[0017] 1、本发明实现了三级缓冲,其中吸能泡沫发生变形,同时最顶部密度最小的缓冲 吸能块发生变形,此为一级缓冲吸能;变形发生到一定程度时,弹性吸能片的外侧发生溃缩 变形,同时密度次之的缓冲吸能块发生变形,此为二级缓冲;进一步发生变形时,弹性吸能 片的内侧接触防撞梁开始发生溃缩变形,同时密度最大的缓冲吸能块发生变形,此为三级 缓冲,通过三级缓冲能够释放较大的冲击力,降低对行人的伤害,也可以降低对车内人员的 伤害。
[0018] 2、采用B形弧度空心防撞梁在保证一定的强度和刚度要求时,也能够实现车辆的 轻量化,而且选定合适的弧度设计,还可以有效地保证一定的溃缩行程和力量分散,实现缓 冲和吸能,提高对车身的保护,同时降低对车内人员的伤害。

[0029]如图1和图2所示,一种多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,包括保险杠壳体1、与车 身连接的防撞梁7,还包括设置在所述保险杠壳体1与防撞梁7之间的多级缓冲吸能装置,所 述的多级缓冲吸能装置包括填充设置在保险杠壳体1和防撞梁7两端之间的第一缓冲吸能 组件和排列设置于保险杠壳体1、防撞梁7、第一缓冲吸能组件之间的若干第二缓冲吸能组 件,所述的第一缓冲吸能组件主要由三块材料为泡沫铝的缓冲吸能块依次叠加而成,包括 第一缓冲吸能块4、第二缓冲吸能块5、第三缓冲吸能块6;所述的第二缓冲吸能组件包括吸 能泡沫2、嵌入贴合在吸能泡沫2底部的弹性吸能片3,所述的弹性吸能片3为横截面为M形的 蜂窝铝板,见图4,其顶面与吸能泡沫2相贴合,底面安装在防撞梁7上,所述的吸能泡沫2为 聚氨酯泡沫。
[0030]具体而言,第一缓冲吸能块4与保险杠壳体1相接触,第三缓冲吸能块6与防撞梁7 相接触,第二缓冲吸能块5位于两者之间,依次叠加的第一缓冲吸能块4、第二缓冲吸能块5、 第三缓冲吸能块6的密度和尺寸逐渐递减。

[0034]针对本实施例提供的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,当汽车与行人发生碰撞 时,汽车的保险杠外壳1首先会受到撞击,此时塑料保险外壳发生变形,保险杠壳体1和B形 弧度空心结构的防撞梁7之间的聚氨酯材料的吸能泡沫2发生变形,如果冲击力较大的时 候,由于M形缓冲物顶端处的泡沫的厚度较低,发生一定的溃缩变形时,泡沫2会在M形弹性 吸能片3的顶端发生断裂,从而产生一定的缓冲距离,如图5所示。与此同时密度较小的第一 缓冲吸能块4由于内部孔隙较大,会发生较大变形,同时第二缓冲吸能块5、第三缓冲吸能块 6也发生小变形,在发生变形或吸能泡沫2发生断裂的过程中给行人带来一定的缓冲,减小 了对行人的伤害,同时实现碰撞能量的吸收,此时实现了第一次缓冲吸能。
[0035]随着吸能泡沫2和第一缓冲吸能块4的变形量增大,M形弹性吸能片3的外侧受力发 生溃缩变形,同时M形弹性吸能片3两侧的泡沫开始接触,相互挤压实现力量的分散,同时变 形吸能。此时第二缓冲吸能块5也受力发生变形,第三缓冲吸能块6发生小变形,两部分的溃 缩变形,进一步给行人带来一定的缓冲,实现碰撞能量的吸收,实现第二次的缓冲吸能。 [0036]伴随着变形量的进一步增大,当M形蜂窝铝板3的外侧变形量到达一定程度之后,M ^弾怔吸阮斤3的内测开始与防撞梁7接触,进一步发生溃缩变形,同时第三缓冲吸能块6也 受力发生较大的溃缩变形,此时实现第三次的缓冲吸能。
[0037]在这过程中,如果行人与保险杠壳体1之间的接触面积较小,无论是哪一个泡沫最 开始发生溃缩变形或者断裂,由于每个泡沫之间存在A形间隙,相邻的泡沫之间会发生接 触,能够将产生的力传递到其他位置,实现力量的分散,同时最大限度的利用聚氨酯材料的 吸能泡沫2的变形进行缓冲吸能。
[0038]在整个过程中,由于防撞梁7通过吸能盒8与车身连接,吸能盒8也会发生溃缩变 形,同时进行缓冲吸能,进一步地对行人起到了保护作用。
[0039]横截面为B形的弧形空心结构的防撞梁7既能够保证一定的强度和刚度要求,也能 够实现车辆的轻量化,而且选定合适的弧度设计,在发生碰撞,受到较大冲击时,可以有效 地保证一定的溃缩行程和力量分散,实现缓冲和吸能。提高对车身的保护,同时降低对车内 人员的伤害。
[0040]本实施例提供的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,实现了三级缓冲吸能,通过三 级缓冲能够有效的释放较大的冲击力,吸收一定的碰撞能量,来在降低对行人伤害的同时, 也降低了对车上乘客的伤害,该装置结构简单,安装方便,价格便宜,无需对汽车进行较大 幅度的改装,对普通车辆都适用。

1.多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,包括保险杠壳体(1)、与车身连接的防撞梁(7),其 特征在于:还包括设置在所述保险杠壳体(1)与防撞梁(7)之间的多级缓冲吸能装置, 所述的多级缓冲吸能装置包括填充设置在保险杠壳体(1)和防撞梁(7)两端之间的第 一缓冲吸能组件和排列设置于保险杠壳体(1)、防撞梁(7)、第一缓冲吸能组件之间的若千 第二缓冲吸能组件,所述的第一缓冲吸能组件主要由若干缓冲吸能块依次叠加而成;所述 的第二缓冲吸能组件包括吸能泡沫(2)、嵌入贴合在吸能泡沫(2)底部的弹性吸能片(3)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:依次叠加的 各个缓冲吸能块的密度和尺寸沿远离防撞梁(7)方向逐渐递减。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:所述的缓冲 吸能块的材料为泡沫铝。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性 吸能片(3)为横截面为M形的蜂窝铝板,其顶面与吸能泡沫(2)相贴合,底面安装在防撞梁 ⑺上。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:所述的吸能 泡沫(2)为聚氨酯泡沫。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:相邻的吸能 泡沫(2)之间设置有A形间隙。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:所述的防撞 梁(7)为横截面为B形的弧形空心防撞梁。
8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于: 所述的防撞梁(7)两端通过吸能盒(8)与车身连接。
9. 根据权利要求1或2中所述的多级缓冲吸能式汽车保险杠装置,其特征在于:所述的 第一缓冲吸能组件包括三块依次叠加的缓冲吸能块。
