技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于刹车材料制备方法,更具体地说,涉及一种铜包铁(Fe-20wt%Cu)基刹 车材料的制备方法。
背景技术
[0002] 常用的烧结金属基刹车材料包含铜基和铁基两种类型。1970年以后,铜基和铁基 刹车材料的研究主要集中在材料组分对其性能改善的影响方面,但是无论用哪一种材料组 分对铜基和铁基刹车材料的性能进行改善,都无法摆脱铜基刹车材料成本高,铁基刹车材 料导热性差和制动不稳定的缺点。为了解决以上两种烧结金属刹车材料的缺陷,充分利用 铜基和铁基刹车材料的优势,开发和研制铜铁基刹车材料已经成为刹车材料领域的研究热 点。近年来,樊毅等人研究了铜铁基刹车材料的制备及材料组元(Si0 2、SiC和Fe等)对铜铁 基刹车材料性能和抗冲击性能影响,研究结果表明材料的合适成分及含量可以提高铜铁基 刹车材料性能;杨明研究了 Al和Zr对铜包铁基体刹车材料的组织和性能的影响,发现A1、 Zr对铜铁合金刹车材料综合性能具有一定的影响。文献资料显示铜铁基烧结金属刹车材料 具有良好的力学和摩擦学性能,一方面,铜铁基烧结金属刹车材料拥有铜基和铁基刹车材 料的优良性能,可以保证良好的导热性与稳定的摩擦系数,另一方面,它成本低廉且应用范 围更为广泛,具有很好的发展前景。但是,铜铁基烧结金属刹车材料的性能也存在缺陷,主 要是由于基体成分为铜粉和铁分混合而成,在烧结过程中,两种粉末的相容性差比单一的 铜基和铁基差,导致孔隙率大,使材料的强度有所降低,难以满足现代交通工具的高速、重 载工矿而带来对刹车制动部件的性能要求。
发明内容

9. 根据权利要求1所述铜包铁(Fe-20wt%Cu)基刹车材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所 述制备工艺步骤如下: 第一步钢背加工 将45号钢加工成尺寸为直径为100mm,厚度为10mm,表面粗糙度为Ra32的钢背1 ; 第二步称量粉末 实验所用的粉末全部选择粒径为200目,质量配比为:65%铜包铁粉、8%A1粉、9% Ni 粉、9%MoS2粉和片状石墨粉,MoS2和石墨比例为2:3、9%Mn粉和Cr粉,Mn和Cr比例为3:2 ; 第三步混料 将混合粉末在混料机中混合4h,搅拌速度400r/min ; 第四步压制 将混料在1050MPa压力下压成直径为100mm、厚度为10mm的坯料; 第五步烧结 将坯料放在钢被上放入感应烧结炉加压烧结:加热速度为80°C /min,压力为llMPa,保 温温度为1080°C,保温时间为3h ; 第六步冷却 随炉冷却至室温 第七步试样清洗 取出试样超声清洗后风干。
10. 根据权利要求9所述铜包铁(Fe-20wt%Cu)基刹车材料制备工艺制备的刹车材 料,其特征在于:所述刹车材料其性能:600°C抗压强度80MPa,摩擦系数0. 48,磨损率 1. 5 X K^gAN. m);图5中,灰色区域为基体组织(3),黑色区域为孔隙(4),基体晶粒细小、孔 隙率小,刹车材料的抗压强度高,磨损率小。
