Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of agricultural soilless culture. The aeroponic culture device for observing the growth and development of plants comprises an aeroponic culture device body and a root fixing frame, wherein the aeroponic culture device body is of a box structure and comprises a field planting plate, a groove-shaped field planting ring is arranged on the field planting plate, a field planting hole and a spiral elastic roll are arranged in the field planting ring, the elastic roll is positioned above the field planting hole, the radius of an inner ring of the elastic roll is smaller than the radius of the field planting hole, and the radius of an outer ring of the elastic roll is larger than the radius of the field planting hole; the root fixing frame comprises a base, a support column, a cross fixing clamp and a holding clamp, wherein the base is positioned inside the aeroponic culture device body and horizontally placed, the support column is vertically arranged on the base, and the holding clamp is connected with the support column through the cross fixing clamp. The object holding clamp and the elastic coil are convenient for elastically fixing continuously growing plants, and are convenient for observation and research.

Background
The aeroponic cultivation, also called aeroponic cultivation, is a soilless cultivation technology which uses a spraying device to atomize nutrient solution into small foggy drops and directly spray the small foggy drops to plant roots to provide water and nutrients required by plant growth.

When the aeroponic cultivation device is used, the object holding clamp clamps and fixes the plant main root, the cross fixing clamp adjusts the object holding clamp to move up and down, the elastic roll fixes the bottom of the plant stem, and the plant is fixed in the aeroponic cultivation device; the object holding clamp and the elastic coil can be regulated and changed along with the growth of plant roots and stems, so that a good fixing effect is achieved, the growth of plants is not affected, the continuously growing plants are conveniently and elastically fixed, and observation and research are convenient.

The aeroponic device further comprises a supporting table 5, wherein the supporting table 5 is positioned below the planting hole 102 and comprises a horizontal supporting opening 50 and an inclined outward supporting leg 51.
The aeroponic culture device further comprises a stem fixing frame 3 arranged above the aeroponic culture device body 1, wherein the stem fixing frame 3 comprises supporting rods 30 vertically arranged at four corners of the aeroponic culture device body 1, fixing rings 31 comprising four circular arc rods 32, and cross rods 33 connected between the fixing rings 31 and the supporting rods 30. The supporting rod 30 of the stem fixing frame 3 is provided with a height measuring rule 6, and the height measuring rule 6 comprises a graduated scale 61 and a stop lever 62 sleeved on the graduated scale 61.
The bottom edge of the aeroponic device body 1 is provided with a guide rail 103, the adjacent side surface of the guide rail 103 is provided with a sliding groove 104, the sliding groove 104 is perpendicular to the guide rail 103, the guide rail 103 is connected with the sliding groove 104 through a spring buckle 105, and the spring buckle 105 is similar to a backpack strap buckle; three rows of parallel nozzle lines 106 are provided on the bottom surface, and the nozzle lines 106 are perpendicular to the guide rail 103 and connected by a slider 107.
