技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及自动清扫技术,更具体地,涉及一种煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置及清扫方法。背景技术
[0002] 在我国,煤炭被广泛应用在火力发电、钢铁和化工等行业中,煤炭的各种参数直接影响到用煤行业的生产成本、生产效率、生产安全以及环境问题。其中,煤灰分是一个反映煤炭质量的重要指标,它是指煤炭在一定温度下完全燃烧后所得到的残留物占原始煤炭的质量百分比。电厂等用煤企业为了更加合理、经济地使用煤炭,提高煤炭的利用效能,非常关注煤灰分的实时变化情况。
[0003] 为了实现煤灰分的快速检测,申请人研发了一种含有测量腔的煤灰分检测仪,测量腔的具体结构如图1所示,测量腔能在竖直方向移动,且其顶部和底部设有开口,顶部开口用于进样,底部开口用于测试完成后弃样的排放,其中底部开口有一活动门,活动门在进样和测试时处于关闭状态,使测量腔具有容纳测试煤样的作用,测量完毕后,再通过开启活动门,让测试完成后的弃样依靠重力排放到回收装置中。
[0004] 注意到,煤炭作为一种由多种物质组成的混合物,具有包括粘附性在内的很多特性。一些粘附性强的煤炭在进行煤灰分检测的过程中,可能会有小部分残留在腔壁上,如果长时间不进行清理就会让腔壁上的残留样越积越多,而且还会因为干燥和氧化而结成一种很难清理的物质,进而造成煤灰分检测仪每次测量时都会将这些很难清理的物质一并归入到残留物中,从而影响到测量结果的准确性。此外,这些很难清理的物质增大了测量腔内壁与煤样之间的摩擦力,使测试完成后的弃样不能正常排出,导致测量腔堵塞,最终导致设备瘫痪。综上所述,及时对测量腔内壁进行清理是一种十分重要的工作。
[0005] 但是目前,对测量腔的清理工作通常是依靠人工来完成。在进行清理前,为了确保人员安全,整个清理过程都需要断开电源。操作时,工作人员开启测量腔底部活动门,将刷子深入测量腔,清扫测量腔四周的腔壁,清理完成后再关闭活动门,接通电源,回到工作状〇
[0006] 为了保证煤灰分检测仪的正常运行,使用者会根据测试煤样的粘性不同,调整清理周期,对于粘附性较强的煤样,可能会出现一天内要清理多次的情况。综上,人工清扫测量腔内壁是相当枯燥的,如果一天需要多次清理腔壁,不但浪费人力,而且违背了煤灰分自动检测的初衷,同时还会影响到正常的生产进程。发明内容
[0007] 针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置及清扫方法。
[0008] 根据本发明一方面提供了一种煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置,包括固定基座、设置在固定基座上的移动支架以及位于移动支架下端的清扫工具;所述固定基座沿水平方向设置有移动滑道,所述移动支架包括水平滑块、竖直伸缩杆和支架驱动电机,所述水平滑块一侧可滑动嵌设在移动滑道内,所述竖直伸缩杆的一端与水平滑块的底部固定连接,另一端与清扫工具的顶部固定连接,所述支架驱动电机分别与水平滑块和竖直伸缩杆连接。
[0009] 在上述技术方案中,所述自动清扫装置还包括控制模块,所述控制模块与支架驱动电机连接。
[0010] 在上述技术方案中,所述自动清扫装置还包括清扫转动电机,所述清扫转动电机安装在竖直伸缩杆下端,两端分别与控制模块和清扫工具连接。[〇〇11] 在上述技术方案中,所述清扫工具为腔体结构,包括均匀设置在腔体周围的清扫毛刷,腔体周围的清扫毛刷的间隙均匀设置有高压出气管和吸尘孔,所述腔体上端设置有高压进气管和负压气管,所述高压出气管从腔体内串联后与高压进气管连接。
[0012] 在上述技术方案中,所述清扫工具还包括粉尘浓度检测仪,所述粉尘浓度检测仪的一端从清扫工具的腔体上端伸入,另一端与控制模块连接。
[0013] 在上述技术方案中,所述高压出气管的数量大于4根,所述吸尘孔的数量大于8个。 [〇〇14] 在上述技术方案中,所述高压进气管和负压气管伸出腔体上端的部分分别设有高压气阀和负压气阀,所述高压气阀和负压气阀(48)分别与控制模块连接。[〇〇15] 根据本发明另一方面提供了一种利用上述自动清扫装置来清扫煤灰分检测仪测量腔的方法,包括:

[0017] 步骤2,通过支架驱动电机驱动水平滑块和竖直伸缩杆,将清扫工具伸入测量腔中;[〇〇18] 步骤3,通过支架驱动电机驱动竖直伸缩杆,带动清扫工具在测量腔内做上下往复运动,清扫测量腔内壁;
[0019] 步骤4,通过支架驱动电机驱动水平滑块和竖直伸缩杆,将清扫工具移出测量腔, 返回初始位置。
[0020] 进一步的,在所述步骤⑶中,清扫工具在测量腔内做上下往复运动清扫测量腔内壁的同时,由清扫转动电机驱动做旋转运动。
[0021] 更进一步的,在所述步骤(3)中,测量腔内壁清扫的同时还包括高压气吹扫、负压吸尘和粉尘浓度检测,清扫过程的结束由控制模块根据粉尘浓度检测的结果来控制。[0〇22]本发明的优点:[〇〇23] (1)本发明由于采用支架驱动电机带动清洁工具做上下往复运动,清扫测量腔内壁,较现有的人工手动操作操作速度快,手工清扫需花费10-15分钟,而本自动清扫装置可充分利用检测仪的测量间隙时间,有效的节约了清扫时间,缩短了连续测量的交接时间,保证了正常的生产进程,同时能有效避免手动清扫测量腔内壁劳动强度过大、难度高的问题;
[0024] (2)本发明通过清扫转动电机带动清扫工具在做上下往复运动的同时作旋转运动,可彻底清扫残余在测量腔内壁的残留弃样,有效地杜绝了残余弃样残留在测量腔内壁从而堵塞测量腔的现象,同时,能有效提高测量结果的准确性;
[0025] (3)本发明通过将清扫工具设置为带高压吹气、负压吸尘和粉尘浓度检测仪的腔体结构,能有效增强其清扫效率,且能实时监控清扫效果,清扫干净程度及清扫过程的终止易于判断,应用前景广阔。附图说明

[0035]如图2所示,本发明实施例一所提供的一种煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置, 包括固定基座2,固定基座2上设置有移动支架3,移动支架3包括水平滑块31、竖直伸缩杆32 和支架驱动电机33,固定基座2沿水平方向设置有移动滑道21,移动支架3的水平滑块31 — 侧可滑动嵌设在移动滑道21内,竖直伸缩杆32的一端与水平滑块31的底部固定连接,另一端与清扫工具4的顶部固定连接,支架驱动电机33分别与水平滑块31和竖直伸缩杆32连接, 支架驱动电机33与控制模块5连接并受其控制。[〇〇36] 本实施例所提供的煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置在清扫测量腔内壁时的工作流程图如图3所示,当控制模块接收到清理命令后,检测测量腔是否处于排样状态;当测量腔是处于排样状态时,控制模块发出命令通过支架驱动电机驱动水平滑块和竖直伸缩杆,将清扫工具伸入测量腔中,否则,当测量腔不处于排样状态时,退出清扫;当清扫工具伸入测量腔中后,控制模块发出命令通过支架驱动电机驱动竖直伸缩杆做上下往复运动,从而,带动清扫工具做上下往复运动,清扫测量腔内壁的残留弃样,直到清扫结束;最后由控制模块发出命令通过支架驱动电机驱动水平滑块和竖直伸缩杆,将清扫工具退出到测量腔外侧,并移动到初始位置,整个清扫测量腔内壁结束。[0〇37] 实施例二[〇〇38]图4为本发明实施例二所提供的一种煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置的结构示意图,本实施例中的自动清扫装置与实施例一中的自动清扫装置结构类似,不同地方在于,本实施例的自动清扫装置还包括安装在竖直伸缩杆32下端的清扫转动电机6,清扫转动电机6的两端分别与控制模块5和清扫工具4连接。[〇〇39] 本实施例所提供的煤灰分检测仪测量腔的自动清扫装置在清扫测量腔内壁时的工作流程与实施例一类似,不同的地方在于,当清扫工具伸入测量腔中后,控制模块发出命令通过支架驱动电机驱动竖直伸缩杆做上下往复运动的同时,控制模块控制清扫转动电机做旋转运动,从而,带动清扫工具同时做上下往复运动和旋转运动,清扫测量腔内壁的残留弃样。[〇〇4〇] 实施例三
