记标识相同的元件。图可以不是按比例的，并且出于图示的目的，相关特征尺寸可以被放大。
根据一方面，具有锁扣的盖结构被构造用于与具有不一致加工尺寸公差的不同材料的容器器皿(例如，塑料、金属、玻璃和陶瓷器皿)密封使用。塑料器皿典型地能够比诸如玻璃和陶瓷的其它材料的器皿加工成具有更紧的公差。例如，玻璃或陶瓷器皿可以具有平的周向密封表面，其平坦度具有一定尺寸公差。塑料或金属器皿能够被加工成具有更紧的公差，使得类似的平的周向密封表面能够预期以比玻璃或陶瓷器皿更好的密封效果密封盖。具有用在多种器皿类型上的能力的盖(即，通用盖)提供显著的优点。例如，盖可以与器皿分离地出售给消费者，允许使用者购买单独出售的器皿以与盖一起使用。这提供给消费者选择最好地满足他或她的要求的器皿且同时仍能够使用相同的盖的能力。另一优点是必须由经销商保持库存的盖的类型的数量减少，因为相同的盖能够与多种类型的器皿一起使用。生产成本可以降低，因为生产规模增大。
根据另一方面，盖构造设置有将多个盖叠置在一起并且相邻的盖干涉配合的能力，用于保持盖叠置就位。
另一方面是一种盖和器皿，其被构造成提供将器皿叠置在盖的顶部上的能力，其中盖特征部与器皿的基底干涉配合。
器皿-盖组合的一种示例性实施方式包括：具有由周边边缘环绕的开口顶部的玻璃、陶瓷、金属或塑料器皿；由塑料材料制造的盖；以及与盖成一体以形成整体结构的密封结构。盖被构造成借助于与盖成一体的锁扣或锁扣组附接到开口顶部，并且密封结构被构造成在盖附接到器皿时在盖和器皿的周边边缘之间提供基本气密的密封。在一种示例性实施方式中，器皿是由适用于烘烤或烤炉加热应 用的玻璃制造的容器。在另一种实施方式中，器皿是由诸如聚丙烯的塑料材料制造的。一般意义上，器皿可以是具有适当的锁定唇以接合盖锁扣的任何容器，包括塑料、陶瓷、金属、玻璃或其它容器。在一种示例性实施方式中，盖被构造成用在由不相似材料制造且具有不同加工公差的不同器皿上。
图1A-7B图示器皿和盖系统50的一种示例性实施方式，其包括器皿60和具有一体的密封结构和锁扣80的盖70。在一种实施方式中，器皿60是玻璃容器，其可以适用于在烘烤炉内加热或烘烤食物。在该实施方式中，器皿60由能够承受烤炉温度和冷却应力的材料制成。其它类型的玻璃、金属、陶瓷或塑料器皿能够被构造成与盖70一起使用，使得器皿形成有密封边缘和锁扣接合唇，如以下更充分的描述。
图2B和2C的剖视图进一步详细地图示示例性器皿60的结构。器皿60是整体结构，具有由底部部分62A、侧壁部分62B和周边边沿部分64限定的开口顶部区域60A。密封边缘部分62C由侧壁部分在开口顶部区域处或邻近开口顶部区域限定。在该例子中，侧壁部分62B从底部区域向外成角度，相对于底部部分限定13.5度的角度。这种特定的角度布置仅是一个例子，器皿的侧壁和底部部分的其它构造可以替代地被采用。边沿部分64包括大致平的顶部边缘部分64A和锁扣接合唇部分64B。
使用适宜在盖的相对侧上通过活动铰链连接到盖的锁扣80，盖70附接到器皿60并且锁扣就位以遮盖开口器皿顶部。锁扣具有锁扣钩特征部82A，当盖置于器皿上并且锁扣围绕铰链转动到例如图1A和2B中所示的锁扣位置时，锁扣钩特征部82A接合器皿的锁扣接合唇部分64B。随着盖锁扣就位，下面更充分讨论的密封结构90接合器皿上的密封表面(顶部边缘部分64A)。
在一种示例性实施方式中，盖70通过利用双射模制技术的注射模制制造，其中，第一射结构由第一塑料材料制造，并且接着盖结构在第二射中完成，其中，第二塑料材料被包覆模制到第一射结构 的一部分以形成密封结构90。第二塑料材料由于模制工艺被结合到第一射材料的表面。图3A-3D图示盖70的第一射结构70-1的一种示例性实施方式。在一种示例性实施方式中，主要的第一射盖结构由诸如聚丙烯的聚合物或类似的结构刚性聚合物材料形成。图3D还图示处于向下锁扣状态的锁扣80相对于盖外裙部凹陷，使得锁扣和铰链不从盖裙部向外伸出，由此提供一些保护防止锁扣损坏。
图4和5A-5C单独图示第二射结构(密封结构90)的一种示例性实施方式。用在第二射中的一种示例性包覆模制材料是热塑性弹性(TPE)材料。通过利用包覆模制的第二射工艺以此方式制造密封结构，获得若干优点，包括相对于单独的、可移除的密封件较低的成本、清洁度(通过避免可移除的密封件和盖结构之间的空间)、以及由于密封结构永久地附接到第一射结构而易于使用。
图6A-6D图示处于完成形式(即，在包覆模制工艺完成以将第二塑料材料形成到第一射结构并且限定密封结构90之后)的盖70的一种示例性实施方式。在一种示例性实施方式中，第一射盖结构限定了在通过梁腹部分72-4连接的周边向下延伸的裙部部分72-3和内周边壁结构72-2之间的周边通道72-1。在该实施方式中，密封结构90的第二射材料被模制到裙部部分的内部侧壁72-3A(图3B)上和梁腹部分上。在一种示例性实施方式中，第二射材料不填充通道，但在其它实施方式中，如果特定应用需要，第二射材料可以填充较大部分或整个通道。
在该实施方式中，密封结构90包括若干部分。主体部分90C附接到裙部的内壁上和梁腹部分上。另一密封部分是伸出的弹簧部分90B。另一密封部分是压缩部分90A。为了与玻璃器皿一起使用，特征在于密封结构被构造成吸收密封区域或玻璃器皿表面中的较大的平坦度变化。密封结构的弹簧部分90B被构造成容易挠曲以吸收器皿密封表面的变化，同时压缩部分90A在裙部部分下面延伸足够的距离以响应于锁扣闭合压缩并且提供充足的锁扣固位力以保持盖锁扣在闭合位置。弹簧部分的挠曲在图2B和2C中以具有盖70的玻璃 器皿60的情况图示。图9B和9C图示具有盖70的塑料器皿。
在一种示例性实施方式中，弹簧密封部分90B是朝着盖的内部部分向内成角度的指状突出部。在其它实施方式中，弹簧密封部分可以远离盖内部向外成角度。可以采用用于弹簧部分的其它适当的构造，诸如从压缩部分向下延伸的肋，或肘形截面构造。针对一种实施方式的弹簧部分的示例性尺寸是0.04至0.05英寸量级的高度尺寸和0.025至0.040英寸的厚度。用于压缩部分的示例性尺寸根据围绕周边的位置是大约0.10英寸的厚度和从大约0.085至0.15英寸变化的高度。针对一种示例性实施方式，用于密封结构的一种示例性总高度尺寸是0.35英寸。
图8A-10B图示另一种器皿和盖系统50-1，其中，盖70与塑料器皿60-1结合使用。器皿60-1是整体结构，具有由底部部分60-1-2A、侧壁部分60-1-2B和周边边沿部分60-1-4限定的开口顶部区域60-1-1A。在该例子中，侧壁部分60-1-2B从底部区域向外成角度，相对于底部部分限定8度的角度，其典型地针对不同器皿尺寸和构造可变。这种特定的角度布置仅是一个例子，器皿的侧壁和底部部分的其它构造可以替代地被采用。边沿部分60-1-4包括大致平的顶部边缘部分60-1-4A和锁扣接合唇部分60-1-4B。
盖锁扣和密封结构与器皿60-1以类似于上述针对玻璃器皿60的方式相互作用。塑料器皿的平的顶部边缘部分60-1-4A可以比玻璃器皿的相应密封表面更平。
盖和器皿组合的另一特征是提供了盖接收特征部，其能够捕获处于叠置布置的器皿的基底，而不利用器皿基底上的特殊特征部。在图7A和7B中针对玻璃器皿60图示叠置，并且在图10A-10B中针对塑料器皿60-1图示叠置。
盖70的接收特征部例如在图3A-3C中图示。内壁72-2和连接到内壁的盖梁腹部分72-5限定凹陷或接收区域76。接收区域具有深度D3。内壁72-2的顶部边缘72-2A限定封闭的大致矩形周边P(图3A)。但是，在盖角部中间的区域中的周边P由长度尺寸D1和宽 度尺寸D2限定，该长度尺寸D1和宽度尺寸D2比在盖的角部处测量的相同长度尺寸稍小。内壁72-2在中间区域处可以是竖直的或者向内倾斜。尺寸D1和D2是结合诸如60和60-1的器皿的基底的尺寸选择的。在玻璃或陶瓷器皿的情况中，盖设计有足够的间距以允许玻璃器皿(诸如器皿60)进入并落座在接收部中而不干涉。在诸如器皿60-1的塑料器皿的情况中，盖设计成当器皿放置在接收部76上方并且被向下压入接收部中时在周边P和器皿的侧壁之间形成干涉配合。在塑料器皿的情况中，器皿基底和盖壁可以充分挠曲以允许器皿基底落座在接收部76中。
这种盖-器皿叠置可以被采用以叠置两个或更多个器皿-盖系统，同时确保防止上部系统相对于下部系统侧向运动。此外，这能够在不需要器皿的基底中的特殊特征部的情况下实现。邻近基底的器皿壁在与盖干涉的区域内可以是竖直的或接近竖直的，并且在干涉区域的上方相对于竖直的角度增大。
盖70的实施方式的另一特征是在邻近的盖之间干涉配合以将盖锁定在一起的多个盖的盖嵌套的能力。图11A-11C图示叠置在一起的两个盖70。盖70的在盖角部中的外裙部72-3具有台阶或肩部72-3A，使得在肩部下面的下部部分72-3B能够配合在另一盖70的外裙部上方并且靠在叠置中的下部盖的肩部72-3A上。图3C和6C示出角部区域中的盖裙部的结构。裙部尺寸被选择成使得在裙部部分72-3B的内部壁表面和嵌套的盖70的肩部上方的裙部的外壁表面之间存在干涉配合，以在各个盖之间提供摩擦接合。在一种示例性实施方式中，干涉尺寸可以在0.010英寸的量级，但对于其它实施方式和应用，干涉尺寸可以不同。干涉可以确保盖在嵌套构造，由此加强盖的存储和运输。
尽管在这之前已经针对矩形构造描述了盖和器皿的示例性实施方式，特征和方面可以被其它构造利用。例如，图12A-12C图示了设计用以配合具有圆形印迹构造的器皿的两个嵌套的盖。
盖70被设计用于以一系列尺寸公差密封附接到器皿。如上所述 的器皿边沿包括例如64(图2E)的大致平的顶部边沿表面。顶部边沿表面可以被设计有向下倾斜的外边缘部分64A2。内边缘部分64A1优选是平的。因此，远离盖的中心运动，存在表面64A的向下斜度。该向下斜度适应盖到器皿的一些未对准，并且还针对锁扣力适应一些器皿公差。锁扣力通过当锁扣闭合时密封件压缩的量来确定。如果盖上的锁扣铰链的位置相对于器皿边沿向外运动，这将趋于增加从铰链到器皿锁扣表面的距离，并由此增加锁扣力。但是，边沿的外部上的边沿表面的斜度允许盖向下运动，使得从铰链到器皿锁扣表面的距离保持相同，或者至少减小该距离的增加。斜度或曲率由此趋于减小由于器皿尺寸公差导致的锁扣力的变化。
在另一种实施方式中，在器皿的边沿处的密封表面可以被设计有从密封表面的中心向下朝向盖的中心的轻微斜面以及在远离盖中心的方向上向下的轻微斜面。不论盖周边作为未对准或加工公差的结果是向内或是向外移位，该实施方式能够实现减小锁扣力的变化的相同益处。图13和13A针对具有顶部边沿60-1-4’和密封表面60-1-4’的塑料器皿60-1’图示了该特征。这里，密封表面的中点是表面相对于器皿基底的最高点，并且密封表面在自中点的任一方向上向下倾斜。

Claims (5)

1.一种盖和器皿组合，盖包括盖接收部，能够捕获处于叠置布置的器皿的基底，而不利用器皿基底上的特殊特征部，其中器皿的侧壁部分在邻近器皿的底壁部分的干涉区域处基本上竖直，并且其中接收部由内壁和盖梁腹部分限定，并且其中内壁的顶部边缘限定闭合的周边，所选择的区域中的所述周边由结合器皿的基底的相应尺寸选择的尺寸限定，以当器皿布置在接收部上方并且下压到接收部中时在周边和器皿的侧壁部分的所述干涉区域之间形成干涉配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合，其中，器皿由塑料材料制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合，其中，器皿的在干涉区域上方的侧壁部分相对于竖直限定角度。
4.一种用于附接到具有由周边边缘部分环绕的开口顶部的器皿的盖，盖由塑料材料制造并且能够用于多个类似的盖的嵌套，邻近的盖和相应的周边边缘部分之间形成干涉配合以将盖以叠置布置的形式锁定在一起；并且其中盖包括：
具有周边外裙部部分的盖部分；
与盖部分成一体的一组锁扣，其中所述一组锁扣中的每个锁扣通过活动铰链连接到盖的周边边缘部分并且具有锁扣钩特征部，当盖布置在器皿上并且锁扣围绕铰链旋转到锁扣位置时，锁扣钩特征部接合器皿的锁扣接合唇部分；以及
周边外裙部部分包括定位在锁扣中的邻近锁扣之间的裙部部分，所述裙部部分每个限定肩部和在肩部下面的下裙部部分，肩部和下裙部部分能够使得叠置布置的上部盖的下裙部部分能够配合在上部盖的外裙部部分上方以靠在叠置布置的下部盖的肩部上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的盖，其中，外裙部的尺寸使得在上部盖的下裙部部分的内部壁表面和下部盖的肩部上方的外壁表面之间提供干涉配合。
