Abstract

本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种利用表面改性纳米粒子改变锂基润滑脂抵抗弹性变形能力的方法。通过加入表面改性纳米粒子的方法改变以聚α‑烯烃为基础油,以12‑羟基硬脂酸锂为稠化剂的锂基润滑脂的弹性形变能力,以便提高其泵送能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种利用表面改性纳米粒子改进锂基润滑脂抵抗弹性变形能力的方法。
背景技术
润滑是降低摩擦、减少磨损的主要手段。集中润滑是指从一个润滑油供给源通过一些分配器分送管道和油量计量件,按照一定的时间把需要的润滑油、脂准确的供往多个润滑点的系统。
锂基润滑脂作为常用的润滑材料之一,其主要成分为基础油和稠化剂,其具有极为复杂的流变性能,表现出强烈的非牛顿流体性质。润滑脂在管道供给过程中具有一定的阻力,同时由于其复杂的流变特性对供脂量的计量产生一定影响。
润滑脂在低剪切速率下主要呈现弹性特征,弹性模量较高。通过加入添加剂改变其弹性模量,可有效降低润滑脂于输送过程中的阻力,并起到更精确供脂的作用。
为改变润滑脂的黏度特性,便于在泵送过程提高泵送能力,常见的方法是选择低黏度的基础油,此类方法的缺点是导致由于使用低黏度基础油导致润滑性能下降,限制了高黏度的润滑油的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改变以聚α-烯烃为基础油,以12-羟基硬脂酸锂为稠化剂的锂基润滑脂的弹性形变能力,在不降低黏度的情况下,选择可有效改变此类润滑材料流变性能的添加剂,提供一种锂基润滑脂弹性形变能力的改进方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种锂基润滑脂弹性变形能力的改进方法,按重量百分数计,将1-5%表面改性纳米粒子在冷却至一定温度下,加入锂基润滑脂中,研磨均质,获得改性锂基润滑脂。
在上述方法中,所述表面改性纳米粒子为亲水α氧化铝、亲油α氧化铝一种或多种混合。
在上述方法中,所述亲水α氧化铝的粒径范围在10nm-30nm,与水接触角小于25°,25℃。
在上述方法中,所述亲油α氧化铝的粒径范围在10nm-30nm,与水接触角大于90°,25℃。
在上述方法中,所述温度为90℃-120℃。
在上述方法中,所述的锂基润滑脂由基础油和皂基稠化剂组成,基础油为聚α-烯烃,运动粘度范围为40cst-50cst(40℃),皂基稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在锂基润滑脂中加入表面改性纳米粒子添加剂,改变润滑脂弹性模量,从而改变锂基润滑脂弹性变形能力,便于在泵送过程提高泵送能力。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
本发明采用以下各种实验方法来对锂基润滑脂的弹性变形能力进行评价,其中锥入度的测试方法采用标准为GB/T269-91。
【比较例1】
按照表1中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的基础油聚α-烯烃、稠化剂12-羟基硬脂酸锂等,加热搅拌至220℃,恒温加热60分钟,停止加热,搅拌冷却至室温,用三辊机研磨三次。润滑脂中各组分的种类及用量,具体见表1。比较例1振幅扫描弹性模量结果见图1。

【实施例1】
按照表2中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的基础油聚α-烯烃、稠化剂12-羟基硬脂酸锂等,加热搅拌至220℃,恒温加热60分钟,停止加热室温冷却至120℃,加入1份亲水纳米氧化铝,其粒径为10nm-30nm,搅拌冷却至室温,用三辊机研磨三次。润滑脂中各组分的种类及用量,具体见表2。对实施例1振幅扫描弹性模量结果见图2。

【实施例2】
按照表3中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的基础油、稠化剂等,加热搅拌至220℃,恒温加热60分钟,停止加热室温冷却至90℃,加入1份亲油纳米氧化铝,其粒径为10nm-30nm,搅拌冷却至室温,用三辊机研磨三次。润滑脂中各组分的种类及用量,具体见表3。对实施例2振幅扫描弹性模量结果见图3。

【实施例3】
按照表4中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的基础油、稠化剂等,加热搅拌至220℃,恒温加热60分钟,停止加热室温冷却至90℃,加入5份亲水纳米氧化铝,其粒径为10nm-30nm,搅拌冷却至室温,用三辊机研磨三次。润滑脂中各组分的种类及用量,具体见表4。对实施例4振幅扫描弹性模量结果见图4。

Claims (6)

1.一种锂基润滑脂弹性变形能力的改进方法,其特征在于,按重量百分数计,将1-5%表面改性纳米粒子在冷却至一定温度下,加入锂基润滑脂中,研磨均质,获得改性锂基润滑脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进方法,其特征在于,所述表面改性纳米粒子为亲水α氧化铝、亲油α氧化铝一种或多种混合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改进方法,其特征在于,所述亲水α氧化铝的粒径范围在10nm-30nm,与水接触角小于25°,25℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的改进方法,其特征在于,所述亲油α氧化铝的粒径范围在10nm-30nm,与水接触角大于90°,25℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改进方法,其特征在于,所述温度为90℃-120℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改进方法,其特征在于,所述的锂基润滑脂由基础油和皂基稠化剂组成,基础油为聚α-烯烃,皂基稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂。
